I watched as Jalanii shot the moving targets, missing more than she hit causing me to laugh lowly at her innocence.

"Game over!" The man working the booth announced causing her to sit the dart gun down and turn facing me with a pout spread across her lips

"Your aim was off that time too, Princessa?" I said wrapping my arms around her waist as her pout turned quickly to a daring scowl

"Look I'd really like to see you do better." She challenged causing me to smile before looking over at the man running the booth giving him a nod indicating we wanted to play again.

"How about we do this one together and see?" I said looking down at her biting my lip while looking at her features steadily in awe

"I'd like that." She replied mimicking my expression causing me to gently rest my palm on her cheek before brushing my finger over her lips causing her to part them

"Mmhm? Pick up the gun baby." I said moving my hand as she lifted the gun and began pointing it toward the now moving targets

I then moved behind her, standing close enough our bodies were pressed together gently, I then placed my hands and arms over hers helping her steady the gun.

"You see those three little lines on top of the gun, whatever that middle one is aligned with it'll hit. Keep a firm hold and your elbows stiff" I said moving my hands to her waist as she held the gun as I told her

"Pull the trigger," I whispered with my lips not even a centimeter away from her ear

She then began to hit the targets one by one until they were all cleared causing me to cheer for her.

"Whew! You're a quick learner!" I beamed as she jumped happily in her heeled booties

"I did it!" She cheered for herself causing me to smile

"We have a big winner!" The man running the booth announced, "Alright, pretty lady, choose any prize!"

"Yeah, beautiful get what you want," I said to Jalanii causing her to squint her eyes teasingly smiling at me

"I think I'll get the huge bear with the claws!" She then said causing me to wrap my arms around her waist before settling my gaze on the guy behind the game booth that had begun staring at her a little too long

'You want to do that?' I said menacingly into his thoughts without even speaking aloud while looking him dead in the eyes

His eyes quickly bulged out in shock before he took his eyes away from Jalanii grabbing the bear and handing it to her gently.

"Good day!" The man yelped causing Jalanii to look at him crazily finally giving him the attention he craved from her

"Good day." She said with squinted eyes before looking over at me and smiling, pointing the bear's arm at me as she cooed in a silly manner, "Jalanii says you're gonna hold me because I'm huge and you like her a lot"

"Mhm. Tell Jalanii she likes me a lot too and I'll hold you if she lets me kiss her again." I rebutted softly boinking the bear's nose

"Really?" She asked with a laugh breaking character

"Yeah," I said looking down at her licking my lips as I took the bear from her softly and leaned down connected my lips to hers, our lips slowly moving against one another's before she began trying to break away causing me to gently grab her neck pulling her back towards me, biting her lip gently as she fought with herself not to moan aloud.

Pulling away I smiled and she laughed flustered from the kiss before she began to smile hardly, "Um, you're...we should...you wanna go do something crazy?" She stammered as her thoughts began speaking pretty loud leaving me in a not so pretty state of mind

"Like?" I asked as my phone began ringing causing me to groan now annoyed and angered by it, "What!?" I said in a menacing sharp tone

"Boss, I know you said no calls for the next few hours, but we need you here now one of our biggest warehouses was hit." One of my informers said

"Fuck." I said with malice now running throughout my body, "I'll be there in a few. Gather the boys." I ordered hanging up the phone

I slipped my phone in my back pocket and looked at the smile on Jalanii's face softening my gaze, "I'm so sorry. But something went down at my company that requires me to come in." I said watching as her smile slowly disappeared from the news

"It's alright." She answered simply as I began feeling her saddened emotions fill my body causing anger to rush throughout me as well

Whoever tried me better pray. They were no longer messing with me, they were messing with my lady.

Our car ride was almost silent as she looked out of the window the entire time holding the bear we'd won together while slightly pouting.

Since I finally have met and been around Jalanii these feelings weren't as painful as they'd been before, but still, the feeling wasn't pleasant.

As I made my way further into the city Jalanii looked at me with a confused expression before asking "Where are we going?"

"I'm taking you to my penthouse. I'll be back in a few hours and when I get back we can do whatever you want." I said as I swiftly turned into the parking deck of the building

I looked over at the small smile that was now present against her lips and bit my lip softly squeezing her thigh that I'd been holding this entire car ride.

"You trust me already?" She teased with a smirk

"Yeah, but I'm not alone." I rebutted parking then looking over at her, "I'll give you a key. The maid is in the house and if you need me please call me. Doesn't matter if it's just you bothering me to come home."

Jalanii did nothing but smile and bite her lip causing me to rest my hand on her cheek before slightly running my finger over her lips causing her to release her once bit lip while staring at me with her big beautiful brown eyes.

"Kiss me." She stated eagerly

I did nothing else but follow her order leaning over and gently pressing my lips against hers before she broke away and looked back at me while she got out of the car.

"I'll see you soon." She said biting her lip

"You sure you don't want me to walk you up?" I asked with a raised eyebrow

"I'm a big girl." She smiled causing me to smile along with her, "I'll see you later beautiful." I called after her as she began to walk into my penthouse building still looking back at me before she completely disappeared through the doors.

"Damn, I love that woman more than my car." I groaned referring to the German engineered monster I drove before pulling off on my way to figure out why the hell people felt the need to try me

A/N: I'm kinda back. I know it's been a minute please don't kill me. But I hope you all enjoyed the chapter! I have sooo much I'm ready to write for this book and you guys are going to love it!
