[12/14/23] — doctors appointment
( in the afternoon )

i had a doc appointment today & i was very nervous about it bc they were gunna check my iron level so they needed to take some blood outta me & i'm not great with needles or blood or any of that stuff.

i was doing great bc we were talking about other things & then my doc (she's v pretty)  mentioned that they needed to do the iron thing & i got sad again ☹️ i hate getting lightheaded. it just sucks. i've fainted before too & wow, it rlly sucked that time. (another story for another time tho; hmu if you want the story)

so my mom helped me not think about it & everything but some of my blood squirted (sprayed) on my arm & the nurse apparently had to tell me so that's what got me to start feeling lightheaded, which isn't fun 😣 bc she was wiping the blood off my arm so she didn't want me to wonder what she was doing at the time. like smh, i wasn't gunna ask!!!! lol

but over all, i did well so i'm proud of myself!! ☺️🥰
