* individual drinks alcohol daily. when he [ mr jones ] doesn't use it , he experiences withdrawal symptoms such as nausea , dizziness , and tremors of the extremities.

* mr jones drinks when it is inappropriate. during this interview he was tipsy too. he says it is how he ordinarily behaves.

* this drinking behavior affects his relationship with [ ... ] negatively.

* mr jones always tries to have a flask of rum with him. if he doesn't have it , he says he would feel lost. alcoholism dependence and binge - drinking are present.

* mr jones has seen his lover [ milah cassidy ] and older brother [ liam jones ] die. those two deaths have impacted him greatly. he refuses to talk about the details of these events.

* he mentions having buried his own mother with a wooden spoon when he was five years old. his family was poor. he buried her [ the mother ] with help of his older brother and father.

* he has killed his own father and some others in the past. he says he regrets all of it.

* he admits his nightmares and flashbacks are about these events.

* mr jones tells me he sleeps 5 hours maximum. on average he sleeps 3-4 hours per night. comorbid , maintenance and onset insomnia are all present.

* he uses opiods when he can attain them. the individual says he 'doesn't know how many to take' , so he often overdoses himself on accident.
