┊Growing up in a huge Hispanic family means that Flora is very close with her family. She doesn't know where she would be without them. Floretta is probably the kindest soul you could meet, she doesn't say no to people and she doesn't complain about it either. Flora is a person that you really call selfless, she loves to help people, especially the people that she loves. Floretta takes care of her family and doesn't complain about that either. She doesn't get time for herself so she doesn't know what it's like to relax. She doesn't know if she can really relax at all since she's always helping with something. Flora is someone you can trust your whole life with and won't regret a single moment. Flora is soft spoken and doesn't really speak all that much because she doesn't have a lot of self worth. Thanks to her parents. She has depression and anxiety, both things she takes medication for but keeps it a secret. Her parents would flip if they found out about it.

Flora doesn't know how to feel about love but her parents do believe she's going to die alone because she hasn't married, at all. She dated here and there but she never decided to settle down. Floretta is actually the only sibling that hasn't gotten married or had children for that matter.

┊Floretta Zaya Hernández was born to Miguel and Isabela Hernández. She comes from a very big family, she has 4 aunts on her father's side, 3 uncles, and 3 aunts on her mother's side. So the amount of cousins she has, is a bit ridiculous. Flora herself is the oldest daughter, she has two younger brothers, and three younger sisters. It goes: Floretta (37), Jasmine (34), Elio (31), Lilian (29), Milo (29), and Gaya (27). As the oldest, she is very close with her siblings and takes care of them like they are her children.

It's 2023, Floretta is now 37 years old and the amount of the years that has passed has been 19 since you last saw her. Due to a job opportunity and you're back in Seattle, a place you thought you'd never thought you'd come back to. So on the way to a family dinner, you stop to get your mother/father some flowers, but what you don't expect is when you walk through I Lilac You, is to see the love of your life standing in it.
