hello!! welcome to my shifting guide. my name is kiara, i've been aware of shifting since 2019, and officially shifted in 2020. i'll be sharing advice which may help you get to your dr :)

this book will include definitions of the key terms you'll be seeing throughout the book, along with methods and maybe some templates too.
