"You want to WHAAAT!?" Tej shouted. Svetlana, who had been on a trip came back the next morning and went straight to Tej's room to tell him what she had planned. "That is never happening."

"Oh thats funny!Hahahah Haha!" Svetlana started laughing. "Im sorry baby, did I make you think you have a choice? No No No No No! I am just informing you....we will be getting married."

"Svetlana...Im still married to Jhanvi." Tej desperately tried to change her mind. Svetlana just smirked and whipped out some papers.

"Divorce her." Svetlana said, shocking him. "You have 2 days, either get Jhanvi's signature on these papers or loose your mother...forever."

Tej fell to his knees in defeat as Svetlana walked out of the room. A few moments later Divya entered with her brothers and got worried seeing Tej.

"B.D kya hua?" Divya asked, kneeling beside him.

"Svetlana wants to marry." 

"Who?" Yuvaan asked. 

"Obviously B.D....idiot." Samar replied. "But...B.D, you are already married to Badi Dadi? How does she expect to marry you?"

Tej handed them the divorce papers. "She gave me 2 days....and if I dont divorce Jhanvi then she will kill Ma."

"Agree to it." Divya said.

"WHAT! NO WAY!" Tej yelled.

"Divi are you crazy?" Samar asked.

"Guys...B.D. I already knew about the divorce papers. Svetlana told me her self because we are friends now...so I have a plan." Divya then told them what her plan was.

Tej then went into the main sitting area and called for Jhanvi.

"JHANVI! JHANVI!"

Hearing him shout, nit only Jhanvi but everyone came running down.

"Tej....what happened? Why are you shouting?" Jhanvi asked concerned.

"Here...sign this." Tej handed her the divorce papers.

"What are these?" Jhanvi asked.

"Divorce papers." Tej felt bad about breaking Jhanvi's heart like this but he trusted Divya. 

Jhanvi was in shock and she quickly read the papers and then broke down.

"What the hell Mr Oberoi! How can you do this to my Mom?" Om shouted angrily. Shivaay & Rudra held him back while Bhavya & Gauri consoled Jhanvi.

"I want to marry Svetlana...so for that I have to divorce your Mom. Anyways Svetlana is younger, hotter and everything a man can want,  I would ditch Jhanvi for her anyday." Tej lied. Svetlana who was watching from upstairs smiled happily.

"Why Tej? How can you just break our marriage like this? We have adult kids....grandkids. We spent so many years together, do those years mean nothing to you?" Jhanvi asked. Tej had to control his emotions seeing Jhanvi cry but managed.

"Yes...they mean nothing to me. Now sign the damn papers."

"Bade papa-" Shivaay tried to speak but Tej held his hands up.

"Dont get involved Shivaay. This is between me and my wife."

"Bhaisaab...this is wrong." Shakti spoke up.

"No its not. If he didnt think twice about my Mom then why should she? Mom, sign the papers....you dont need him." Om looked at him with disgust.

"Divi...you sure this will work?" Samar asked Divya for the millionth time.

"Yes Im sure...Guys just trust me oka-" Suddenly Divya noticed Rishi walking by her room with a sad expression. She got up and went out to the hall to call him. "Rishi..."

Rishi stopped and turned back to her.

"Are you okay?"

"Are Dadu and dadi really gonna get divorced? " Rishi asked sadly. Divya gave him a hug, as Rishi started crying. "Everything is so messed up! Karan is in jail, he wont speak to me when I go visit him. Mom and Dad are really mad at me and now Dadu and Dadi....why is everything like this?"

"Shhh..shhh." Divya rubbed his back then led him back into her room and sat him down on her bed. "I know things seem terrible right now but trust me....it will get better."

"Pakka?"

"Haan...pakka." Divya said. "Ill get Karan out of jail and..."

"Div-" Divya gave Samar a look that made him shut up.

"...and he will forgive you soon. He's your brother. Siblings, cousins...they cant stay mad at each other for very long." Divya continued.

"Yeah...both my siblings are really REALLY annoying." Yuvaan said making Samar & Divya glare at him, "But I love them both and can never stay mad."

"Divya di." Rishi turned to Divya. She and even Samar & Yuvaan were shocked to hear Rishi call her Di. "You promise you will get bro out of jail?"

"I promise." Divya gave him a warm smile. Rishi happily hugged Divya tightly.

"Not fair! i wanna be hugged too!" Yuvaan complained. Rishi didnt really know why Yuvaan was getting jealous but didnt think anything of it.

"Group hug!" Rishi motioned for him & Samar to join the hug...which they did.

A Few Weeks Later

Tej & Jhanvi's divorce was still processing and OmRu were both furious at Tej. Jhanvi was devasted and barely came out of her room but Divya assured Tej that she would fix everything so he should just go along with her plan. 

On the other hand, Shivaay bonded alot with his kids. He spent every moment he could with them and even tried askig about their mom but they wouldnt let any info out. Divya & Raghav were also growing closer and closer but neither one of them realized it. Rishi called Divya as Di all the time and really started looking upto her, even more than he used to look upto Karan.

And of course, true to her word....Divya got Karan out of jail using her connections. This made Rishi look upto Divya even more but the other Oberoi members werent really happy with that. Nobody even spoke to Karan and Karan still hated Divya...alot. Everytime he came out of his room he notice Divya having fun with his family and he did not like that at all. 

One of those times, Karan came out of his room and went downstairs to get something to eat when he saw Divya playing chess with Shivaay. Samar, Yuvaan, Bhoomi, Om & Bhavya stood behind Shivaay rooting for him while Ayesha, Gauri, Rudra, Raghav & Rishi were on Divya's side

It was Divya's turn she looked at the board carefully for a few minutes and then smirked and moved her bishop. "Check...mate!"

"Wha-" Shivaay didnt even realise what happened and just stared at the board.

"YAAY!" Everyone cheered for Divya.

"Go Di!" Rishi hugged Divya from behind, wrapping his arms around her neck. Gauri smiled and gave Divya a loving hug as well.

As Samar & Yuvaan hooted, Shivaay gave them a look.

"Sorry Mr Oberoi.....but she did win." Samar shrugged.

"Also did you see your face when she won! You didnt even see it comig!" Yuvaan started laughing.

"Yeah bhaiyya..I never thought someone could beat you in chess but Divya is just awesome!" Rudra sidehugged Divya. Shivaay wasnt really upset that everyone on his side cheered for Divya because he himself was very impressed and proud. The more he got to know Divya the more of him he saw in her. Karan's blood boiled seeing all this and he promptly left the mansion. 

Outside he whipped out his phone and texted an unknown number.

K: I need more stuff....right now.

Unknown: How are you out all ready?

K: Shut up and just arrange it.

Unknown: Okay..Okay, come over in 20.

K: Okay.

20 minutes later, Karan drove to an abandoned mansion that was kinda far from Oberoi Mansion and knocked on the door 5 times. The door dracked open a bit.

"Password?" A voice asked.

"Oscar is the king." Karan rolled his eyes. Another guy his age opened the door with a grin. "Seriously Oscar? This isnt even your usiness so why is that the password?"

"Hey, I open the doors, I pick the passwords." Oscar replied. "Anyways, lets go...Max just got a new stock today."

He lead Karan past many other guys who all smelled like weed, alcohol and other drugs. In another room there sat a man that looked about 28, he was big and buff and was covered in tattoos.

"Max...Karan's here."

"Does he have the money he owes us from last time?"

Karan shook his head. Max slammed both his hands down on the desk. "Then what are you doing here? You think this is a garden, you can just drop by whenever you want?"

Oscar looked at Karan sympathetic and also worried.

"Ill give it next time...I swear. I just-"

"No...leave." Max said.

"But..."

"I said LEAVE!" Max shouted. Karan nodded and pretended to turn and leave, at the last moment he grabbed a bag of cocaine that was there and ran out of the mansion before anyone could react. "HEY! CATCH HIM!"

Everyone chased after him, seeing them so close, he knew he didnt have enough time to sit in his car, start it and drive away so he continued running down the road with 6 big men running after him.
