𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙬 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙣, the nerdy twin brother of Sarah Cameron. Since Matthew is a Cameron, it instantly made him popular, which his family being one of the richest on the island. However, Matthew had never really cared for money or the kooks vs pogue war. All Matthew wanted to do was live his life and get into a good college, without all of the island drama. But, no matter how much he tried to stay out of the drama, he somehow always found himself dragged into it, well, mostly because his older brother is very much involved with the kook vs pouge war. Rafe has always believed that he is better than pogues, just because he has a bit more money and lives a more luxurious life compared to the pogues, which Matthew has always found ridiculous.

Matthew has been best friends with Harlow Kingsely ever since the fifth grade. Harlow has always been known as a stereotypical kook; living a lavish lifestyle, hated any pogues and had never worked a day in her life. But, even though Harlow was a stereotypical kook, she is actually a nice person. Yes, she is a bitch to people she doesn't like and will just say whatever she is thinking; but when it comes to the people she cares about, she'd do anything for them. The two had first met when they got sat next to each other in the fifth grade, when Matthew barley said two words to anyone and Harlow would never stop talking. Back in those days, Matthew was bullied at school because he was a shy kid, but one day, Harlow had stood up for him and the two have stuck together ever since. Harlow had taught Matthew how to be confident while Matthew had taught Harlow that there is more to life than money. The two are always there for each other whenever they need the other; whether it'd be to get them through a break up, family problems or even if they're just not in the best mood. They have always stuck by each other and they had no intention of changing that.

The time Harlow was there for Matthew the most was when Matthew had broke up with his ex girlfriend, Kiara Carrera. The first time that Matthew and Kiara properly met was Kiara's first day at the kook academy. Yes, Matthew has heard about Kiara before, since he is friends with JJ Maybank, but he had never actually met her in person before. So, when he met Kiara, since Sarah had invited the girl to go and save baby sea turtles with them, Matthew had an idea of what Kiara was like, and meeting her in person just made him instantly fall for her. Matthew and Kiara had ended up becoming close friends, and started to like each other, which led the two getting into a relationship. The two had ended up being the most loved couple at the kook academy; with Kiara being best friends with the queen b and Matthew being one of the most popular guys at school. This all changed when Sarah had decided to throw a party, for unknown reasons, and didn't invite Kiara, which had led to the cops being called on the oldest Cameron girl. Now, as much as Matthew liked Kiara, his bond with his twin sister was much more important to him. So, when Sarah and Kiara had fallen out and decided to not be friends anymore, Matthew had took Sarah's side and broke up with Kiara. To this day, Matthew regrets breaking up with Kiara but he does not regret sticking with his sister.

So, what happens when Matthew gets dragged into the hunt for the Royal Merchant and ends up getting close with Kiara again?
