Fuck my life | Act 1
▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

"BLAZE! Come on, get up, you're going to be late." Amelia yelled banging on her son's door for the fifth time before leaving Blaze to groan as he rubbed his eyes. Seeing the sun shining into his room was enough to ruin his day. Blaze hated the sun, he enjoyed the warmth, but the sun just pissed him off, especially when it was cold out-- like why is the sun shining so bright while I'm freezing my fucking ass off? He preferred cloudy and rainy weather, the type of weather that some would say matched his personality.

Getting up, Blaze tiredly walked to the bathroom, cursing under his breath as he walked into the side of his bathroom door having not been fully awake before stripping out of his clothes and hoping into the steaming shower. He didn't bother checking the time but he assumed he was going to be late so he decided to take his time—might as well take his time and be later than rush and still be late.

An ice coffee sounds good as well. Blaze thought to himself as he yawned again before washing his body and hair before getting out and getting dressed in a pair of black jeans, a white shirt and a grey and white flannel before blow drying his hair and grabbing his bag and making his way to the closet café before going to school.

Walking inside, he seen most of the hallways were empty and random students walking around last minute before the day truly began. Having lacrosse tryouts, Blaze made his way to the locker room, but was stopped when he heard a loud bang and seen Jackson had Scott cornered against the lockers looking angry.

He didn't know what was going on, but he grew angry at the sight, "Jackson, get the fuck away from him." He snapped walking over to the pair. Scott sighed in relief as Jackson backed away from him.

"You think you're funny, don't you, McCall? I know you're hiding something. I'm gonna find out what it is. I don't care how long it takes." Jackson angrily hits the locker before slapping him on the shoulder roughly before walking away, throwing Blaze on last glare which was happily returned before he turned to the other boy.

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" Blaze asked him as Scott shook his head.

"No, just accused me of being on steroids." Scott laughed breathlessly.

"Are you?" Blaze asked him as Scott sent him a deadpanned look making him chuckle, "I'm just playing, come on, we're already late and I'm not even ready."

━━━

Blaze and Scott walked into the field getting prepatryoutstry outs when suddenly Stiles frantically run over to them.

"Scott! Blaze, wait up." Stiles called as he reached them with a pant.

"Stiles, I'm playing the first elimination, man. Can it wait?" Scott said trying to walk away when Stiles grabs his shoulder and looks him in the eye making Blaze's eyebrows furrow knowing the kid was never this serious, at all. He's pretty sure, he'd laugh at a funeral.

"Just hold on, okay? I overheard my dad on the phone. The fiber analysis came back from the lab in L.A. They found animal hairs on the body from the woods!" Stiles said quickly but Scott didn't care while Blaze seemed confused.

"Stiles, I gotta go." Scott sighed grabbing his stick and helmet before running out into the field.

"Wait, no! Scott! You're not gonna believe what the animal was!" Stiles yelled but sighed when Scott was too preoccupied to hear him.

"What animal was it?" Blaze asked the boy, caring about what he had to say, and he looked very serious, and serious Stile's didn't appear often.

"...It was a wolf." Stiles muttered as Blaze felt his heart speed up. He didn't know why but he had an unsettled feeling inside of him and he felt as if something terrible was going to happen.

"Let's go! Gather round! Bring it in, come on! Come on!" Coach yelled making Blaze pick up his stick and helmet and join the circle.

"Got a question, McCall?" Coach asked the boy who had waved at Allisthe on.

"What?" Scott asked confused and Blaze snickered knowing that expression he just made was the reason he reminded Blaze of a puppy.

"You raised your hand. You have a question?" Coach stated.

"Ohgive. I was just, uh..." Scott stumbled across his words making Coach gave him an impatient look making him drop the scuthing, sorry."

"Okay. You know how this goes. If you don't make the cut, you're most likely sitting on the bench for the rest of the season. You make the cut? You play. Your parents are proud." Coach exclaimed. Blaze rolled his eyes knowing that wasn't the case for him. His parents have never been to one of his games.

"Your girlfriend loves ya!" Coach grinned as Blaze coughed, "Or boyfriends. Huh? Everything else is, uh... cream cheese." He corrected.

"Now, get out there and show me whatcha got! Come on!" Coach yelled as everyone gathered around the field cheering to get each other pumped up.

Practice begins with the players doing a drill in which they pass the ball back and forth between each other. Scott bounces on the balls of his feet while he waits for the ball to be thrown his way. O, when the ball heads his way, he's shocked when he actually catches it with minimal effort.

He starts running down the field, but when he spins around to avoid getting the ball stolen by another player, Jackson appears of nowhere and tackles him hard. Jackson lifts up his helmet so he can smirk smugly at Scott before jogging away, which acts as the motivation Scott needs to get angry enough to tap into his newly gained supernatural physical powers as Blaze huffs knowing Jackson away going go too hard on McCall.

Scott and Jackson are up against each other for the lacrosse equivalent of a kickoff, and the two stare at each other for a long moment until Coach Finstock blows the whistle.

Much to Jackson's dismay, Scott easily snatches the ball before he can even react, forcing him to chase after him as fast as he can. Just like the previous day's practice, everything seems to slow down around Scott, allowing him to spin in the air when the other players try to tackle him, jumping over another player's ankle when they try to trip him, and finally, doing a hands-free round-off flip over three players who attempted to knock him down together, and shooting the goal by throwing the ball between the goalie's legs.

Blaze had stopped playing as he stood with in his with his jaw dropped watching the boy do flips that was clearly impossible, especially for a kid with serve asthma.

The other players cheer and pay him on the back as Blaze runs over to Stiles who was sitt, ing down looking just as concerned.

"That was impossible right? I knew he had been practicing but what the fuck was that?" Blaze said to Stiles who gulped.

"I don't know but we need to figure out what is happening to him because that is not normal. Come to my house, after school." Stiles said dragging his stuff as he stood up.

"Wait after school? The parties tonight, I need a few hours to get ready and I already said I'd help Lydia get ready." Blaze said annoyed as Stiles gave him a look.

"Our best friend—don't lie you care about it, is going through something and it is our job to help him figure it out. Lydia had millions of friends, after school Blaze." Stiles said making Blaze sigh and nod.

━━━

Blaze lays on Stile's bed as he lazily flipped through a textbook about werewolf's while Stiles sat at his computer, both of them ignoring the papers all over the floor.

"Are you sure about this Stiles? I mean, it's a bit extra, werewolves?" Blaze said not wanting to believe something such as werewolves existed, what was next witches?

"He said he heard a wolf howling, he was bit by something and now he has enchanted hearing, he can jump really high, his breathing is fine all of a sudden, none of that happens overnight and the fact that it all started after the bite is not a coincidence." Stiles rambled as he gave Blaze a look.

"And what do we do if this is true? How do two humans help a newly turned werewolf? Feed him mice or something, because for the record, I'm terrified of rats or bugs in general." Blaze frowned. He hated that he had such fears about something so stupid, but he'd rather sleep with a girl then even be in the same room as mice or even a spider.

"I doubt he'll even believe this Stilinski, it's like those movies where something bad happened to the main character, their life goes suddenly perfect, they became popular, a hot girl is interested in them and they are overjoyed not wanting to see past that something is wrong meanwhile the side characters who knows something is wrong tries to convince him that his life is indeed not perfect but the main character will get angry and pissed until their entire life falls apart and suddenly they don't want this superpower and they just want to go back to their old life." Blaze ranted as Stiles looked at him in surprise.

"That was oddly specific." Stiles muttered as Blaze shrugged knowing he was right. He had no doubt Scott will be mad when they try to convince that something is wrong and the idea of him being a werewolf will just make it worse.

Suddenly, the sound of knocking at Stiles' door startles him so badly that he nearly falls out of his chair, making ablaze chuckle. Stiles thinks for a moment on what to do next, ultimately closing his MacBook and glancing at Blaze who rolled his eyes.

"It's probably just Scott." Blaze said with a deadpanned look. Stiles got up and slowly opened his door to reveal Scott making him sigh in relief.

"Get in." Stiles said shutting the door as Scott walks in, hiding his surprise to see Blaze sitting on the bed holding a textbook.

"You gotta see this thing. I've been up all-night reading-- websites, books, all this information. Blaze had helped a bit but not much." Stiles shrugged as Blaze rolled his eyes. He may have texted Lydia more than he actually read anything, but he learned a thing or two.

Scott sets his backpack on the floor by Stiles' bed, his eyes widening when he sees all the paper covering the floor and desk. "How much Adderall have you had today?"

"A lot." Stiles shakes his head before changing the subject, "Doesn't matter, okay? Just listen."

"Oh, is this about the body? Did they find out who did it?" Scott asked sitting on the end beside Blaze's feet.

"No, they're still questioning people. Even Derek Hale." Stiles said getting off track again.

"Derek Hale? Yeah, he does kind of give off murderer vibes. Sort of like Damon Salvatore." Blaze grumbled to himself.

"Wait you mean that guy from the woods?" Scott asked glancing between them.

"Yeah!" Stiles nodded his head before getting back to his original point, "Yes. But that's not it, okay?"

"What then?"

"This is all you Stiles." Blaze grinned as he decided to lay down on the boy's bed feeling sleepy but watched the conversation unfold.

"Remember the joke from the other day?" Stiles asked Scott nervously as he shakes his head not knowing where he was going with this, "Not a joke anymore. The wolf, the bite in the woods... I started doing all this reading."

"Do you even know why a wolf howls?" Stiles asked as he stands to his feet. Blaze grabs a brownie from his book bag and laid back down as he watched Stiles get sidetracked again from his original point.

"Should I?" Scott asked a little amused.

"It's a signal, okay? When a wolf's alone, it howls to signal its location to the rest of the pack. So, if you heard a wolf howling, that means others could have been nearby. Maybe even a whole pack of 'em." Stiles exclaimed.

"A whole pack of wolves?"

"No-- Werewolves." Stiles finally dropped the ball as Blaze sat quiet watching as Scott stood up looking frustrated.

"Are you seriously wasting my time with this? You know I'm picking up Allison in an hour."

There's the hot girl.

Scott picks up his backpack and gets ready to leave, but Stiles grabs him by the arm with one hand and presses his other against his chest so that he's forced to stay where he is while he tries to convince Scott that he's telling the truth, "I saw you on the field today, Scott, okay? What you did wasn't just amazing, all right? It was impossible."

"I'm the best player on the team, and I can't even do that." Blaze rolled his eyes. He didn't care for being the "best" player or anything but doesn't mean he's not going to act like he wasn't.

"No, you made an incredible shot! I mean, the way you moved, your speed, your reflexes. Y'know, people can't just suddenly do that overnight. And there's the vision, and the senses, and don't even think I don't notice that you don't need your inhaler anymore." Stiles rambled as he went through Scott's bag.

"Okay! Dude, I can't think about this now. We'll talk tomorrow." Scott sighed making Stiles look at him with wide eyes.

"Tomorrow?! What? No! The full moon's tonight. Don't you get it?" Stiles exclaimed loudly as Blaze's eyes switched between them.

"What are you trying to do? I-I just made first line. I-I got a date with a girl who I can't believe wants to go out with me, and everything in my life is somehow perfect. Why are you trying to ruin it?"

And there it is.

"I'm trying to help!" Stiles snapped at him as he sat in his desk chair, "You're cursed, Scott. You know, and it's not just the moon will cause you to physically change. It also just so happens to be when your bloodlust will be at its peak."

"Bloodlust?"

"Yeah, your urge to kill." Blaze said in a slight mocking tone as Scott gave him a deadpanned look.

"I'm already starting to feel an urge to kill, Blaze." Scott told him making the boy shrug as Stiles picked up a textbook and started to read from it as he tried to convince Scott of his words.

"You gotta hear this-- "The change can be caused by anger or anything that raises your pulse." All right? I haven't seen anyone raise your pulse like Allison does. You gotta cancel this date." Stiles threw the book to the wide as he grabbed Scott's bag and started to dig through it again, "I'm gonna call her right now."

"What are you doing?" Scott asked him in confusion as he grabs his phone and started to dial the new girl's number.

"I'm canceling the date." Stiles said bluntly.

"No, give it to me!" Scott yelled making Blaze sit up seeing how angry he was getting. Scott grabs the phone out of Stiles' hand, dropping it on the floor before shoving Stiles against the wall and raising his right fist, preparing to punch him in the face as Blaze jumps off the bed.

"Scott!" He yelled as he grabbed Scott by the shoulder and pulled him away from a scared looking Stiles. Scott throws his desk chair across the room before finally realizing what he was doing and immediately started to feel guilty.

"I'm sorry. I-I gotta go get ready for that party." Scott muttered ignoring the glade Blaze sent him as he picked up his backpack and left with one last 'I'm sorry.'

"Like the movies, doesn't even seem to acknowledge that he attacked his best friend but of course he can acknowledge that he has a date to get ready for. I wasn't even going to be mad at him as he's clearly young and going through something but that last comment just pissed me off." Blaze scoffed as he plopped down on Stiles's bed.

"Blaze..." Stiles trailed off as he turned the desk chair, he had picked up to face Blaze, allowing him to see the claw marks across the back of it.

"Fuck my life." Blaze breathed out as he shared a look with Stiles. Blaze finally coming to realized that maybe this whole thing wasn't a joke or a fantasy for a better and more interesting life, this is real and it's definitely not going to be fun.

━━━

Blaze walked into Lydia's house with a smirk played across his lips as he made his way towards the backyard where he knew most of his friends would be. He hasn't seen Stiles or Scott since he left the Stilinski household, and he wasn't going to bother with Scott's problem until he realizes that his life is indeed not suddenly perfect. He was just going to wait until his life fell apart and he realizes he and Stiles was right. Like usual.

"Well, well, well, you actually made it." Ryle said making tsk sound as he joined him at the table filled with drinks.

"It's not a party without me." Blaze glazed his eyes over Ryle who was wearing a tank top and jeans, something Blaze was wearing as well.

"Blaze! You're here!" Lydia squealed as she ran up and hugged the boy tightly making him chuckle as he hugged her back, "Now, usual party rules, no puking in the house unless it's in a bathroom, no breaking anything, no staying the night but because it's you two I will let it go and condoms are in every drawer of the house."

Ryle and Blaze gave each other a look before glancing back at Lydia who let out a laugh, "I'm just playing, there in the night side table in the guest room."

"What's in the nightside table?" Danny asked with a smirk as he appeared at the table with him.

"Condoms." The three of them said in unison which gained them a few looks around everyone around them making them all laugh.

"Okay well, let's party!" Lydia cheered as everyone joined her, each grabbing a red cup and filled it with alcohol before letting loose for the night.

Blaze was away from everyone else as he smoked a joint with Ryle who leaned against a tree.

"How is that we've lived in this town our whole lives together, yet I actually know nothing about you." Blaze said tilting his head.

"What do you wanna know?" Ryle asked him with a small shrug as he blow out smoke.

"What do you like?"

"What do you mean?" Ryle asked him confused.

"I said what do you like? Everyone likes something, Jackson likes lacrosse, Lydia likes popularity, I love sex. What do you like?" Blaze asked him as Ryle chuckled.

"I like you." He said bluntly as he passed Blaze the joint who looked at him, not knowing what to say to that so he just chuckled, "Sorry about your first line, seems McCall stole it."

Blaze shrugged, "I don't care. I play because I like it, I don't care what place I play as long as I do. And besides Scott earned it clearly."

"Aren't you such a kind person?"

"I can be mean." Blaze smirked as went to grab the joint, but Ryle pulled it back making the Anderson boy tilt his head as Ryle took a puff before leaning forward, making Blaze do the same as Ryle blew the smoke into his mouth.

Blaze glanced down at his lips before looking back into his eyes with a small glint in his eyes that made Ryle lean forward again and placed his lips on the other boys' soft ones. Blaze didn't care much about dating, he's never actually dated anyone before but something about Ryle felt different with him, he felt his heart jump as he kissed him back softly.

"You wanna dance?" Blaze muttered as they both leaned back. Ryle didn't say anything as he grabbed Blaze's hand and led him towards the side of the pool where lots of other students were dancing, throwing the joint into a nearby abandoned cup as he did so.

Both boys stood chest to chest as they began to dance with everyone else, immediately getting lost in one another as they danced their bodies together. Blaze wrapped an arm around Ryle's waist and brought him closer as he leaned down and placed a kiss behind his ear making Ryle's breathe hitch as he closed his eyes and let Blaze continue his work.

Blaze opened his eyes for a moment out of instinct and he was met by the sight of Scott dancing with Allison making him stare at them for a moment before his eyebrows furrow seeing Scott suddenly hunch over, grabbing his head as if he was in pain.

"Everything okay?" Ryle asked stopping his movements as he looked at Blaze who looked back at him and nodded.

"Yeah sorry, but it seems Scott isn't doing so well." Blaze muttered but Ryle heard it and turned around to see Scott stumbling his way into the house.

"He's probably drunk." Ryle reassured him but the moon had caught Blaze's eye making his heart drop for a moment.

"Yeah, probably but what kind of friend would I be if I didn't help him out? I'm sorry but I have to go." Blaze apologized almost taking Ryle by the surprise as everyone knew Blaze Anderson didn't apologize—like ever.

"It's okay, I get it. I'll see you at school in Mon-" Ryle stopped mid-sentence as he seen Blaze had already started making his way to the house making him sigh in slight disappointment, but he understand so he decided to let it go knowing it wasn't a big deal.

━━━

Stiles and Blaze immediately drove to Scott's house after finding I out he had already left the party and ran up the stairs to his bedroom.

"Go away." Scott grunted as they repeatedly banged on the door.

"Scott, it's us." Stiles reassured him as Scott unlocks the door but only opens it an inch so the pair couldn't see him but could hear him better.

"Let us in, Scott. We can help." Blaze told him as worry filled his body. He was now fully beginning to believe that Stiles was right, and their friend was indeed a werewolf. Everything seemed to lead right back to the werewolf conclusion.

"No! Listen, you gotta find Allison." Scott said in with a slight lisp making Blaze wonder what the hell was happening to him.

"She's fine, all right? I saw her get a ride from the party. She's-she's totally fine, all right?"

"No, I think I know who it is--" Stiles is too overwhelmed by concern regarding Scott's current situation to pay attention to his protests and instead cuts him off with an exasperated tone of voice, "Dude, just let me in! We can try--"

"--It's Derek. Derek Hale is the Werewolf! He's the one that bit me. He's the one that killed the girl in the woods." Scott blurted out as Stiles and Blaze share a horrified look.

"Scott... Derek's the one who drove Allison from the party..." Blaze told him a slight panic as Scott stays quiet for a moment before suddenly, he shuts and locks the door.

"Scott!" Stiles and Blaze yelled in unison. Stiles rattled the doorknob trying to open the door while Blaze bangs his fist against it.

Suddenly they heard a loud roar making their eyes widen as they gulp not knowing what to say or think.

"Allison! Let's go check on Allison." Blaze realized making Stiles nod as they ran down to the blue jeep and drove as fast as they could to the brunette's house before ringing frantically ringing the doorbell.

"Come on... Come on... Come on..." Stiles grumbled to himself before the door opened revealing a redhead with striking blue eyes that made Blaze feel uneasy in her presence.

This bitch is creepy as shit.

"Hi, Mrs. Argent. Um - You have no idea who I am. I'm a friend of your daughter's. Uhhh, look, this is gonna sound kind of crazy, um... Really crazy, actually. You know what? Crazy doesn't even describe--" Stiles rambled making Blaze nudge him in annoyance.

"We're here to see Allison." Blaze said quickly making the redhead eye them weirdly before turning her shoulder to call up to her daughter.

"Allison! It's for you." She yelled as Alison walks onto the balcony at the top of the staircase, looking perfectly fine, though she is no longer wearing her black blazer. Stiles looks flabbergasted by the sight of her, as Blaze just smiled awkwardly, sighing in relief and Allison looks confused as to why they looked so panicked.

𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆

My editing app was acting all trash so I just gave up on using it so if theirs any mistakes or errors, ignore them.

And yes I used the "What do you like?" scene from Wolf Pack. If you haven't seen it go watch it, one of my favourite scenes. Also if you haven't seen it, Ryle and Blaze both play love interests for each other. (Harlan and Cyrus) so more reason to watch it.

I feel bad for Ryle at the end of this chapter but they get a proper kiss later on and all that cute shit.

Thanks for reading and I love you all!!
