"I see you've found a way to play Taylor Swift," Charles shakes his head with a grin as he stands opposite Evangeline — the bench separating them.

Evangeline smiles. "There's always a way to play Taylor Swift."

Charles chuckles whilst making his way towards the kettle. "Tea?"

"Duh!"

The duo sit in comfortable silence sipping their tea and eating the French toast. And for a moment, everything feels like it's back to normal.
