SEVEN, stop being a nerd!

IT WAS three-thirty in the afternoon and Morgan Davina rested her head on Matthew's legs as she silently read her favorite book.

Matt had been waiting for Morgan to "finish her chapter" for over two hours and was slowly beginning to doze off. Morgan let out a small laugh at a line in the book before looking over to Matt who didn't seem to mind.

"Morgan, you've been reading for over two hours!" Matt complained after five minutes, twirling a piece of her soft hair around his finger.

"It's a good book, Matty. I can read it to you?" She excitedly suggested.

Morgan was well aware the boy would most likely say no because what boy is interested in a story about four sisters who struggle to overcome poverty and try to be proper "Little Women"?

Matthew rolled his eyes and thought for a moment, a sly grin made its way onto his face. Morgan widened her eyes and wondered what he was plotting.

"Hey!" Morgan yelped as the book was snatched out of her hands. Matt moved her head off his legs and bolted out into the hallway, bookmarking her page for her, and running straight to Chris's room.

"Chris! Help!" He laughed loudly. Chris, who was currently live on Instagram, spun around in his chair to find Matt closing the door and locking it.

"What do you want?" Chris chuckled at how scared his brother looked.

The doorknob rattled, followed by a groan from Morgan. Matt looked at Chris and handed him the novel. Christopher stared at his triplet brother before understanding the message.

He quickly dashed around his room, looking for a good hiding spot before deciding on hiding the book under his mattress.

Matt sneaked to the door where Morgan was singing a song, purposely out of tune, he unlocked the door and opened it. Only to be tackled to the floor by Morgan who still assumed he had her book.

"Jesus, Moe!" Chris laughed, watching his brother play-fight the girl until she backed off.

"Where's my book?!" Morgan whined, with fake anger towards the boy.

Chris's livestream chat was going crazy at the scene that unfolded on their screens. Chris returned back to his phone, answering questions as Matt and Morgan childishly argued.

"You read too much, stop being a nerd!"

"I'm not a nerd you ass!" Morgan folded her arms.

Nicolas Sturniolo walked into the room to see what the racket was but just laughed when he heard what Matthew and Morgan were 'arguing' over.

"You know what?" Morgan smirked.

The girl took Chris's phone off his desk where it sat and began to talk to the viewers.

"Did anyone see where these fuckers hid my book?" She asked, brisk walking away as she saw Matt and Chris following her.

Under Chris's mattress! Was spammed in the comments.

"Thank you, love you! Here's smelly Chris back for ya," Morgan grinned, carelessly tossing the phone to Chris who quickly caught it.

She sprinted to Chris's room but it seemed Matthew had beat her to it. The boy was laying in a starfish position on Chris's mattress.

"Matt, get off," she laughed.

"Never."

"Nick!" She shrieked as Nick picked her up from behind and carried her to Chris's couch.

Morgan playfully glared at the boy, looking back at Matt who was smiling happily at how well his book plan was working.

"I won't read for the rest of the day! I just want to make sure my book is okay."

The three brothers laughed out loud until they had to clutch their stomachs in pain. Chris and Matt made eye contact and once again burst into giggles as Nick and Morgan watched in amusement.

"Fine. You promise?" Matt spoke sincerely, holding his pinky out.

"Yup!" Morgan chuckled, locking her pinky with his.

Chris handed the girl her book from under his mattress and laughed quietly as she hugged the paper stack. Morgan placed the book down on Christophers' desk and shrugged. She wouldn't want to break a promise.

"Let's bake!" Morgan suggested with a smile.

The triplets stared at her in confusion before shrugging and agreeing. After many arguments over what to bake, the quartet decided on making sugar cookies.

"I'll read the instructions," Chris volunteered, reaching for Morgan's phone that was quickly snatched away by Matt.

"You can't read for shit."

Chris pouted but hesitantly agreed with his brother. Matt chuckled and began to read out the ingredients so the other three could grab them.

"Okay, we need flour, baking powder, salt, butter..." The boy continued to repeat the ingredients until everything they needed was laid out on the kitchen island.

"I vote Morgan does the ingredient mixing stuff because she's more experienced," Nick yelled.

"How?"

"She literally met so many famous bakers in France and they taught her and now she will be baking my birthday cakes for as long as I live," Nicolas explained to Matt.

Morgan brushed his compliment off with a small smile while also nodding to Matt who looked at her to say "is this true?"

"Mm-oui," Morgan held in a smile as she watched Matthew's face light up in excitement.

"Moe, that's so sick!"

Morgan smiled widely at the boys' comment, resting her head on his shoulder in thanks. Matt kissed her girl's head before they began to bake.

Christopher connected his phone to the bluetooth speaker, playing the merged playlist he and Morgan put together earlier. For anyone who knew Morgan and Chris, obviously, the first song that played was Why by Dominic Fike.

"Nick! You fuckin' idiot!" Chris shrieked in laughter as Nicolas aggressively mixed the dry ingredients together, sending powder flying through the air.

Morgan chuckled at the two arguing before turning back to measuring the liquids. She mixed them into a smaller bowl and then combined it with Nick's now half-empty bowl.

"My gosh, Nick," she shook her head with a grin.

Matt pushed everyone aside and began to whisk together the dry and wet ingredients before they turned to the dough. The boy began to move his hips around just as Hips don't lie by Shakira started playing.

Morgan launched to the floor in silent laughter at Matt. Chris extended an arm to her which she gladly took. Chris and Morgan began to salsa horribly while Nick and Matt laughed together.

"I will roll the dough, thank you very much," Morgan interrupted the triplets' argument on who was going to roll the cookie dough.

The boys collectively agreed to let her do it and watched as she flattened the dough, using a rolling pin, with ease.

Matt snuck up behind Morgan, reaching his hands past her waist and breaking off a bit of dough before shoving it into his mouth. The March girl was ready to turn around and softly whack him with the rolling pin but he held her hips still so she couldn't swivel around.

Morgan felt her face heat up at the contact but said nothing of it, though she only wished those stupid butterflies would get lost.

Now it was Chris's turn to do something. Morgan handed him the heart-shaped cookie-cutter so that he could be useful. Chris laughed in awe as every time he pressed the cutter into the dough and it created a perfect heart.

"You're acting as if you've never used a cookie-cutter before," Nick laughed at his brother.

"Whatever, bro. It's just so satisfying!"

Morgan looked up at Matt who was still holding onto her waist, resting his chin on her shoulder. Matt looked back at her and shook his head in amusement. The pair watched quietly as Nick kept correcting Chris on where to cut the dough.

"Are you done?" Matthew impatiently asked.

"Yes!" Nick cried, laying the soft dough onto the greased, flat oven trays.

After another hour of making the icing, cleaning up again and finally icing the cookies, the four teenagers stood in front of the counter, a cookie in one of their hands.

"Taste test. Three, two, one, go!"

All four of them hummed in unison, the cookies were delicious.

"Holy crap!" Matt laughed in surprise.

They all high-fived each other then ate another cookie. The frosting on Matt's one wasn't fully dried so he stuck it on his lips before kissing Morgan's cheek.

"Matt!" She screamed, tackling the boy for the second time that day.

"Sorry!"
