• Heeseung - At midnight.

"B-but-"

"He's mine! Go find your own man that's name is Heeseung!"

The girl in front of Y/n was stubborn as heck, fighting for her 'man'.

Clearly, Lee Heeseung was Y/n's. But looks like fate didn't want them together no more.

"Y-you can't take him just because his name is written on your wrist! His name was on my wrist first!" Y/n argued with all the love she has inside her as students gathered around, some even started recording.

"Well then it's time that the Gods tell you that you're not meant for each other." The female stuck her tounge out at Y/n, as Heeseung just stood there, confused.

Living in a world where when you turn 18, the name of your soulmate appears on your wrist, Y/n and Heeseung always thought they'd be together forever.

But Y/n's ex best friend took him, right out of her hands. And in a second, both their eyes couldn't understand why there was Lee Heeseung written on the female's wrist.

"You can't just take him, he's not your property-"

"So who's property is he? Yours?" She smirked, Y/n's knuckles and fists clenched, ready to swing her fist anytime.

"Lee Heeseung is MY soulmate." She stared at Y/n's eyes with full evil glares, as before Y/n could slap the devilish shit out of the female, Heeseung stopped her from doing so by grabbing her wrist.

A wash of confusion and betrayal rushed all over Y/n's body. Was he taking her side now?

All that she knew was that reality brought her to the sense of Heeseung pulling her out of the crowd and to another place in the campus.

Heeseung stopped their walking feet at an empty classroom as his gaze landed on Y/n's teary eyes.

"I can't believe you're defending her." She sniffled as Heeseung sighed, pulling her into his warm embrace.

"I'm not defending her, Y/n..It's just that, you know what we studied. Remember our history professor talking about our topic last month?"

"Hee, there's no time for aca-"

"It's possible."

Y/n looked up at her dear boyfriend's orbs, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Possible? So, you really are taking her side?" Y/n scoffed and tried to get out of his embrace but he hugged her tightly even more.

"I love you so much, Y/n. But I'm afraid that what she's saying is true-"

"How can you say that?! If you do love me, You'd not think like that, no matter what the cost is. Is this your way of saying you're gonna leave me?" Her voice sounded broke as tears fell out of her eyes as her body fell on the floor and kneeled down, Heeseung's heart shattered seeing that sight right in front of him.

"I-I'm not gonna leave you." Heeseung whispered under his breath, bending down to caress her silky hair. Brown, shiny and soft, he sure was going to miss playing with her smooth locks.

His scent that smelled like a mix of lavender and cherries, the soft wool sweater she always cried and layed her head on, his large hands that brushed through her small ones and intertwined them together, his warm embrace that gave her comfort and was her safe place, she was afraid she would lose it all. She didn't want to lose them, she didn't want to lose him.

But not everything and everyone stays, she knew that. But it's the fact that it might have to be him, it broke her that there's nothing she could do but sob.

"W-when.." She mumbled, as Heeseung looked down on her pityful figure.

"The day the name appeared on the other..which was today."

Y/n sobbed harder as those words rolled out of Heeseung's mouth. Heeseung's lower lip shivered, trying not to shed tears as it would only suffer his girl more.

"I'm so sorry, Y/n.." Was all Heeseung could say before the bell rang, both their presence needed in class.

But neither could focus when their relationship was on the line. What did they do that the universe decided they should no longer be each other's significant other? No one knew, time just passed and the more the thoughts of splitting up fogged their heads.

Y/n closed the lights on their bathroom, drying her hands with the damp towel and placing it back on the rack.

"You can use the bathroom now.." Y/n mumbled, opening the glass window to their balcony for some fresh air.

Heeseung, who was drying his hair with a damp towel, eyed his girlfriend with soft eyes, placing the towel on his shoulder and joining her outside.

"You okay?" Heeseung asked, wrapping his arms around her as she continued to look up at the moonlight.

"Do I look so?" Y/n chuckled, as Heeseung rested his chin on her shoulder with a small little pout shown on his face.

"I hate the universe." He huffed like a big baby, as Y/n curved up a small smile and placed her hand on his soft hair locks.

"Me too, Hee. Me too.." She mumbled, resting her head on top of his as he snuggled his head by the crook of her neck, leaving small kisses that tickled her.

"I don't want to leave you." Heeseung scrunched his nose from anger at the universe, wanting to punch the milky way, or whatever it takes just to stay by her side.

"I don't want to leave you too, Hee. But there's nothing we can do-"

"But-"

"Right?" She showed her warm smile that hid all the sadness, as Heeseung lifted his head up and hugged her like there's no tommorow.

Y/n felt a drop of multiple tears land on her head, meaning Heeseung was crying, and it made her eyes watery too.

"Hey, don't cry!" She turned around and laughed at him, wrapping his arms aroun his neck as he laughed, trying to lighten up the mood.

"Hee, we're not going to die or anything. We can still be best friends, right?" She wiped his tears with her sweater paws as he stared at her with all the love he can.

He's going to miss this. Their both going to miss this.

"I guess.." Heeseung mumbled, bumping his forehead with Y/n's and pecking her nose as she let out the most beautiful giggle he ever heard.

"What time is it?" Y/n asked as Heeseung checked his phone for the time.

"10:30." He replied, as Y/n smiled and tiptoed closer to his face.

"You wanna break up at midnight?" She asked.

"Hm, midnight works."

Heeseung giggled, pulling her onto a sweet passionate kiss. His soft lips on her strawberry cherry tasted one, moving in sync like the kiss was the only thing that resembled their love for each other.

Two and a half hours more and their not each other's anymore. So they made use of the time, sharing a kiss under the moonlight that shined on their figures, like the leads of a romantic movie.
