i arrived an hour early. i sat at one of the swing while have a deep look at the sky. the stars are weirdly bright tonight. am i doing a right decision? i think so.

"hey!" he greeted me. i looked at him and he gave me a weird stares.

"you're my secret admirer?" and i nodded. "you've been by my side for 24/7. how do you send all those stuffs?" he asked me.

"beomgyu, did you followed me to the toilet too?" i replied him. we both laughed and i know this will be the last laugh.

"so, why do you want to meet me? erm, no.. why do you be my 'secret admirer'?" he quoted out the word secret admirer.

i looked at my phone's analog clock before answering him, it's 9:13 pm. the snow didn't drop yet. i'm so worried.

"can i answer that question later? let's have something to eat, my treat." i said.

"really?!" he asked me with excitement in his face. i just nodded.

our walk were dry, not as always. it makes the situation really awkward. i'm afraid, i'll lose him.

"erm, how's school?" he asked breaking the awkward silence.

"quite great, i guess. how's yours?" i asked him back. "went well, as usual." he replied.

after paid all those foods, we took a seat, outside of the convenience store.

i don't know why, but it's really awkward. i checked the forecast, the snow will drop at 10:30 and now it's 10.

"we've 30 minutes before the snow drop." i said, out of the blue. beomgyu had a glanced on me.

he slurped his ramen before answering me. "oh, you asked me out to see the first snow drop?" he asked.

"nope, will tell you later. finish your ramen faster if you wanna know something. if the snow drop, we need to wait 'til next year." i blurted out.

"we? why we?" he asked me. "because i wanna confess to you." i murmured, but quite audible for him to hear.

"areum, you know that i've a crush on your best friend, right?" he asked.

"yes, i know. and, thanks for listening to my not planned confession. imma head home now." i said and walked away.

and, the first snow didn't drop that night.
