A/N: I just realized that this is the last chapter before we head into the White Ranger Saga. I hate those episodes when Trent is evil so much. I don't know why but he's just my favorite character. That's why I added this chapter because I didn't want to head into that Saga so quickly. Ugh. Those episodes are gonna be painful to write.

CHAPTER NINE - OCEAN ALERT

𝓣𝙰𝙽𝙽𝙴𝚁

IT WAS ONCE AGAIN JUST a normal day at Hayley's Cyberspace. "Check it out. It says here that brain waves are just electrical impulses that, if converted into a binary language, can be downloaded." Ethan exclaimed. "I read about that. It means our eyes can become the video cameras of the future." Trent said.

"Game Geek TV — I wonder if it'll become part of basic cable." Conner stated. "I hope Conner knows he's never gonna get Kira to like him if he keeps acting like his jerk self." I think to myself. The doors then opened and in walked a woman wearing a red dress. She was known as Nikki Valentina. The biggest TV star.

"Hey, isn't that the girl from 'Ocean Alert'?" Kira asked as she tapped Ethan. "The most popular televelsion show of all time? Does anyone have a brown paper bag? I'm hyperventilating." Ethan informed. Everyone had shocked faces. "Welcome to Hayley's Cyberspace. What can I get you?" Hayley asked.

"I'm just dying for a wheat grass shake with a twist of lemon." Nikki replied. "Sorry, but we just ran out of wheat grass. How about a banana berry smoothie?" Hayley suggested. "Did I ask for a smoothie? I'm fairly certain I asked for a wheat grass shake." Nikki informed. "And as I said, we—" Hayley got cut off before she finished her sentence.

"All right, I'll give you $100 for it." Nikki said. "I'm sorry. You can't buy what I don't have." Hayley stated. "Listen, I don't know if you noticed this, but I'm Nikki Valentina. There is nothing I can't buy." Nikki claimed. Hayley just shook her head. "Never mind. I'm over this place." Nikki turned to leave.

"Miss Valentina. Cassidy Cornell, Reefside Reporter. I'm a huge fan." Cassidy exclaimed. "Of course you are." Nikki said like it was no news to her meeting a fan. "Someday I'm going to be a big star, too, expect I'm gonna be a news anchor, but, like, maybe we could work together. I know I could be in 'Ocean Alert'." Cassidy suggested.

Nikki chuckled. "Honey, you better get yourself a new dream. Cause being me — Well, that's mine, and I'm not sharing." Nikki informed as she left. "I have to meet her, or my life will never be complete." Ethan stated. "I'll introduce you at our wedding." Conner promised.

"Who said you were getting married to her? I'm obviously the hot guy here." I explained. "Oh, brother." Kira said, rolling her eyes. "My shift is officially over. Ready to go?" Trent asked Kira. "Where are you two headed?" Ethan asked. "Trent's going to show me some sketches he's done for the cover of my demo." Kira replied.

That's when Dr. Oliver called us saying that we had some Tryannodrones downtown and a problem at the beach. "Come on, guys!" Conner said. "Whoa! This is just like some bad low-budget movie." Ethan pointed out. "Only this is for real, Ethan." Kira reminded him. "Oh, yeah. Right." Ethan said. We began fighting the Tryannodrones.

Ethan used his arm's scales to block their attacks, Conner used his super speed to fight them, Kira used her Ptera scream to blow them away, while I used my super strength to kick them back. All four of us then regrouped. "Who released the hounds?" I asked. "I know who's putting them back where they belong!" Conner exclaimed. He then raised his left wrist. "Ready?" He asked. "Ready." We answered. "Dino Thunder, Power Up! HA!" All of us shouted.

This time, Ethan went first. "Tricera!" He yelled.

Then, Conner went next. "Tyranno!"

"Ptera!" Kira shouted.

And of course, I went last. "Carno!"

We then began fighting the Tryannodrones again. Ethan, Conner, and Kira all got out their weapons. "Carno Sword!" I shouted as I began attacking them. As we regrouped, the Tryannodrones disappeared. "Dr. O, we're heading to the beach." Kira informed. We finally arrived at the beach. "Dr. O!" Conner shouted.

"Are you okay?" Kira asked. That's when Nikki Valentina appeared. "Hey, it's Nikki!" Conner exclaimed. Nikki was looking at her nails. "Check it out, baby. It's all about the red." Conner claimed. "Unless you prefer a kinder, gentler Power Ranger." Ethan stated. "Forget these two. How about you have some fun with Purple?" I said.

"What?" Conner and Ethan both said. "I'm not finished with you yet!" The monster exclaimed. "Watch out!" Dr. Oliver warned. It attacked us and grabbed Nikki. "You guys okay?" Dr. Oliver asked. "From now on, check your hormones at the door before you morph." Kira said.

"Let's get back to the lab." Dr. Oliver said. "This is not good." Ethan exclaimed. Conner, Ethan, and I were looking at our faces. "You guys were lucky you were morphed. It could have been a lot worse." Dr. Oliver said. "I can't believe this. How am I suppose to save Nikki now? Look at my face!" Conner exclaimed. "Mine looks like it should be delievered in 30 minutes or less." I said.

"You know, most of us could look past the rash and see the person on the inside." Kira stated. "Okay, Nikki Valentina is not like most of us." Conner claimed. "Two arms, two legs — All seems the same to me." Kira informed. "What arms and legs... Not to mention the rest of her." Ethan said. "Seems like Mesogog shares your infatuation." Dr. Oliver stated.

"He's thrown up a firewall around the invisiportals. Not even the Raptor Cycles could get in." Hayley announced. Hayley then turned around. "I don't know how, but she just made it out. She's back at the beach." She informed. "Yeah, go Nikki! I told you she was smart." Ethan stated.

"Yeah, as a bag of hammers." Kira said. That's when the monster showed up as well. "Should've seen that one coming." Dr. Oliver stated. He stood up. "Hayley, keep tracking that egg." Dr. Oliver informed. "I will. Good luck." Hayley replied. "Ready?" Dr. Oliver asked. "Ready!" We replied. Our morphers appeared.

"Dino Thunder, Power up! HA!" We shouted. We finally arrived at the beach. "You again?" The monster exclaimed. "You're safe now!" Conner informed. That's when Zeltrax showed up. "Not for long!" Zeltrax claimed. "Why did I see you coming as well?" I said. All of us got into a fighting stance. Nikki ran off while Conner, Kira, Ethan, and I fought the monster and Dr. Oliver fought Zeltrax.

"Let's see how you look after a little flower power!" The monster said. He aimed for Nikki but Devin saved her on time. The monster laughed as it ran away. Conner, Kira, Ethan, and I followed it. "It's time you learned a lesson!" Conner informed.

"Yeah, like, don't blast people with a ray that turns their face into pepperoni pizza!" I added. "Good one, Tanner." Kira complimented. "Really?" I asked. "No." Kira replied. We stopped fighting him. "Okay, guys, let's give this freak a blast!" Conner said. They grabbed their Thundermax Sabers and I grabbed my Carno Sword. We all fired at once. "Let's put 'em together!" Ethan said.

"Z-Rex Blaster!" Conner, Kira, and Ethan exclaimed. "Carno Blast!" I shouted. We fired at once, finally defeating the monster. He grew big and Dr. Oliver called the Zords. We all got into our Megazord. The fish monster sprayed water on us as we fell out of the Megazord. "Guys! Are you all right?" Dr. Oliver asked. "Yeah, something's fishy." Conner replied. We ended up using the Stegozord to defeat the monster.

"There she is!" I exclaimed. "Let me do the talking." Conner informed. "Oh, yeah, right." Ethan said. "If I have to talk to anymore annoying, love-stuck fans i'm gonna barf in my coffee cup." Nikki said as if she knew we were there.

"So, you guys put the moves on Nikki?" Kira asked. "No... It turns out..." Ethan started off. "She is wack." Conner finished. "Well, guys, I'd say you learned a valuable lesson." Kira said. "What, sticking to cheerleaders?" Conner asked. "He's kidding." I informed. "We know. You can't judge a book by its cover... Even a prime one like Nikki's." I added as Conner, Ethan, and I sat down.

All of us laughed as we saw Cassidy being dragged off by security.

A/N: *Sighs* Next few chapters are gonna be the White Ranger Saga. Nooooo. I'm gonna hate writing those episodes.
