( the low ground practice room )

just two floors below the bright and lively high ground practice room laid a much less lively and much darker room. this was the low ground practice room with little to no color at all.

unlike the high grounders who were sitting calmly in a circle, there were some low grounders sitting on the floor, some sitting on the chairs in the room and others standing up talking about the theme song.

however when you count the amount of girls in low ground, there were only eleven.. where was the twelfth girl?

just moments later, the twelfth trainee walked into the practice room but didn't announce her presence. she slid into the room and pretended she had been there the entire time.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ TANAKA HAZUKI﹢꒰ JYP ꒱ :
↪ okay! i think we should all discuss the theme song now. that way we can get straight to practicing right after.

all of the girls agreed and quickly sat down on the floor in a circle similarly to how the high grounders were seated.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ KWAK HYEONJU﹢꒰ JYP ꒱ :
↪ let's talk leaders first. anyone want to volunteer?

both adelina jin and brianne go raised their hands to volunteer to be leaders, but someone wasn't content with the 2 volunteers.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ HAN WOOYEON﹢꒰ SM ꒱ :
↪ i think myunghee should be a leader. she helped lead our group and despite not all of us making it to high ground, she was such a great leader.

a few of the trainees were surprised to hear han wooyeon speak because the entire time they were in the practice room, she didn't say a word.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ JANG MYUNGHEE﹢꒰ JYP ꒱ :
↪ ahh thank you. [ she smiled and bowed a little in wooyeon's direction, very appreciative of her words ]

⊹ ࣪ ˖ JIN SEOLJI﹢꒰ JYP ꒱ :
↪ i no longer volunteer to be a leader. wooyeon is right, myunghee should be the leader.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ JANG DOHYUN﹢꒰ YG ꒱ :
↪ so our leaders are brianne and myunghee. that's 3 positions already decided.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ BRIANNE GO﹢꒰ SM ꒱ :
↪ now we just need to figure out who gets which part. i will pass this paper around and everyone can write their name beside what part they want to have.

she passed the paper to yvonne lee and the paper went around the entire circle before ending back in front of brianne go. the only position that was left unmarked was position 5.

brianne go skimmed over the paper before reaching over and handing it to jang myunghee who quickly took the paper and read through it.

↪ there are three people who would like part two, brianne, yvonne and wooyeon.. [ she paused and thought for a moment ]

↪ i really don't know how to fairly decide who gets the second part, so let's rely on rock paper scissors. the winner gets the position.

the three girls agreed and started playing rock paper scissors.

↪ rock paper scissors, shoot!

yvonne choose scissors.
brianne and wooyeon chose rock.

brianne chose paper.
wooyeon chose rock.

↪ alright! our main vocal is me!

everyone clapped quietly and congratulated brianne for winning the game of rock paper scissors.

the group continued playing rock paper scissors to decide their fates until every position was distributed.

↪ so our positions are as follows,
    part one, jin seolji.
    part two, me.
    part three, yang haeun.
    part four, yvonne lee.
    part five, jang myunghee.
    part six, jang dohyun.

    part eight, tanaka hazuki.
    part nine, han wooyeon.
    part ten, kwak hyeonju.
    part eleven, sato yuri.
    and part twelve, kim yunhee.

✧˖° YVONNE ୨୧ LEEᣞ ⟢ : i remember feeling sad that brianne got part 2 and i ended up getting part 4. i think i could've done well in part 2.

everyone seemed to be happy with the outcome apart from sato yuri who only frowned, but didn't say anything.

everyone had started practicing their lines around the room except for sato yuri who only sat down on one of the chairs and thought to herself. she finally decided to stand up and do something but to everyones surprise, it wasn't practice.

sato yuri made her way over to kim yunhee and asked to talk with her alone, pulling her into the hallway outside of the practice room to talk.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ SATO YURI﹢꒰ SM ꒱ :
↪ i was wondering if by any chance, you would be fine switching parts with me?

kim yunhee was confused on why she was interested in switching for the part with the least amount of lines and spotlight. she went to reply but was cut off by sato yuri.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ SATO YURI﹢꒰ SM ꒱ :
↪ i don't think i will do well with part 11. it's a part that really needs someone with good stage presence to pull off otherwise is just looks forced and gives off the wrong vibe.. i don't know if i can pull it off. [ she sighed ]

↪ so is there any chance we can switch parts? i get part 12 and you get part 11?

kim yunhee thought for a moment, but decided to agree on switching parts with sato yuri.

↪ that's fine! i don't mind switching parts with you. let's just tell brianne or myunghee before we start practicing for them. they are the leaders after all.

the two girls walked back into the practice room and made their way over to myunghee and brianne, letting them know that they decided to switch their parts. the two leaders were perfectly alright with the switch, simply suggesting that they go practice.
