royce woke up in an unknown room, hand going on her forehead as a pain shot through her head. she looked around. rainbow sheets and blankets.

sam walked in and saw that she was awake," here royce, i got you things for your hangover".

"thanks you." royce mumbled while drinking the stuff.

"of course. uh do you want breakfast?"

"no it's alright. i have to get going. thanks for bringing me here".

"uh, yeah of course. ill show you out."

"wait how did i get here?"

"robby brought you".

royce stumbled into the dojo, wearing sunglasses.  eyes were following her every move.

"you're late, royce." johnny announced.

royce nodded, "i know. but i'm here now".

"hai!" johnny said, making royce jump.

"do you know what that means?"

royce shook her head. "it means. you're not going to be competing in the all-valley."

royce took off her sunglasses, "what!? are you kidding me right now??"

"no, it's your fault. it was your responsibility to be here on time. so instead you're gonna be sitting next to miguel's mom."

"that's- what- whatever man. fuck this tournament shit".

"good luck out there." royce said to miguel, he nodded and hugged her.

"i'm sorry you aren't in the tournament." he held his hand on the side of her face.

she shrugged, "it's whatever."

miguel frowned slightly, "look there's my mama, she's waving you over." miguel pointed.

royce nodded and said goodbye. she walked over to sit next to his mom.

"hey mama carmen."

"hey royce, why aren't you competing?".

"my dad basically kicked me off for being late i guess".

"it's okay mija, you can do it in the next one", carmen says while giving her a kiss on the head.

royce slightly leaned into her touch. missing the motherly feeling. carmen noticed this and put her arm around her shoulders, rubbing her arm.

"cobra kai ! cobra kai ! cobra kai ! cobra kai !" the kids shouted as the they entered the stage arena. making royce smile at them.

"now that's what i call an entrance! and a badass name for a dojo! let's hear it for cobra kai!"  the announcer yelled. making royce jump up and cheer for them all.

she could hear moons faint cheers, making her pause and sit down.

"and finally, fighting unaffiliated from north hills, we have mr.robby keene!"

royce and johnny both froze. robby was running up the stage, he saw royce looking at him, and waved to her, sending her a smile. while she gave him a thumbs up.

after a few rounds, there were only 2 members of cobra kai left. hawk and miguel.

it was now the semi-finals, royce was nervous. the only ones to be left were just miguel.

"there can only be one winner. and they are standing on this stage right now. will it be miguel diaz from cobra kai?" the announcer screamed, making everyone cheer as miguel bowed.

"or will it be robby keene! unaffiliated?" robby bowed but quickly faced royce and gave her a big smile. she nodded and smiled back.

"and last but not least, last year's champion, xander stone!" the boy walked in front of the announcer doing a double flip. making the crowd go crazy.

"show off", royce rolled her eyes as carmen and ya-ya laughed at her comment.

xander took the microphone out the announcers hand, "i just wanted to say, even though i love to fight, we all need to fight together against hatred. and as i look around this arena, i pray for every race, religion, and gender that we can all live together in peace. please join me in a moment of silence as we strive to end intolerance in our time".

royce rolled her eyes but went quiet as everyone else did.

miguel and robby were up. this sent chills down royces spine. knowing that one of them will actually get hurt.

right in the first round, robby had won and miguel was angry like the hulk. wanting to destroy him. miguel was more ruthless during the second round, and had won it by kicking robby in the shoulder. at that moment, royce was getting angry at what he was doing to her brother. but she couldn't do anything. when the third round started, everyone could tell robby's shoulder was injured badly, miguel used that as an advantage.

he kicked, punched, and jabbed robby's shoulders whenever he could get the chance too. but somehow, robby had won.

robby quickly walked into the boys locker, finding royce to be standing behind him.

"hey rory. this is the boys locker room."

"i know,"

"are you okay robby?"

he nodded, "i'm fine sis."

she smiled and gave him a side hug, "well, do your best. i love you bro".

"love you too sis- wait is that a tattoo?"

"yeah, it's your birthday".

robby smiled and gave her a hug again,kissing her head.

"this is it folks! the moment we've all been waiting for. the final match to determine who will get victory and champion. will it be robby keene or miguel diaz".

they started fighting, robby kicked miguel, making him stumble back. "YEAH ROBBY!" royce yelled.

robby sent kicks towards miguel but he moved out the way in time. blocking his punches. miguel punched robby in the stomach, making him fall back. the crowd went wild as royce sat down.

"cobra kai gets a point! now it's 1-1", the announcer says.

miguel punched robby again, and tripped him. punching him in the shoulders once again. "COME ON ROBBY YOU GOT THIS", royce yelled once again. getting a glare from hawk.

"time!!" daniel larusso yelled, walking on the mat towards robby.

robby was clutching his shoulder, as royce started to clutch her own. feeling the pain. crazy right?.

daniel was talking to robby as he was inhaling and exhaling. he walked back off as robby stood up, inhaling motions.

the pair started to fight, kicks and punched were thrown everywhere. miguel kicked robby once more, making him stumble back. he tried to stomp on robby but he moved away in time.

robby jumped and kicked miguel, making him fall back. he walked over to miguel who was still on the ground. offering a hand to help him up. suddenly miguel grabbed his hand fast, and pulled his shoulders.

"WHAT THE FUCK", royce yelled while rapidly walking down the bleachers. she walked all the way to robby, "hey are you okay?" she said while helping him up. ignoring the others presences.

"i'm fine ro, ima keep fighting". royce nodded and gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked back up.

miguel and robby faced eachother once more.
they began fighting. miguel won.

  royce didn't bother to congratulate miguel. she didn't even hesitate when she made the choice. he took it to far.

cobra kai is destroying their life's and friendships.

she walked out of the entrance, feeling a tap on the shoulder. she turned and saw miguel right there.

"miguel." she deadpanned, avoiding eye contact.

"listen, i'm sorry. i didn't mean to upset you".

"miguel. he's my brother, of course i'm going to be upset".

"i know and i'm being sincere. i cant stand to see you hurt."

royce paused for a moment. noting that she can't hate him forever. she nodded and caressed his face.

"it's okay. i forgive you-"

miguel kissed her on the lips. royce was shocked, stood still for a moment. miguel backed off once she didn't move.

"i'm s-sorry, i didn't mean to-" royce interrupted miguel by kissing him back.

the two teens rushed back to her home, johnny drinking out the win at a bar.

miguel pushed her door as he carried royce attached to his waist. he put her gently on the bed as she took off her shirt, leaving her in a bra. he took off his gi and bent down to kiss her.

clothes went flying everywhere. royce paused for a moment, "you sure about this? hope this doesn't ruin our relationship."

miguel smirked, "yeah i'm sure rory." he went back to kissing her.
