Some of you know that I recently went to a camp for a week, and wasn't able to update my stories, and I am finally updating. This is my first time updating a real story since I left.

I should note that if this story had chapter names, this one would be SECRET TUNNEL!

I was in a pretty good mood writing this, so it's pretty fluffy. You guys get fluff before the angst, which makes me happy.

Anakin smiled at himself as he gently landed the ship. "Another happy landing." He muttered to himself.

Obi-Wan rolled his eyes. "That's surprising."

"Hey!" Anakin said with a hurt look on his face.

"Uh," Rex said uneasily. "Shouldn't we be looking for the Winter Jedi now?"

Cody nodded. "Yes, we should."

"But I didn't crash the ship!" Anakin argued. "We need to celebrate that!"

"Maybe later." Obi-Wan got up to leave the ship. "The Winter Jedi is supposed to be hiding in a secret base at the end of a secret tunnel.

Anakin rolled his eyes, but followed Obi-Wan and everyone else out anyway.

"Where is this secret tunnel, anyway?" Anakin asked.

"It's supposed to be about four klicks North." Cody answered.

"How did you even get that information?" Anakin fronwed. "I thought it was a secret base."

"Don't ask me how the Supreme Chancellor found this out." Obi-Wan said.

Rex looked down at his holopad. "I think we should try not to talk too much. We could set off a security system."

Anakin nodded in agreement. "That's probably smart."

...

A while later, Rex announced to everyone that the secret tunnel entrance was somewhere around here.

"So...what are we looking for, exactly." Anakin crossed his arms impatiently. Obi-Wan assumed that his former Padawan had to get back to his wife, Padme.

Rex shrugged. "Just, a way to get into a secret tunnel."

Obi-Wan rolled his eyes, but just as he looked up, he noticed a small silver rectangle that was connected to a tree with another metal rectangle. He froze. It was a security camera.

The camera emitted a small click, but did nothing else, confusing Obi-Wan.

"What?" His eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Usually when he was caught by a camera sneaking into a Separatist base, something a lot worse, like blasters suddenly appearing and open firing at him would happen.

"Obi-Wan?" Cody placed his hand on his General's shoulder.

"There's a camera here." Obi-Wan said. "We were spotted by it, but it just made a small clicking sound, and that's it."

"Well that's good, right?" Anakin assumed. "Nothing bad happened."

"Uh, sir," Rex said. "That means that the Winter Jedi probably knows that we're here."

Anakin laughed. "Oh, yeah. Well, that's still better than a normal mission, even just one to get food on the Resolute."

Obi-Wan lifted his finger to yell at Anakin, but then Cody said something.

"Sirs!" Cody yelled happily. "I found the secret entrance to the secret tunnel that leads to the secret base!"

Obi-Wan's eyes drifted to what Cody was pointing to. There was a small hatch covered by large leaves from a large plant.

"Who's going to stay behind to watch the door?" Rex asked.

"I will." Cody volunteered. "I'll tell you if anything goes wrong."

Anakin nodded in confirmation, then opened the way in. It let out a loud creak as it opened, but that was it. There was a ladder that you had to climb down to get into the secret tunnel, but you could see the floor, even with the dark fog inside.

Anakin decided to ignore the ladder and jump in, which he failed at. Obi-Wan could hear him fall over and grunt as he hit the ground. He almost laughed at his former Padawan's stupidity.

Rex and Obi-Wan both took the ladder. When they got down, the dark fog was a lot worse, and you could barely see the walls, which were stained with dirt. The ceiling wasn't too high either. It was only slightly taller than Anakin.

Obi-Wan looked up at Cody. "If we are not back yet in two hours, assume that the mission failed, and tell the Republic that."

Cody hesitated, but eventually gave a thumbs up in agreement.

"Good." Obi-Wan said to himself.

"This tunnel sure is dirty, isn't it." Anakin complained.

"It's better than your apartment at the Jedi Temple." Obi-Wan said back without hesitation.

Anakin's eyes widened in surprise. "Rude."

Rex let out a few small chuckles. "It can't be worse than Fives' old room."

Obi-Wan looked over at Rex. "It can."

"No, mine is better." Anakin argued.

"Then if we can't agree, maybe after this mission, we can ask someone who's seen both." Obi-Wan suggested. "Maybe Padme."

"Wait, when did Padme see Fives' room?" Rex said.

"When he, Anakin, Jesse, and a few others got super drunk, and stole Anakin's comlink, then accidentally called Padme instead of me to pick them up." Obi-Wan answered. "Then, Padme took all the clones to their rooms, and decided to tuck them all into bed before taking Anakin back to his room."

Rex was still confused. "Why would Padme tuck all the clones into bed?"

"To make sure they were all safe." Obi-Wan said.

"How do you know all this stuff?" Anakin asked, looking very confused.

"We have tea once a week to complain about you." Obi-Wan shrugged.

Anakin was really sweating now. "Oh look, let's talk about something else now. Like this secret tunnel. Isn't it nice?"

Obi-Wan shook his head. "We were already talking about that. Let's talk about—"

"How touching." An unfamiliar voice said. It was twisted, corrupted, almost. It was distant too, as if whoever was saying it wasn't being their true self. Almost like they weren't themselves. "I think I'm going to complete the mission now."

This is almost 1k words, so I'm pretty happy. I tried to make it longer, but then I got that perfect opportunity at the end, and I just couldn't resist. 

Ahsoka won't talk much as the Winter Jedi. I just wanted to point that out

I think at the beginning I said that Obitine would be a ship in this, but it'll only be mentioned a bit probably. I think I put it there, because when I first wrote that, I wasn't sure if I wanted to put Satine in it or not, because in one version of this story, Ahsoka was supposed to kill Satine instead of Maul as a test. I decided against it though, so Ahsoka did not kill Satine, but she is dead by now in this fanfic.
