It had been a week since the final showdown at Shadyside mall and things had slowly been getting back to normal.

Athena had officially moved in with Ziggy, as they had decided to repair their friendship that had been neglected since that night at the camp.

Valerie had tried to fix her relationship with her mother, sadly failing. Athena and Ziggy took the girl in, both of them understanding what it was like to have a mother who wasn't there for you.

The three of them became a random family that weirdly belonged together. They had Sam, Deena and Josh over regularly, all of them finding comfort within their shared trauma.

Everything was going well in everyone's lives. Everything was normal.

Shadyside, a place where people could now live in peace.

Camp Nightwing, a place that was now in the past.

Shadyside Mall, a place where it all ended.

Or was it?
