Yuri P.O.V
I was in Gucci's dressing rooms.
That was a sentence I never thought I would ever say out loud, but here I was.
And, I was wearing the most gorgeous dress I had ever seen, endlessly clicking pictures, to savour the look, since I couldn't actually buy it.
I was ready to take a couple more pictures, but the loud bang followed by a crash, which made me jump in the air slightly, the phone in my hand almost falling down in the process, prevented me from doing so.
I frowned and tried to peek out through the gaps of the curtains, but quickly retreated when another bang echoed, this time sounding much closer to where I was.
What was that?!
I hurriedly began removing the dress, very worried, because those noises were familiar;
gunshots.
I slightly screamed when the curtain of my dressing room was pulled open.
"Yuri, we gotta leave right— oh my God, shit, sorry."
Taehyung had walked in but immediately looked away when he realised that I was in the process of removing my dress.
I immediately pulled it back on, trying to calm my furiously beating heart.
"Get out right now, I have to change," I hissed at Taehyung, when it seemed like he wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.
"No, we cannot waste any time, we have to leave right now. You heard those gunshots, right? They're here." Taehyung stared into my eyes solemnly.
I widened my eyes. "I cannot go out in this dress! It's too revealing!"
"I'll get you something to wear over this, just fix the dress quickly." Taehyung stealthily darted out of the dressing room.
I couldn't believe that this was happening right now.
I cursed everything and everyone whilst properly wearing the sleeveless dress. When a metal tag on the dress brushed with my hands, I groaned in frustration.
Two loud gunshots later Taehyung came back in, a black leather jacket in one hand, and his favourite handgun in the other.
He threw the jacket to me. "Here, it won't be revealing now. Let's go."
"I still can't go out with this, it has the metal tag. If I exit the store with this, all the alarms will go off. And considering that this is Gucci, something worse than just alarms can go off." I pointed at the tag at the back of my dress.
"Fine," Taehyung said and walked towards, turning me around.
I gasped when I felt his breath on my exposed back.
"What are you doing?!" I cried, when I felt his teeth graze my skin.
"Biting the tag off. Now, stop moving so much, unless you want me to bite your back."
Taehyung then proceeded to pull the tag with his teeth. He was putting so much force that I felt myself being pulled towards him.
"Don't tear the damn dress!"
Taehyung grunted in response and tugged one last time, the metal falling on the ground with a clink. He began pulling the tag of the coat as well.
That came off comparatively easily, probably owing to the fact that I wasn't wearing it.
Taehyung then made me wear the coat, adjusting it for me.
He brought a bundle of cash out of his pocket, which made my eyes bug out of their sockets.
Was he just casually carrying that much money with him?!
When Taehyung dropped the entire bundle on a plush chair in the dressing room, I realised that he was indirectly paying for the dress and coat I was wearing.
"I don't think that the dress and coat cost that much. . ." I trailed, still in shock at how rich he was to just drop that much money carelessly.
"I took a couple things as well. And anyways, this will compensate all the damage we've caused them," Taehyung said, pulling me out, only to push me back in when he saw someone moving.
He kept his finger on his lips, gesturing me to stay quiet, before picking up a stray clothes hanger. He took aim and threw it out, in the opposite direction of where we were.
I heard someone shout, "That way!"
"What damage have we caused them?!" I hissed, following Taehyung out.
Outside, I was met with the sight of fallen racks and shelves, various clothing items strewn around.
"That."
My mouth hung open. This was Gucci, for Gods' sake, no one sensible would disrespect the clothes like this.
But everyone was disregarding the fact that Gucci was one of the fanciest and most popular clothing brand ever, which weirdly angered me.
Taehyung ran and hid behind a shelf which was miraculously still standing upright. He looked around, making sure the coast was clear, I presumed, and then gestured me to follow him.
We sneaked out of the expensive shop, and made our way back where we left our car.
We were on the ground floor when I remembered the real reason I had even come here in the first place; my laptop!
"Wait here."
I turned around to walk towards the escalators when Taehyung pulled me back.
"Where do you think you're going?!"
"To get my laptop!"
"Are you crazy?! There are multiple men out here, armed with guns, searching for us! You're gonna have to leave it here."
"No! That laptop is very important to me, and has many important documents and files which cannot be replaced."
I stared at Taehyung pleadingly, who grudgingly agreed, only on the condition that we wouldn't pay a penny to Soojin, because he was apparently a shameless flirting piece of crap, and many other insulting things, which I don't wish to repeat.
We reached his shop, and found him doing something on his phone. When he looked up at me, the phone fell out of his hand.
I mentally cringed.
"Is my laptop ready?"
"Yes."
Soojin was still staring at me, more specifically my outfit. I shifted uncomfortably.
"What are you staring at, huh?" Taehyung intervened, his voice sounding deeper.
"Beauty." Soojin smirked in my direction, keeping the laptop on the counter.
"You never learn, do you? Stop being such a creepy mōthērfūckēr," Taehyung growled.
I reached out to take the laptop, but Soojin suddenly placed his hand on mine, preventing me from taking the laptop.
"Leave her hand," Taehyung said in a commanding voice, glaring daggers at Soojin, who smirked and held my hand tighter.
Taehyung clenched his jaw, pulling out his gun from a pouch I wasn't aware he owned, and pointed it at Soojin.
Soojin's eyes widened at the sight of it.
"T-that's not real, you're just bluffing."
"Oh, this gun is very real, much more realer than your decency. Leave her hand right now, unless you have a death wish," Taehyung spoke slowly, eyes narrowed to pinpricks in annoyance.
Soojin gulped and left my hand, slowly bringing his own hands up in surrender.
However, he screamed and bent down when a gunshot toppled over a bunch of devices kept for show.
I flinched, and glared at Taehyung, who shook his head, raising his gun. "It wasn't me!"
Another bullet hit the wall beside the store. We turned around and saw a group of masked men, holding rifles, which were pointed in our direction.
"Oh shit, they found us!"

I had initially typed out a 2k words monster, but decided to split it into two parts, coz why not.
the book will be longer this way, right?🤡
Bear with me, and the short chapters :")
I had typed this chapter way before Jimin's bday, and it's been in my drafts ever since, and finally y'all get to read it eeeeeeeee
Actually, all the chapters of this story have been typed out well in advance, and published weekly. Ihdk how I've been able to control myself, because I'm probably the most impatient person you would ever meet, lmao
Anyways, I hope y'all are enjoying! Vote and comment if you are <33
