coopers pov-

tonight I was taking Jaden to my girlfriends' party. "you don't have to dress up, at least im not dressed up, I think I'm just going to stay in the back" I told him.

"then why are you even taking me?" he questioned.

"because you need to go out, im worried about you son," I said mocking Amy's voice. "and because I don't know I think it'll be fun" "so you're forced to come with me" I added. "you have no choice".

"fine," he said throwing on his hoodie over his oversized cut jeans. "you're driving" he gave me my car keys.

"one thing, what the fuck are those pants Hossler?" I said before we left.

Jaden's pov-

we got there eventually, cooper took me to the back of the house, around the pool, but at a corner. Cooper left me to go somewhere with sab, so now I'm alone on my phone here, pretty much with nothing to do and want to go home.

I actually, wasn't alone though, because, there was this, really pretty brunette girl, playing with a lighter cross sitting on a ledge beside the wall. her cheeks pink her hair, pink lips, she wore a black and red varsity jacket, buttons on one side and the number 94 on the side, she had a lace black top underneath, with a small blag handbag. she seems lonely, but fuck I am too. if she's here she shouldn't be insane I think, why shouldn't I socialize a bit.

I walked towards her. "hey" I said. she slightly gasped almost dropping her lighter and gassing my pants to flames. "are my pants that bad?" I chuckled.

"oh no, just being a fucking clutz" she took her lighter up again.

"I'm Jaden" I sat next to her on the ledge. "Nessa" she smiled.

"no but seriously someone needs to tell me the truth about my pants, is it that bad?" I questioned.

"they're not horrible.....okay that's a lie, they're horrendous, but it's fine you're still dressed better than half of these kids" "how'd you end up here?" she asked.

"my friend dragged me out here, it's his girlfriend's party apparently"

"Oh you're cooper's friend, I'm sab's but, I'm more of her in the dark friend who's always at her party's but rather play with a lighter or smoke a joint outside" she sighed.

"I'd totally leave already if I didn't let cooper drive and use his car" "glad I didn't though, because I found you, to talk to"

she's actually really pretty. "is that supposed to be you flirting?" she giggled.

"maybe it was, i don't think my girlfriend would like that though"

third person

she took a cig out, lighting it, "quite frankly i couldn't give 2 shits about what she likes, so why dont you call me" she took his phone out of his pocket, putting his index on the fingerprint button and putting her number in his imessage.

"how'd you-" he smiled.

"you want a drink?yeah let's get a drink?"she got up,"you coming?" she walked. he still smiled in amazement before getting up and following the girl
