The next morning Meera and Alia were doing some work in Meera's room while Priyanka, Gauri & Bhavya were all talking to each other downstairs.

"Miss me Mom?" A voice said from the entrance of the door. A young man and girl stood at the door. Priyanka smiled and ran towards the guy.

"Jai...my son!" She hugged him while slowly the other members of the family came hearing their voices.

"Hey Dad." Jai went and hugged his Dad, Ranveer Singh Randhawa.

"So, Mr Lawyer...how did your case go." Ranveer asked.

"I won Dad. The real murderer was caught."

"Its a good thing you two returned, I was just talking to Sonali's parents the other day, they said we should start your marriage preparations....they wont be able to come yet because they are still in Thailand but they will return by the actual wedding day." Jhanvi said.

"Wow, really...that what they said?" The girl asked.

"Yes beta...We were thinking of finding a good day to get you two engaged."

"How about tomorrow?" Jai asked.

"Son, have some patience....we need to talk to the panditji...then find and an auspicious day and THEN you will get engaged." Ranveer replied laughing at his son's excitement.

"Sona?" Everyone turned and saw Meera and Alia standing on the stairs.

"Meera?..... Alia? Oh My God! I cant believe its you!" Sonali ran towards the other two girls and hugged them tightly. Everyone looked at each other really confused.

"Sonali beta, Do you know these two?"

"Yes Bhavya Aunty, they are my friends from College, I haven't seen them in about 3 years! What are you guys doing here?"

"We are the Oberoi's new business partner...what are you doing here?"

"Oh I know them for a few years now, my boyfriend Jai, is Priyanka Aunty's son. Actually I should say, my to-be husband, Jai."

"Oh wow, you two are going to be married? Congrats." Alia asked.

"Yeah...I was abit upset that Mom & dad wont be able to come until the actual wedding daybut now I have you two! You guys will be on my side during the wedding."

"Of course." Meera smiled.

"Technically you should be from the groom's side...you are the groom's sister after all." Alia whispered into her ears so nobody else could hear. "How many brothers do you even have?"

"Shut up...I only have three" Meera whispered back.

"OMG! You haven't even met Jai yet!. Jai...baby, this is Meera and Alia. Guys, this is Jai." Sona introduced Jai to Meera and Alia who shook hands politely. "Baby, I have sooooo much to talk about with these two so check on the date okay?"

"Okay, I'll........postpone." Jai replied as Sona dragged Meera and Alia away before he could finish his sentence.

"Looks like these three are good friends." Priyanka laughed.

"Never mind Jai...lets go to Kabir's room and chill there." Dev said taking Jai away.

Jai Singh Randhawa: Only child of Priyanka & Ranveer. He is 24 and only a month younger than Meera. Jai is not an Oberoi by surname but he is always treated like one. A lawyer by proffession, Jai has to travel at times for some cases. He is about to marry is girlfriend of 6 years, Sonali Khattar.

Sonali Khattar: 24 years old, only child of two social activists. She is a vet and loves to save any abandonded or injured animals she sees. Her parents are never home and never really have time for her. Sona hides her sadness behind her bright and bubbly personality. Sona met and started dating Jai 6 years ago when they were about 17 or 18 and now are about to get married. She became good friends with Meera & Alia during college but has never met their families, they havent seen each other since graduation.

"Babbbyyyy!" Sona walked into Kabir's room calling out for Jai with Meera & Alia following behind. "I just had a brilliant idea!"

"What?" Jai asked. Dev smiled at Alia while Meera and Kabir were practically throwing daggers at eachother.

"We should all go to that new club... Sonic (fake name I just came up with)."

"That's actually not a bad idea." Jai replied looking at the boys who also nodded.

"What do you mean? I always give bad ideas?" Sona glared with her hands on her hips.

"No Baby...thats not what I meant. You give the best ideas." Jai tried to convince her while the others chuckled at his predicatment.

"Hmmm...okay...lets all get ready and meet downstairs in 3 hours."

"3 hours? You need 3 hours to change clothes?" Kabir laughed.

"You boys may not need the time but we are girls.....and we have to do more than just pull a shirt on....We actually want to look good...so we need the time." Meera replied.

"Whatever." Kabir rolled his eyes. The girls then went to Meera's room to get ready while the boys also got ready.

About 3 hours later the boys were already sitting downstairs and the girls finally came down.

"You girls look so pretty!" Gauri commented as the boys stood up in awe and just stared at the girls.

"Thank you Gauri Aunty." Sona replied.

"Going somewhere?" Om asked as he and Rudra came down and saw them all dressed up.

"Yes, Omkaraji they are going to some club...the name was Sona something." Gauri replied, while Rudra laughed.

"Bhabhi, This is Sona." Rudra said pointing towards Sonali, "You are probably talking about Sonic. The new club that opened just a few days ago."

"Haan..haan thats what I said."

"Can I come too?" Rudra asked the girls.

"You are past the age of going to clubs..." Om smacked the back of Rudra's head. "You kids go, and have fun."

"Guys...." Meera snapped her fingers infront of the boys to get their attention as they were too busy admiring how the girls look. "Can we leave now? Girls can come in my car."

"Yeah...yeah....and boys in my car." Kabir replied.

"Have fun!" Bhavya called out as they left. They went out side where Meera's car and Kabir's car was parked.

(Kabir's Car)

"Oh...new car?" Meera mocked, "What happened to the old one?"

"Guys...please dont start now." Dev pushed a glaring Kabir to the driver's seat while Meera and the girls sat in her car.

(Meera's car)

"What were you saying just now?" Sona leaned forward from the back seat.

"When?"

"Like outside, you were saying something to Kabir like what happened to his old car...and something."

"Oh....she broke Kabir's car the first time they met." Alia responded.

"WHAT! Seriously?" Sona laughed.

"I only broke the back window...he could have just gotton that fixed...he bought a completely new car...showoff."

"Something tells me you don't like, Kabir."

"Oh you have no idea, Sona." Alia replied while Meera chose to ignore them and followed Kabir's car to the club.
