I skipped ahead a bit in the end because I was getting tired since it's almost one in the morning, so.. yeah.

Making it out of the game, Valentine and Killua were standing in the room where they had started the game as the blonde called Kurapika, keeping close to the silverette so that he could listen into the conversation.

They had asked him if it were possible for Chrollo to remove the Nen that Kurapika had placed on the Spider leader.

'I doubt it',He stated and it was clear that he was walking somewhere from the sound of his footsteps echoing through the speaker,'If he or one of the other Spiders were to attempt to remove my Nen, I would know about it immediately. There's no other way around it'

Nodding with an impressed look sparkling within her eyes, Valentine's eyes glistened at the small explanation of Kurapika's ability and she wished that her ability could do that.

Maybe she could figure out a way to have her ability affect others.

'So when you set up your ability, you took something like this into account?',Killua questioned.

"..That's pretty cool..",Valentine muttered under her breath.

Glancing towards the girl out of the corner of his eyes, the silverette saw the look of thought on Valentine's face as she placed her hand on her chin as she furrowed her eyebrows together.

'Of course I did',Kurapika said bluntly,'If you're able to place Nen on others, it stands to reason that the ability to remove it exists as well. It's common sense'

An irritated look formed on the silverette's face and his eye twitched in aggravation, a vein popping out in his forehead.

'Well, just thought that Val and I would let you know',Killua said bitterly,'But you can do whatever you want with it'

It was clear to both blonde's on either side that the boy was agitated and a small sigh left Valentine's lips as she slowly shook her head, a gentle smile tugging at the corner of her lips.

'I appreciate that, you have my gratitude'

The sound of the line disconnecting echoed through their ears and Valentine took her ear away from the phone, slowly placing it back into her pocket.

The irritated look still remained on Killua's face and placing her hand on his shoulder, Valentine brightly beamed up at the boy, trying to life his mood.

Not being able to help himself, a small smile gradually spread across the silverette's lips and he slowly shook his head, reaching up to ruffle her hair; which caused a surprised noise to leave her lips as she opened her eyes to look up at him; listening to the soft chuckle that left his lips.

Running back out of the building, the two now stood on the grass of the game and a gentle breeze rushed through their hair, strands of snow and blonde swaying slightly through the soft wind.

Glancing towards Valentine with a mischievous look in his eyes, a devious smile slowly spread across his lips and without warning, Killua took off running without so much as a warning; leaving a confused blonde behind him.

Blinking slowly in confusion, the golden eyed girl watched as the silverette turned to look at her over his shoulder and kept on running.

'Race you back!'

Finally, her mind had caught up to what was going on and the girl's eyes widened, before she started running after the icy eyed boy.

He was clearly going to win since he was quite a bit ahead of her.

"Hey, that's cheating, Killua! You started before even letting me know that this was a race!"

A gentle laugh echoed throughout her ears and Valentine let out a small sigh, before a small smile spread across her lips as she slowly shook her head.

'I don't know what you're talking about'

If he was going to cheat by getting a head start, then she could too.

A harsh, high-pitched ringing filled the air and Valentine disappeared in a blurred apparition, before appearing ahead of the silverette, causing him to blink in confusion.

'Hey! That's cheating!'

With a gentle laugh, Valentine turned her head towards the boy and smiled innocently.

"I don't know what you're talking about..",Valentine stated.

Continuing to run, leaves gently flew past the two children in the wind and their smiles brightly shone under the beaming sun, rocks crunching under their shoes.

Finally making it back to Biscuit, Zeus and Gon; but not without the playful pushing and shoving from the two, Valentine and Killua explained what Kurapika had told them.

'Well, it looks like it's not the real Chrollo Lucilfer',The icy eyed boy explained.

With a small hum, a confused look formed on Gon's face and he tilted his head to the side, furrowing his eyebrows together.

'Wait, it's not?',The green haired questioned and was quite confused.

Slowly shaking her head, Valentine shrugged slightly and looked between the three, a low purr echoing throughout her ears as Zeus settled on her shoulder, his obsidian eyes closed as he relaxed into her familiar warmth.

"No, when we talked to Kurapika about it",Valentine explained,"He was pretty calm and he didn't sound concerned at all about the situation"

With a small smile forming on her lips, Biscuit's face filled with relief and she raised her hand.

'Well, it sounds like the three of you got all worried about nothing',Biscuit stated and pointed between the four of them,'Now, if you asked me, I'd say that it's time to get back to focusing on yourselves'

Nodding in unison, Valentine and Gon raised their hands, determination gleaming within their eyes.

"Osu!"

'Osu!'

Stuffing his hands in his pockets, Killua looked between them and he turned towards Biscuit as she began to speak up.

'We're not going to train. We've gotten distracted'

Confused by what their teacher was saying, the three hummed in confusion and Zeus chirped with question, the four of them turning their eyes towards the older blonde.

'It's time we start trying to beat this game',Biscuit stated in determination and a small giggle left her lips.

The four were now traveling to get cards and they all stood in front of a tall tree, the golden eyed beauty glanced up in awe, her lips parted as her eyes glistened with fascination.

'It's said that the legendary King White Stag Beetle lives only in this tree',The man explained,'And that there's only one way to capture it! Hit the tree and shake it out'

Looking towards the obvious bullseye in the middle; the wood was a different color than that all around it, Gon's aura formed around his fist and lit up with power.

'Show me rock... Janken, Rock!'

Punching the tree with as much force as he could, Gon felt as the whole thing shook and it felt as if time stopped as nothing had happens at the moment, causing the three behind him to look up in confusion.

Suddenly, a multitude of bugs began to rain down on the five and Biscuit shrieked slightly, trying to cover Valentine and herself from the rain of insects.

'It's raining bugs everywhere!'

Spotting the bug, Gon quickly grabbed it and the beetle disappeared in a cloud of smoke, before the green-haired boy held four card in his hand.

Now, they were in front of a mansion and a bodyguard stood in front of the gate, looking down at the four with a smug smirk on his face.

'There is no such girl in this mansion',He stated smugly,'And even if there were, you would never be able to find her. Not with all of the traps you'd have to get through first'

'Found her!',A voice called out.

The large gates beside them opened and Killua walked out with a girl with green eyes and deep purple hair.

'She was hidden in a room deep underground',The boy explained.

With an angered look on his face, the bodyguard jumped towards Killua and held up his fist, descending towards the boy.

'Damn you!'

However, before he could even think to land a hit on the silverette, Killua punched the man across the face and sent him flying through the air.

With a look of awe on her face, Valentine's eyes followed the man as he flew upwards and then, followed as he came back down, hitting the ground with a harsh thud.

A cloud of dust filled the air and once it cleared, the four saw a card laying on the ground and so, Valentine walked towards it, picking up up before heading back towards the three.

'Rank A!'

'But.. the guard's only an F rank'

Now running through the woods, the four ran alongside one another and Zeus powerfully flapped his wings, steadily keeping up with them.

'Next, let's head to Dorias; the gambling town!'

Looking towards Valentine and Killua, a frown formed on Gon's face.

'Aww man',The boy groaned and frowned slightly,'The Anatokiba contest, that's supposed to be today, right?'

'We're passing through, so let's give it a try'

Sitting in the stands, Valentine, Zeus and Biscuit watched the boys as they competed in the contest.

'The winner this month is team Killua and Gon!'

Cheering along with the crowd, the golden eyed beauty looked at her friends and a bright smile was glued to her face as she beamed with light, radiating a heavenly aura.

They had won a Paladin's necklace and they had to go ask one of the shopkeepers what it did.

The Paladin's necklace can reflect all attack spells directed at the wearer and if any of their cards were under the affect of Transform or fake, then the necklace would be able to restore them to their original state.

'Do you hear that!?',Killua exclaimed with a smile and looked towards the necklace around Gon's neck,'If we wear this, then we won't have to worry about losing any cards!'

Staring at the necklace in awe, Valentine watched as the blue pendant glistened in the light of the store and she slowly tilted her head to the side.

So, it could restore any card to its natural state.

Walking through a dry forest, the three began to go over the cards that the two had won and suddenly, Gon's binder began to ring.

'Attention. Another player has cast "Contact" on you'

Humming in confusion, Valentine stopped beside the boy's and stood in the middle of them, looking down at the binder with curiosity.

'Hey Gon, it's been a while',A voice emitted from the speaker.

Confused as to who was speaking, Valentine turned her head towards Killua and watched as the silverette turned towards her as well, their eyebrows furrowed.

It was clear that they were all confused as to who he was and why he had contacted them.

'Who are you?',Gon questioned.

A chuckle resonated through the speakers and Valentine blinked slowly, confused as to what was so funny.

Chirping slightly in curiousity, Zeus flapped his wings and glided over to Gon, landing on his shoulder before leaning forward to peer down at the binder with a confused shriek.

'What you don't remember me? Well, what about the player who took the Sword of Truth from you and the one your friend tried to beat up. Remember him?'

A small scoff of offense left Valentine's lips and she reeled back in shock, her eyebrows furrowed in anger as her lips pulled down in a frown.

Tried to beat them up?

She had beat them up and if it hadn't been for her friends pulling her away, she would've killed them.

'What do you want?',Gon asked.

'Up for a trade? I have number 66, The Witch's Diet Pill, and 27, Book of VIP Passes. You can talk it over with your friends'

Looking towards his friends, a small frown tugged at Gon's lips and he looked between Valentine and Killua, watching as they turned to look at him as well.

'What do you guys think?'

Humming slightly, the golden eyed girl looked towards the binder and began to think over their options.

Either they could trust this guy and take the cards or he was playing them and those cards were fakes.

After finally deciding, they had decided to trade with the man and they all began to watch as he walked away.

Looking towards the card, Valentine hummed slightly and then, looked back up, watching as the small group walked away.

As soon as the group had turned the corner, a breath of relief left Gon's lips and his shoulders sagged with ease.

'Well that was uneventful'

Humming in agreement, Valentine slowly nodded her head and slightly rose her eyebrows as she continued to look towards where the group once was.

It was strangely uneventful.

'Kind of a let down actually',Killua admitted and the two girl's nodded in agreement.

Chirping in agreement, Zeus turned his head with a nonchalant expression and lifted his claws foot, gently scratching the side of his head.

Smiling as he looked down at the binder, Gon admitted that he was nervous at first and the book disappeared back into the ring in a flash of light, before he turned around, looking between the four.

'That's seven types in just three days',The green-haired boy stated and smiled at the four of them,'We're making real progress'

'Okay! Let's keep it up!',The silverette exclaimed and turned towards Biscuit with a curious look,'Are there any other events in the city for getting restricted slot cards?'

Humming in thought, Biscuit placed her hand on her hip and looked up at the sky, watching the clouds slowly travel by.

'I think there are.. but let me see..'

They had ended up going to a room with a bunch of machines and started gambling.

But alas, Killua had gotten way too overconfident and in which, that resulted in him getting knocked out.
