Hi! I'm Kato, a writer and graphic designer here on Wattpad. I am also the founder and admin of Pride Reads and looking forward to working with other LGBTQ+ writers here by providing you with covers for your books! I specialise in model and object based covers but also work with typographic and vector/illustrated design. I also have more experience working with fantasy, sci-fi and horror/thriller cover designs but am open to making covers for any genre!

── complete your form
If your form is not complete or particularly detailed I will not accept it. Do keep that in mind. The more information I have, the better idea I'll have of what to make!

── credit where it is due
If I make you a cover I expect to be credited somewhere on your profile. Whether in your book description/blub, inside one of the chapters, in your bio, etc.

── don't hop
Don't shop hop, simple as. If you request from me here, don't request elsewhere and vice versa. If you have an outstanding request with someone else, cancel it first. If you request from me and later decide you don't want to anymore or want to request from someone else, cancel with me. Break this rule and you will not have any requests accepted from me in this shop again.

── patience
Please be patient, I do have a life outside of wattpad and do not have an infinite amount of time to spend on making people free covers. Once your request is accepted, I will get to making it as soon as I can!

── published?
Please make sure your book is published on wattpad if you want to request from me, I am not currently taking request for other platforms. Your book needs to have at least 3 proper chapters (including prologues) before I will accept to work on a cover for you. This does not include chapters purely for aesthetics, cast pages, author notes, etc.

── usage
Please use my cover for at least 4 weeks! If you don't want to use it please just let me know, I won't be offended! Sometimes what I make might not be quite what you were hoping or looking for and that's fine, just tell me so that I can make it a premade.

── refusal
I have the right to refuse your request without any further explanation. This might just be because I wasn't inspired enough, I don't feel as though it is something within my skill set, or I just might not be able to find safe and accurate resources to use. I outright will not make graphics for any fanfictions containing explicit smut between two real people i.e. two celebrities in a ship.

── don't edit!
Do not, under any circumstances, edit a cover I make you. This includes slapping a filter on it, adding extra text, etc. If you want something changed just ask, more often than not I'll be happy to tweak things for you. Whether that means changing the title, your author name or anything else! But if you win stickers for your books from any awards feel free to do with them what you want, slap them all over the cover if you like. Just don't make edits to it.

── collection
Please respond and collect your cover within a week of me sharing the link with you! If you do not collect and use the cover within this time I will turn it into a premade.

── payment
There is no payment other than crediting me for my work but I would really appreciate it if you would consider following me so you can keep up with me and my works! A shoutout would be great too but not required. If you like my work do recommend me to your friends <3

── i don't...
Currently I will not be working with celebrity face claims, complex model manipulations or any covers/graphics for books outside of wattpad. I am still happy to work with stock models and more complex scenery manipulations but would like to focus on text-based and object-based designs if possible. In the instance that you really want a celebrity model on your cover, I may accept if your request interests me but know I will be choosy with these. Moreover, I will not work with more than 3 models on any one cover.
