(A/N just saying CHASE AND NOEN WILL NOT GET TOGETHER THEY ARE JUST FRIENDS so don't @ me)

Noen POV
"Let's just hope they find her before something can happen to her." I look around at them. "Unless anyone else has another idea."
   A chorus of no's echo across the room. I sigh in defeat and flop back onto the bed.
"I guess we just wait, then," Chase sighs and rubs his chin. Everyone nods in agreement. Payton quickly exits the room, followed shortly after by Griffin and Anthony. Chase flops onto the bed next to me, and Jaden and Josh get on the other bed. Everyone else goes into the other room.
"I'm going to leave my phone on in case she texts us," I say, turning it on and putting it on the nightstand. Everyone else does the same, and as soon as Chase crawls on top of me and falls asleep, I'm out like a light.

(A/N if chase hudson slept on top of me like how I imagine this, I would let him crush me with his body weight. Like seriously, and then I'd go die.)

Ray POV
I quickly run out of the front door of Payton's mom's house and down the street. It's dark out, and as I run, I can hear his mom yelling out at me. I ignore her shouts and keep running down the street, out of their neighborhood, and towards the park.
I reach the park and look around. I see a cliff, fenced-off, and run over. I lean over the fence and see a 100-foot drop into some rough waters. I quickly climb over the fence and stand on the short ledge just on the other side of it. I pull my phone out of my pocket and see my phone has blown up with texts. I sigh and open Noen's texts.

Ray✨: bye noen

I turn my phone off and toss it behind me, then pull my blade out of my pocket. My hand shakes as I hold it up to my neck and start to slash across my neck. When I finish a long cut, I toss the bloody blade out into the dark waters below. It's starting to get light out, so I better hurry.

Noen POV
   I wake with a jolt when I hear a phone buzz. I see Jaden rubbing at his eyes in the other bed. I slide Chase off of me, and he groans in his sleep. I lean over to the nightstand and click all the phones on and see I got a text from Ray a minute ago.

Ray✨: bye noen

   No. No no no no no. My mind rushes as I scramble to sit up. This can't be happening. The girl we just met from a random text can't be killing herself.

Noen😽: please don't do this Ray. we all care for you and I couldn't stand it if we lost you

Noen😽: Ray?

   "Everyone, wake up!" I say loudly, then start shaking Chase's shoulder. He groans and rolls over.
   "What?" he moans.
   "Ray just texted me." This causes them all to sit up quickly. I sigh and set my phone on the nightstand. "I think she's going to do it."
   "Kill herself?" Chase whispers. I nod and start to cry as he pulls me against his chest. I just lay against him and sob quietly.
   "She can't kill herself. She can't. We haven't even met her yet," I mumble into his chest.
   "I know, bub. I know. I'll watch the phones if you want to sleep," he says as he rubs my back. I nod into his chest and fall asleep quickly.

Ray POV
"Ma'am, I'm going to have to ask you to step back over the fence," a voice calls. I startle and my foot slips over the edge, but I grab the fence.
"No." My voice is shaky when it comes out. I hear footsteps approaching slowly, and when I turn, I see two EMTs and a cop approaching slowly. They are still a good distance away.
"Ma'am, it's not worth it to-"
I jump.
