All the candidates were asked to sit in patience, while they will call one by one. Krishna and Sougat were competing among three hundred candidates and each candidate need to pass six rounds of interrogation where their intelligence and wit was put to test.

Krishna and Sougat both cleared up their first round but Sougat failed to crack the second round itself while Krishna qualified. Krishna was able to clear up all the six rounds and the company declared that he was the only candidate who was able to pass their questions.
The staffs gave their terms and conditions and told him to decide whether he will conceive that job and if he is done with his decision then he may join from the very next week.
Krishna was now in dilemma, he took several suggestions from people. He was confused because on one hand he has his students and on the other hand the financial platform that was always desired by the society he lives in.
Finally, before the day of joining, he decided to endeavour the job and decrease the number of students. On the first of his joining, he felt very happy to enjoy a new experience but as days passed his excitement faded and  turned into a life of toil fir him.

THREE MONTHS LATER
It was about two-three months that he continued and soon realised that doing work in IT Department with a low remuneration than his teaching career is Not his Cup Of Tea, so he decided to quit the job but again he was in dilemma that if he leave the job, he has only a few students to continue his teaching career. How could he earn for a living with such a few number of students was his main question. Krishna compared the two problems: his job is ridiculous for him, he doesn't fit it perfectly and due to his job he gets lack of sleep and random schedule for his daily life which effected his health. And his teaching career which do not have any problems apart from the remuneration.
So he decided to leave the job because it caused him more problems than his small number of students.

RESIGNED:
After resigning from his job, he did not get that much salary which he used to get before joining the job because of the decrease in number of students. It was the middle of a session of that year, and he cannot expect any students to come up in the middle. He continued with his students, he gave all his effort to build up their future. He taught them, nurtured them and helped them in their difficulties no matter even if he got a low remuneration. His joy was in teaching them, not in the money that satisfies the society.
He worked day and night, not such a hardwork because he loved his career, he loved to teach someone, he was happy in his life.

But the whole scenario changed and worked in his favor..
