PERSONALITY:
Charles is straight forward. He's blunt, cold, and level-headed. He doesn't run into things with emotion on his mind, he keeps a level head and makes sure to think about it before he comes to a decision. Although that doesn't mean that Charles doesn't have a temper, when he gets mad, the whole world will know of his anger. Charlie often gets told of his RBF and his aloof personality. Charlie doesn't like it when people can read his emotions so he often comes across as intimidating. Charlie isn't afraid to make the hard choices, especially, if it comes to protecting his people of the Isles. Charlie has a dry humor  and most of the population can't believe that he even has a humor. It's hard to tell if he's actually trying to make a joke or if he's being serious.

DRAGON:
His dragon has been passed down through the generations, it was his father's dragon before his dragon then chose Charles as her rider.

ABILITIES/POWERS:
Growing up Charlie always knew that he would become leader of the islas de dragones, so he put in the work.

- Archery: Charlie has always been skilled in Archery more than holding a sword, something about he finds it true patience lies in the bow rather than in the hilt of a sword.

- Defense: Charlie was always taught how to defend himself, and how to take the hit from his aggressor.

- Weapon Skill: Any weapon you throw to Charlie, he knows how to use it and isn't afraid to use said weapon on his enemies.

- Communication: Charlie trains hard with his fellow dragon riders, and makes it known how to train with said person. He finds that teamwork does help in the long run.
