GEMINI HARGREEVES was born on October 1, 1989.

And like many other children around the world, she was what her parents called a miracle.

โ˜‚๏ธŽ๏ธŽ

Woodford a small town in London is where an unnatural occurrence happened. That shocked all the nations and alert one of the worlds most know eccentric billionaire's, other wise known as Reginald Hargreeves.

โ˜‚๏ธŽ๏ธŽ

JOSEPHINE RICHARDS lived a relatively normal life up until the age of 26.

She had just gotten married and everything was looking up for her in life, but then the most unexpected thing happened.

One moment she was pushing a shopping cart in the grocery store with her husband Nigel and the next she was giving birth in the middle of an aisle.

That was not normal, though she had been sexually active she would've noticed she pregnant or at least ready to pop.

But never the less, when both Nigel and Josephine got a look at their sweet baby girl they new it had to have been a miracle.

โ˜‚๏ธŽ๏ธŽ

Now you're probably thinking if the parents were so happy with their baby then why would they give her up?

That I can tell you.

Ever heard of the saying "the calm right before the storm", well that's exactly what happened.

In the beginning everything was great for both of the parents, they were happy with their bundle of joy and were thankful.

But as most people know having a baby, can take a toll on expenses and since Josephine was a stay at home mom and Nigel was doing all of the work money became tight.

Nigel stressed about their finances but didn't tell his wife because he didn't want her to worry.

And like a genie in a bottle, Reginald Hargreeves appeared.

Walking into his office at work he offered Nigel $10,000 for his baby.

Now you might be wondering how in the bloody hell did good ole Reggie know about Josephine and Nigel's baby.

Well, the news reports and broadcast were not subtleย  when a woman suddenly gives birth in the middle of an aisle, and wasn't pregnant when she walked into the store.

The media a had frenzy with it because she wasn't the only woman to give birth suddenly. A lot more of these births happened all across the globe.

But Reginald had his eyes on Josephine's baby first, so as he hopped on his private jet and made his way to Woodford, London.

Where he knew the family that had the baby was having financial trouble, and knowing the Sir Hargreeves he came there on a mission and he wouldn't be leaving without their baby.

โ˜‚๏ธŽ๏ธŽ

Going back to the matter at hand, Reginald offered Nigel $10,000 for his daughter, but in return Reginald was asked if he was crazy.

Nigel practically lost it with Reginald's offer. Throwing every insult in the book his way and kicking him out off his office.

But before Reginald left the lot he found Nigel's parking area and his car, then attached a note to his windshield.

And that note would change the lives of three in the worst way possible.

Getting off of work at 7 pm in the evening, Nigel walked to his car but stopped once he saw a note attached to his windshield.

Cautiously he picked it up and read it.

Mr. Nigel,

You drive a very hard bargain and I admire your grit for that. But we both know that you just don't have the expenses to keep a child. So as my final offer I am prepared to give you $100,000 for your child. I have no doubt that you will make the right decision, so if you do wish to accept my bargain then meet me in the park near your house, you know the one.

Sir Reginald Hargreeves

Reading the note over and over again Nigel now saw that the peculiar man that came into his office earlier was serious with his offer. And though Nigel didn't want to give up his daughter, he needed they money.

With guilt in his heart he drove home with a lot of questions overflowing from his mind.

Entering his house he noticed it was quiet meaning his daughter was sleep. Peaking into his bedroom he saw his wife was asleep as well.

So he head straight for the nursery where he saw his peacefully sleeping daughter lie.

Walking over to her crib he watched her sleep, while he shed tears knowing exactly what he was about to do.

Quietly he packed her bag making sure to not forgetย  her favorite orange teddy bear and took her out of the crib to but her in a car seat.

She didn't make fuss and for that he was grateful and yet so guilty.

Securing her in the car, he drove to the park near his house, it was one that held so many memories of his wife and daughter.

Now rounding 8:15 pm, he arrived and saw the older man sitting patiently on a park bench waiting for their arrival, like he noted.

Walking up to the man, Reginald got up from his seat.

"I see you have accepted my offer, wise choice." Reginald appraised.

"Before I do anything, how do I know you have her best interest at heart?" Nigel questioned, as he started to get cold feet.

"I can assure you, she will have the best of care and live a for filling life." Reginald assure.

Thinking it over a minute, Nigel sadly accepted Reginald's offer and handed over his daughter and in return Nigel got his check for $100,000.

And as he was Reginald walk away with his newborn daughter in the distance he asked himself if it was worth it? And if he were being completely honest with himself, he'd say it wasn't.

But he couldn't turn back time now.

As the sad man he was, he turned around and walked back to his car, and drove home.

Only to find his wife frantically looking for their daughter all around the house.

"There you are Nigel, I was about to call you. Our daughter she's missing, I've searched all around the house for her and I can't find her we need to call the police." Her thick british accent coming out as she cried.

And in that moment Nigel couldn't hold it anymore and just broke down.

Seeing her husband cry, Josephine rushed over to him.

"It'll be okay, we'll find her." She comforted.

"I'm sorry, Josie."ย  He whispered.

"What?"

"I'm so sorry, Josie."

"Why are you sorry, Nigel. This is my fault I'm the one who fell asleep. I was supposed to look after her." She cried.

"No, it not."

"What do you mean it's not? It is, I'm the one at fault here not you."

His wife didn't understand what had happened, what he just did.

Slowly he took the check out of his jacket pocket and placed it in her hand.

Looking down at what her husband handed her, she looked down to see it was a check for $100,000, but she was confused as to why a check was important in a moment like this.

"What is this Nigel? What does this have to do with our daughter?" She questioned, wanting an explanation.

"It's what I got in exchange for her." He murmured.

"Exchange for her?" Josephine mumbled, thinking of all the possibilities as to what her husband could be talking about.

"A man, came to my office today and offered me a deal, in exchange for our daughter he would give us money." He explained quietly.

Josephine stayed quiet during his explanation, finally letting reality hit her.

Nigel looked up to his wife frozen in shock.

He reached out to hold her but she pushed him away.

"We needed the money Josie, we were about to go into debit. We couldn't raise a baby like that." Nigel tried explaining to his wife, but she wasn't having it.

"You could have told me Nigel! I could've gotten a job!" She yelled finally breaking her silence.

"But you love being a stay at home mom, that's why I wouldn't have asked you to get a job." He tried stating.

"I don't care what you think at this point, what you don't do is sell our daughter like she's nothing!"

Josephine was beyond frustrated, to the point where she couldn't even look at her husband.

Nigel tried easing her frustration, but the more he tried the more he failed.

That night they sleep separately him on the couch and her in the room, and when Nigel were to wake up in the morning he would find his wife gone along with her belongings and her wedding ring on the table.

She left no explanation as to where she went, but Nigel knew it was all his fault, because yesterday there was a house full of three and today there was now a house for one.

Therefore, he made his bed so now he had to lie in it.

โ˜‚๏ธŽ๏ธŽ

As for their Richards daughter, right after Reginald took her she started showing some of her powers, but you would have to look at her to know the difference.

And that's how Reginald saw she was like no other, so he named her number zero.

And on that plane ride home to the sparrow academy is where the ruthless CLEO HARGREEVES was discovered.
