A wolf appeared from the forest, walking at a calm steady pace. The wolf's eyes lit up and transformed into an effulgent shade of gold. The dark grey fur drew inwards and vanished into the skin. Grating and cracking sounds appeared as his bones forcibly elongated and changed their shape.

At first, it seemed as if his body was being ruptured, but then when he took a step forward, his paw turned into a hand. He arose onto his two feet. When he took another step, his foot was covered by leather. Another shoe appeared on his other foot while he took the next step. Thick fabric instinctively covered his body and a long cape emerged behind him as he continued to walk towards the mansion.

After his grey beard appeared on his face, the transformation was completed. His eyes changed back to a pale opaque shade of brown.

Two guards immediately approached him when he stepped on the front porch of the mansion. Despite the two spears pointed at him, he stayed calm and lifted his hand. There was a piece of paper in between two of his fingers. One of the guards took the paper and opened what seemed to be a letter. After thoroughly reading through it, he glanced at the other guard and gave him a reassuring nod.

The guards lowered their weapons and stepped away. They each took hold of a handle and opened the huge door. The man entered and then walked down the massive corridor. He came to a stop when he heard laughter and chatting. He opened the door revealing a big dining hall.

One alpha's head turned when he heard the door open with a shill noise. He saw an old man enter.

"Alpha, someone is here," he said to the one next to him.

The alpha at the end of the table looked at the old man approaching him and placed his beer down. While still glancing at the old man he brought his hand up to his mouth and with only one bite garbled up the entire chicken wing. He threw the bone on the ground and then slammed his hand on the table. The plates and jars bounced at the impact, and everyone went quiet.

"Be quiet! We have a guest here," said the Alpha while a few unchewed chicken pieces fell out of his mouth.

Everyone's attention was on the old man as their alpha stood up and went to him.

"You must be the one and only Bon-Hwa known as the glorious one. The smartest beta in the Sahiwal region," mumbled the Alpha before slowing the last bits of chicken.

"I wouldn't say I am the smartest. I do have a lot of experience and gathered knowledge over the years," said the old man and bowed his head.

"There be no need to call me Alpha. You can call me Dongseok since we are buddies now."

The Alpha laughed and put his hand on the old man's shoulder. Bon-Hwa nodded and forced a smile. The Alpha dragged him to the table, and they sat down. The beta shifted around in his seat as his discomfort increased seeing all the alpha's eyes on him.

"It is an honor to be invited here. What can I do for you Dongseok?"

Dongseok took a big gulp of beer and then leaned closer to him. Bon-Hwa's upper lip pulled up when he smelled the alcohol-intoxicated breath.

"I just wanna ask you a few questions."

"About what exactly?" asked the beta and leaned back trying to create distance between them.

"About the purebred theory. I heard long ago there was a purebred Alpha," said Dongseok and leaned more forward.

"Yes, there ones lived a purebred. There could still be some living today but they have always been sporadic."

"I don't wanna find one, I want to breed one to become my heir. So, buddy tell me what you know about purebreds," said Dongseok as his eyes filled with inquisitiveness and curiosity.

"Well, a true blooded alpha is born from a male alpha and female alpha mating. But if a true blooded alpha mates with a male omega, a pure omega will be born. For a purebred to be born a true blooded alpha must mate with a pure male omega."

"So, you're telling me it is possible?"

Bon-Hwa slowly nodded making one of Dongseok's eyebrows pull upwards.

"Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Feel free to look around. You are always welcome here."

Bon-Hwa stood up and bowed before walking to the door. When he closed the door behind him, all the alpha's turned back to their head Alpha.

"Alpha, are you sure you can believe that beta? That a purebred is a real thing?"

"I guess there is only one way to find out," said Dongseok and a smirk appeared on his face.

He signaled one of the guards in the room to come to him.

"How may I be at service, Alpha."

"Tell the bounty hunters that I have a great prize for the first one who brings me a pure male omega."
