He can be aggressive, have a bit of an anger problem, and gets told of his anger issues quiet often. JR also can be selfless, kind, and is extremely smart. As a teenager, he kept mostly to himself and did his homework to the best of his ability. He rarely made friends and only hung out with his cousin. As an adult, he's still the same. He teaches his classes and goes home. JR doesn't sleep much so he stays up to grade papers or looking up at the night sky, trying to relive his Air Force days.

┊Jackson Ryder was born to Robert and Alyssa Mackenzie. He is an only child due to the fact that his father killed his mother when JR was 10 years old. Robert Mackenzie is the Boss of a huge biker gang called, The Dead Legion. Generation after generation, the Mackenzie first borns are to run the gang. JR has never wanted anything to do with that kind of life, and Robert holds that against his son. JR has been abused by his father his whole life so when he graduated, he enlisted into the Air Force. JR left and didn't look back. He's come back 21 years later to his town, because his father is in hospice fighting cancer and everybody is looking to Jackson Ryder Mackenzie to take his place on the throne, leading the Dead Legion.
