it has since been a day since the parts were officially distributed. the day before, all girls had began learning their parts of the song and snippets of the dance. as of today, the girls had resumed their practice and.

( the garden practice room )
disclaimer : this is just the names of the practice rooms and does not depict where a trainees rank is for this episode. all trainees are still in the garden when it comes to ranks!

the playing with fire team were working hard on memorizing the dance steps of the last minute and a half of the song. the day before, they had managed to memorize the first part of the dance with ease. the middle part was going along alright, but they were planning to return to practicing that part afterwards.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ JANG DOHYUN﹢꒰ YG ꒱ :
↪ nono, haesook — you are very stiff when you perform your part.

jang dohyun reached over and turned the music off for a moment before walking over to myung haesook.

↪ could everyone possibly practice their solo parts or something so i can help haesook, please?

the other girls immediately agreed and walked out of their positions and spreading out across the room to practice.

↪ okay.. try loosening up a little first. like shake out your arms and relax your upper body a little.

jang dohyun demonstrated what she meant by doing it for myung haesook to see. haesook understood and copied her movements, relaxing herself.

↪ perfect, okay! now do your solo rap part and keep yourself loose.

jang dohyun started rapping the parts leading up to myung haesook's solo part and the part in between her second part, letting her hear the music without distracting the others from practicing.

myung haesook immediately listened and kept practicing the part until it was finished.

jang dohyun announced to the group that they were ready if everyone else was and from there the group went back to practicing all together.

the as if it's your last team were practicing well, but there was much more tension in comparison to the previous room. they were not practicing as a group, but rather in the process of sitting in a circle practicing their vocal or rap parts together.

it was currently hirano harue's turn to practice her main solo part, but the camera panned to ito fumiko for a moment instead, revealing her side eyeing harue as she started rapping.

the camera panned to hirano harue for a moment before flickering to the other trainees in the room who either suddenly lifted their heads in surprise or just bopped their head silently to the lyrics.

the group continued to practice until they reached the end of the song. they all sat in silence before ito fumiko decided to speak up.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ ITO FUMIKO﹢꒰ HYBE ꒱ :
↪ hirano, why did you take on this part?

a dramatic noise was heard as the camera flickered to the other trainees in the room before landing on hirano harue.

some of the other trainees in the room agreed that she could work on it and improve, but the camera flickered to zara shen and ito fumiko who seemed to disagree.

↪ we have 6 days. it can take years of practice to get to a good level, especially when you can't rap at all.

the editing failed for a moment and showed a cut, meaning mnet either cut out or added something into ito fumiko's sentence.

↪ lalalalala! everyone stop for a minute and just think this through. will we get anywhere if you just fight over positions you didn't get instead of practicing? we won't. let's just be civil and move on.

↪ how about we just take a break and come back once everyone has calmed down a bit?

the group all agreed and they started their break. 2 stayed in the room and the others left to walk around the building. when the 10 minutes were up and everyone came back to the room, there was still one person missing.

the group waited. and waited.. and waited some more. by then, almost 2 hours had gone by and they were getting insanely impatient. moments later, hirano harue walked back in with a crystal in her hand as if she wasn't insanely late.

↪ i take back what i said earlier. where could you have gone for a 10 minute break that took you 2 hours? think and act realistically. we have very little time to practice and you just ran off on us.

zara shen side eyed hirano harue for a moment before dramatically wrapping her arms around lee haemin and hugging her.

hirano harue didn't react throughout the entire situation, just caressing one of her crystals calmly.

the lovesick girls team were practicing the final part of the dance. it seems as if they mastered the dance entirely within just those 2 days. they finished the song and they all clapped to support each other for their accomplishment.

they all sat down in a circle on the floor as they took a short break, drinking water and patting each others backs. they were all silent until someone decided to speak on something that had been bothering them since the day before.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ BRIANNE GO﹢꒰ SM ꒱ :
↪ myunghee? could i talk to you in private for a quick moment?

jang myunghee stopped drinking her water abruptly and looked up at brianne go, immediately nodding her head with wide eyes.

the two girls stood up and walked out of the room, heading into the low ground seating area outside of the practice room. this acted as a solo practicing space despite it being a seating area for everyone. low ground had few luxuries which is what made everyone glad that at the moment, they all rested in the garden.

↪ could we switch positions? i originally selected the main vocalist position, but i guess it went to you because you're a royal.

before jang myunghee could talk, she was once again interrupted by the door of the practice room opening.

brianne go walked back into the practice room with jang myunghee trailing behind her frantically.

everyone looked over at them in surprise, ensure what to say at first. mae sihyeon was the first person who decided to speak up.

↪ i don't think we should be switching positions at all.. they were finalized and we've already spent two days practicing with these positions.

the girls all stood up and got back into their positions, beginning to practice once again.

the playing with fire team was currently performing the entire dance with the vocals and rap at the same time. they were preparing themselves for the upcoming check-in from the mentors. they all wanted to impress them.

once the song ended, the girls stood in silence for a few seconds, practicing their ending fairies.

the girls all had a bonding moment as they talked about things they wish they could experience if they debut.

one room out of them all seemed to have the most girls in it. 11 girls were running in and out of this room and chatting, but why?

because someone snuck in chocolate bars.

the girls were running in and out and sharing chocolate with each other as they all bonded and let loose after the long day of practicing. despite it being nearly midnight, they were enjoying their time.

the two girls giggled with each other as they laid down on one of the beds together, sharing a container of frozen strawberries.

girls were sat in various spots in the room. some were seated on the beds, some sharing the beanbag chairs or the candy chair and some were on the floor.

they were all enjoying their bonding time when it was suddenly interrupted by a frantic hirano harue.

everyone stopped talking immediately and looked over at hirano harue in surprise from her sudden shout.

zara shen looked over at hirano harue with an annoyed expression on her face.

hirano harue stopped and stared at zara shen in silence for a moment before going through her tote bag and suddenly pulling out the crystal.

↪ never mind. [ she left the room a moment later ]

just then the girls were interrupted with the chocolate smuggler came back in with two more chocolate bars.

↪ this is all i have until i get more. [ she set the chocolate bars on the vanity ]

just then, noh hwajin walked into the room and took one before leaving. she didn't say anything. byun yura watched her leave before slowly turning to look at the one chocolate bar left.

↪ now this is all i have...

a few rooms over, only two girls sat and it was very silent. the camera panned around to show jang eunseo finishing her crochet miffy plush and sato yuri passed out beside her. the two were on the same bed, suggesting the two may have had a conversation earlier. potentially about the team performances before yuri fell asleep. after all, she was exhausted from yang haeun practicing the night before.

speaking of yang haeun, the screen switched to where yang haeun was, revealing that she in the high ground solo practice room. she was practicing her lines for the upcoming performance and seeing that she was likely to have heard what sato yuri said, she may have realized it was her and chosen to practice away from the dorms.

the camera switched back over to another room where mae sihyeon, lee chaein and jang myunghee were relaxing. myunghee and sihyeon were doing their skincare, putting masks and stuff on while lee chaein was going through all of the polaroid photos she took that day.

the two girls who were putting masks on each other suddenly started laughing which caught the attention of lee chaein who looked over at the two.

the mask was too big for jang myunghee's face, so it was practically falling off. lee chaein smiled at them.

↪ maybe we should ask the managers for smaller face masks later . . or scissors.

the three girls laughed again before returning to what they were doing.

even after a long day of practice and disagreements, the girls were able to wind down and relax, and simply enjoy their time on the show together. even eating some chocolate in the process. perhaps tomorrow will be an even better day for the trainees as the mentors will be coming in to check their progress.
