Every customer is a regular customer, unless they have been granted the regular VIP status or achieved the "one-time-VIP" status.

꒰১ ໒꒱ ₊˚﹕HEARTBEATS & BATTERIES
"Heartbeats" will be automatically gained through every order that gets successfully accepted and delivered. They are used to fill up your "heartbeat battery". As mentioned earlier, a pack of three cards (aka three successful orders) can be traded for a limited edition card (aka fill up your battery and grant you access to the "one-time-VIP" benefits).

꒰১ ໒꒱ ₊˚﹕ONE-TIME-VIP
A "one-time-VIP" is granted access to a total of two benefits that are usually exclusively available to regular VIP's of this shop only. One of those benefits is the special holo preview for their delivery, the second benefit needs to be discussed separately (could be early access to new request batches OR higher priority on waiting queues OR alterations for content requirements etc.).

I want to straight up mention that meeting the following requirements does not automatically make you a "regular VIP", it only qualifies you to be possibly chosen as one. I also want to mention that the VIP benefits are not always guaranteed and can change throughout time of course. Speaking of it, me taking away the VIP status or not always granting all benefits is not necessarily something personal, it could also purely be due to me genuinely not being able to provide certain VIP benefits anymore, for whatever reason that may be.

꒰১ ໒꒱ ₊˚﹕HOW TO BECOME A VIP
There are not many requirements, tho I can eventually be a bit "picky" when granting or taking away the regular VIP status. But basically all it takes to meet the requirements is the following: no violation of the shop's rules, no inappropriate content or behavior, have at least two of my designs (from this shop or previous ones) in use for at least half a year and be a reliable author in general (e.g. at least semi-stable activity and / or finished works).

꒰১ ໒꒱ ₊˚﹕EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS
As mentioned before, not all benefits will be guaranteed every time and may even need to be discussed when placing an order. A VIP is also not required to use all benefits all the time, they can choose whatever they desire at that time. So here is the variety of benefits available to the VIP's: early access to request batches, higher priority on waiting queues, few alterations for content / book requirements, free chapter banners matching the cover (if wanted), special holo preview for deliveries.
