Lavender of Lav, as her friends and family call her, is a really cute and pretty girl. She has dark brown and wavey hair, the perfect mix of her parents' hairs. Her eyes are big and they are the same color as milk chocolate. Her face is small and tiny just like a doll. Her aesthetic is really simple just like her and her style is girly as she wears a lot of dresses and skirts. She really likes the ukulele cuz her father used to play the instrument when she was little, another passion of her is surfing. The warm sand, the blue water, and the cold breeze of the ocean are something that Lav always loved. She still remembers when her mother used to bring her to the beach and let her play in the white sand. About her relationships, she doesn't have that many friends. During her childhood, she used to have tons of friends but now that she grew up, they only want her around for popularity since her father used to be in a famous boyband. Obv she doesn't blame him but for once she'd like to have a best friend or someone.

Lav POV
Today I woke up in a good mood so I decided to make a nice breakfast and then drive somewhere before school just to chill. I could have been like any other girl in my school, spending the morning with my group, talking about some gossip or looking at boys. But I don't like that stuff, I'm not that kind of girl and also I don't have many friends.

At 8 am I arrived at school and went to my locker to grab my science book. When I was about to leave, the nightmare began.
"hey Lavy" I hate that nickname. "so me and the other girls were thinking about having a party but we don't have a place" the most popular girl of the entire school was annoying me again. You have to understand that they only want to be famous and the fastest way is to use me. "well in sorry for you girls" I said leaving them. "maybe we can throw the party at your house Lavy" she said aloud as I was far away. I ignored her and walked to class.

My happy mood now is ruined thanks to Neveah. Yeah that's her name and she always shows it off cuz it means heaven backward. I usually don't have people but I swear that she can simply fuck off.
The day went slow and thank God that now I have music. It's my favorite subject and also Been, aka my cush, is there too. He kinda reminds me of uncle Daniel cuz he has big blue eyes and brown hair, also he's really good at music. I want to go to prom with him so bad, but I guess he doesn't want to.

Ben POV
There she is, Lav. I swear that she's so beautiful with her hair and big eyes also her name is just perfect for her as she's kind, soft and cute like the flower. I want to take her to prom but idk if she will say yes...I'm nervous. I heard that she's throwing a party so I'm gonna investigate.

Lav POV
I sat down at my desk when Mr. Hudson explained the new project
"ok guys I want to change up a bit. Now I'll assign you a partner and I want you to write and produce a song and the best one will be played at the school prom". I was so excited and I hope I'll be with Ben.
"Luna and Katy. Josh and Maddie. Lavender and Ben" I was so happy!
He sat next to me and we started to work. At first, it was a bit awkward but after it got more comfortable. We did some progress when he asked me something "hey I heard around that you're throwing a party..."
"emm... Actually, Neveah said that but obv is not true..." I saw that he wanted to come so I had an idea. "but why don't we continue the project at my house? I can ask my dad if we can use his studio" his face light up and nodded. I couldn't wait for that day so I went home and told immediately to mum.

You have to know that my min is my best friend. She's always been there for me and our bond us unbreakable. I opened the front door and saw no one at home but Madison, our maid.
"Hey Madison where's my mum?" "she's out doing some errands but she'll be back soon" I nod and had lunch with her. She's really kind to me and never complains, I like her.
After an hour my mum came back and I ran to her due to my excitement. "hey Lav" I hugged her. " I missed you too love." she said kissing my head. We sat on the sofa and started to talk about random stuff when I decided to ask her "mum... Mr. Hudson gave us a project where we have to make a song" "wow that's amazing!" she said happy for me. "...And I have a partner to do it with..." I said while my cheeks went red. "ohh...And who is he?" she already knew so he pulled on a smirk. "... Ben" I said quietly. "who's Ben?" another but familiar voice asked. "DAD!!" I was so happy, you can't even imagine.

When j was born my dad was still in the band. He traveled around the world so much that I've barely seen him, but I knew that it was what he wanted so if he's happy, I'm happy. Now he's not in the band anymore but they decided to do a reunion tour so he left for Europe and Asia. Now he's back and I've missed him.
"MY BABY!!" he said with his arms open and j went to high him. I'll always say this: my dad will be the only man where I can feel safe no matter what. The day went on with us having some family time. I told both of then about the project and dad let me use his studio and also volunteered to help.

Jack POV
I'm so happy to be back home again. I missed Lavender the most and she's beautiful as always. I saw her really excited today and notice that was about that Ben... I don't want to be an overprotective father but I'm not sure about him... He better treat her right even if they are not dating.

The next morning I decided to take Lav out for breakfast and then drive her to school. I wanted something chill, some father-daughter time but in the middle of the breakfast, paparazzi started to come. "in sorry for all those photographers, we can leave if you want" "no dad, it's ok don't worry. Of it doesn't bother you, we can stay" I smiled at her, she's just as kind as her mother.
We finished our meal and left. Once in the car, she asked me something "dad do you still have your band first album?". I was surprised but then took our 8 Letters. She put it in the player and jammed. How did she know all the words? "you know dad when I was little and I was missing you, I used to listen to your music to hear your voice...". That makes sense even if it's a bit sad. We arrived at school and j gave her a quick kiss on the forehead before she left. Then drove away.

Lav POV
I got out of the car and Neveah was there with wide eyes. "was that your father?" "emmm... Yes?" what a dumb question. "maybe you can drive me home after school. I don't have a lift" "sorry Neveah but after school I'm busy so I can't" and I went to my locker. I know she just wants to do a story with my dad to get attention. How sad.
