The P.o.V character is Lakepaw, one of my favourite cats from the series.

This novella is set between chapter 11 and chapter 12 of the first volume Shadows of Truth. So there will be spoilers for the main series here. If you are currently reading Shadows of Truth and have not finished at least Chapter 7, I recommend you ignore Lakepaw's Alteration for now.
