Will you look at that, another update

I don't like this chapter that much, it's a bit too much filler that isn't really filler for me

I like part 20 a lot more 

Here we go

When Ahsoka woke up, she was standing away from everyone, one hand on her head, the other one reaching out as to not let anyone get near her. Her head hurt like hell, and she wasn't sure how long she'd be okay from the brainwashing, or whatever happened. Her memories were still a little faded and blurry too, but she didn't really care about them. Anakin was nearby, leaning against the wall with his eyes closed. That was until they burst open.

"Ahsoka." He half whispered. "Is that you?"

Ahsoka nodded. "Y-yeah I think it is." She reached her right hand up to her eyes, trying to wipe away some of her tears. 

It wasn't possible. She hadn't been Ahsoka in so long. It'd been too long. She felt trapped as the Winter Jedi, as if she was in a cage and constantly being played with by those keeping her there. Now, she was Ahsoka, and Ahsoka felt free, but scared. What would come next? What would Sidious and Dooku do to Ahsoka? Would Anakin even forgive her for what she did to Padme? What if he cast her aside, like Dooku threatened to do so many times.

Anakin slowly walked towards her. He wrapped his arms around her and gave her a hug. For a moment, she was confused by this. Physical affection wasn't something she felt in a long time. It wasn't something she'd expect from someone she'd just tried to kill, either.

That didn't make her not want a hug though.

Ahsoka rested her head on Anakin's shoulder and once the tears came, they didn't stop.

As soon as Obi-Wan woke up, he saw Anakin sitting on the floor with The Winter Jedi's head resting on his shoulder, just as when she was his Padawan. He looked pretty bruised and had a busted lip as well a large bruise on his left cheek.

"Be quiet." Anakin whispered to him.

"Is that Ahsoka or the Winter Jedi?" He asked carefully, trying not to let his hope seep through into his voice.

Anakin smiled, though you could tell it hurt him to do so. "She's Ahsoka. We did it."

Relief spread through Obi-Wan like wind would in a field and he let out a long sigh of relief. Then, he sat down next to Anakin. "What do you suggest we do now? The Republic is looking for her, and Darth Sidious and Count Dooku will be looking for her too."

Anakin shrugged. "We could take her to the Resolute and get out of here, but then we'd have to tell the 501st. And the Republic would figure out something happened."

"I would say we could go to Mandalore, but with Maul there, it's not a good idea." Obi-Wan said with his hand on his chin.

"The Resolute it is?" Anakin questioned.

Obi-Wan nodded. "You should get Ahsoka there and explain it to the clones, I can get Rex. I'm sure he'll be ready enough to do this."

Rex didn't like how he had to stay back from the action, but it made sense. With his arm and all, it was safer for him to stay back. Thankfully, most of the 501st was chilling on the Resolute after their mandatory cleaning of it, so he was left with peace and quiet. Something like that was practically unheard of in the clone barracks.

Then suddenly, Obi-Wan ran inside.

"What happened?" Rex shot up from his seat as fast as possible.

"Ahsoka's back, but we need to get her off world. I'm assuming you want to help?" Obi-Wan asked in a very rushed way.

Ahsoka...back...off world...help... Rex ran it through his head with a smile. "Of course I'll help."

...

Carrying Ahsoka to what used to be her bedroom on the Resolute was weird, but it was weirder when Anakin picked up the loudspeaker in the main control room. "Everyone, listen to me. You've all heard of the Winter Jedi. Well I'm about to tell you she's actually Ahsoka Tano, our old commander. It wasn't her fault she killed Jedi, but the Republic won't listen if we told them. I'm asking you to help me protect her from the Republic and Sith. If you disagree, leave now, but we're leaving whether you like it or not."

For the first time since the Resolute was first built, the entire ship was totally silent. Then, a slow clap started. It rang out and echoed through the whole ship. The 501st hadn't forgotten their loyalty to Ahsoka.

Anakin's eyes watered. This was more than he could've asked for. It's perfect.

...

Obi-Wan ran onto the ship, Rex limping right behind him with his cane.

As soon as they got on the ship, Anakin ran out to greet them.

"Are we all ready to go?" He asked.

"Yes." Rex confirmed. "How's Ahsoka?"

"I sedated her to make sure she wouldn't wake up until we were all good to go. I also made it impossible for the Republic to pilot or track this ship. Were you followed?" Anakin said.

Obi-Wan shook his head. "Not that I know of."

Anakin smirked. "Then let's go."

The three of them walked to the bridge. Clones greeted them on the way there, saluting them and expressing their loyalty to Ahsoka.

"They took this all way better than I expected." Anakin commented. "It seems their loyalty to Ahsoka never died."

Rex laughed. "I'm not surprised."

Anakin nodded to some of the clones in the bridge to begin to fly. As always, they followed their orders.

He smirked as the hangar doors opened and the Resolute flew up.

The ship's hologram flickered up. "SKYWALKER!" Windu yelled. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

"Leaving Coruscant." Anakin replied calmly. "How'd you know we're leaving?"

"I'M IN THE HANGAR BAY, STUPID. GET BACK HERE, NOW!" Windu ordered angrily.

Anakin shrugged. "No." He hung up on Windu, then blocked his contact as well as the rest of the Jedi Council's contacts, except for Obi-Wan of course.

"That was certainly something." Obi-Wan commented right before they entered space. The ship shook a little, but only Rex fell.

"Need help?" Obi-Wan offered his hand out to the clone, which Rex gladly accepted.

"We're going into hyperspace," one of the clones warned, "in three, two, one!" He shoved the lever forward dramatically.

The ship shook again, but this time Anakin held Rex in place by holding his arm.

"I do believe we should see Ahsoka now." Obi-Wan suggested.

Plot is based off of stuff from thr MCU, characters owned by Star Wars (Disney too), I wrote all of this so no stealing/editing or else I will be mad at you
