YULE WITH THE FAMILY
"𝖨 𝗐𝗂𝗅𝗅 𝗍𝗈𝗋𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖾 𝗒𝗈𝗎."
—A DAY AFTER THE YULE BALL, EVERYBODY WAS STILL ALLOWED TO GO BACK HOME FOR THE REST OF THE YULE, SOMETHING WHICH ALEXANDRIA DID. Now, at home, she raised an eyebrow at her father's look. Tom ignored her and gave her trunk to a house elf wordlessly, walking to his study— his daughter not too far behind.
"What's wrong?" Alexandria asked in confusion, which faded when she noticed the look he gave her.
"Go to your room."
She gave him a look of disbelief. "You're joking, right?"
Tom merely raised an eyebrow— a sign that he was definitely not joking.
"You're just mad that I'm growing up,"
"What?" asked the man, now confused. "Alexandria, you're fourteen. You're way too young to be having a—" he let a disgusted look cross his face "—boyfriend."
"No. I'm not," she shook her head. "Fourteen is the age I should be having fun and making mistakes at. I'm finally being a normal teenager!"
"Since when have you ever wanted to be a normal teenager?" Tom shot back.
"Since now!"
"Well, this isn't about that! You cannot be dating so young!"
"You don't get to tell me what to do!" She raised her voice, now mad— as was Tom.
"Damn right I do!"
She scoffed, anger turned into disbelief. "You really don't want me to grow up."
Something flickered across his face. Tom's anger vanished immediately. "No," he shook his head. "No, I don't."
"And you're taking your anger out on me."
"Alexandria, you still will not date." He stated sternly with a look. "I will not let you. Heck, I haven't even met the guy."
At that, she winced. "It— it's better if it stays that way."
Realization dawned upon Tom's face. "No," he said in shock. "My daughter.. in a relationship with a person who comes from a light family?!"
"Father—"
"How dare you!" He fumed with a betrayed look. "Do you know what'll happen in the end?! One of you will be heartbroken, and he better pray to Merlin that it will be him and not you. Not only that, Alexandria, but you're my daughter! Voldemort's daughter!"
"I fucking know!" exclaimed Alexandria, angry again. "But guess what?! I feel like your daughter one day and I feel like a stranger the next! Just let me be, will you! I'm not even your real daughter.." her voice dropped to a whisper in the end.
Anger vanishing again, Tom's eyes softened— but hurt was evident in them. "Lex, you are my real daughter."
"I don't want to talk about it."
Not knowing what to say, Tom merely nodded.

Rabastan put a card on the table. "Ace of spades."
Sirius pulled out an uno card. "+4." He grinned.
"Pikachu, I choose you," Barty joined in with a Pokemon card.
Alexandria's lips parted. "What the actual hell."
"You're all fucking shit at this game," Mulciber said, earning a smack to the head by Dolohov.
"No swearing in front of the kid!" Dolohov pointed to Alexandria.
Alexandria, offended, pointed a finger at him. "I'm 14!"
"Still a child," shrugged Rabastan with a grin, dodging the dagger Alexandria threw his way.
"Let's play monopoly!" exclaimed Remus as he walked into the room.
The door suddenly opened, catching everybody's attention.
Alexandria frowned when Draco— who had walked in with his parents— avoided her eyes.
"What is going on here?" asked Lucius, while his wife walked over to her quiet sister.
"Game night!" Rabastan grinned, as did Sirius, Barty, and Mulciber. "Join us, Lucius!"
"Absolutely not—"
"I will torture you." threatened Alexandria calmly.
Lucius slowly sat down. "So, what's the game about?"
♡
"—how am I supposed to give you money?!" Bellatrix asked in fury.
"You landed on my property!" Sirius said, looking excited.
"I will murder you! I'm not giving you any money!"
"Oh, boo-hoo. Give me my money, bitch!"
"No swearing in front of the kid!" Dolohov slapped Sirius' head.
Alexandria groaned.
Bellatrix reluctantly gave him the money, and they all finally continued with the game.
♡
Remus gave his husband a smirk when he was given money from him. "Thank you,"
"Fuck off," muttered his husband, crossing his arms like a child.
"That's not what you said last night," Remus whispered to his husband.
Alexandria, who was sitting between them, looked highly disturbed and covered her ears. "A kid is sitting here! I repeat— a kid is sitting here!"
Bellatrix's cackle caught her attention. "—Pay up, Bartemius!"
Barty's eyes watered. "No!"
"Just give her the darn money," Lucius shook his head, not knowing what the big deal was.
"Fuck off, bleachie!"
Alexandria suddenly stood up and pointed to Draco and Lucius. "I knew it! You guys bleach your hair!"
Lucius, more offended than ever, couldn't even reply. Draco, however, stood up and pointed a finger at her, desperate to save his dignity. "We do not!"
"Yes, you do!"
"No, we don't!"
♡
Sirius frowned and glared at the board. "I am not paying Bella again."
"Shut up and give me the money, mutt."
"You know what? Fuck you, Bellatrix." Sirius said with a huff.
Narcissa joined in with a "Hey!", suddenly coming to the defense of her sister.
"Family drama," Rabastan conjured popcorn for himself, Barty, and Alexandria. "This'll be fun."
Dolohov, who was sharpening his daggers while waiting for his turn, merely rolled his eyes.
"I'm giving you no money,"
"Sirius, give her the money." Narcissa said, tired of their fight.
"No, no, Cissa." Bellatrix shook her head in mock understanding. "I get it. Sirius hasn't had any money ever since he was disowned."
"Oh fuck she went there," whistled Remus.
Dolohov stopped sharpening his daggers. "Holy motherfucking shit."
"Well, it was nice knowing you, Bellatrix." Barty nodded towards the woman.
Sirius fumed, "How dare you! Uncle Alphard did leave me money, by the way!"
"That's why he was burned off of the family tree!" Bellatrix shot back.
"He didn't even want to be on there! And for the record— nor did I!"
"Is that why you're so offended?!" Bellatrix exclaimed knowingly.
Sirius's face fell. Remus, noticing this, pulled his husband downwards to sit down and sighed. "I think that's enough for tonight."
