Nyx ever since the loss of his brother had a total personality change. Before he died, Nyx was carefree, laughed a lot more, and loved a lot more. Nyx didn't care to be responsible since the Crown wasn't supposed to be his but fate was cruel. Nyx typically doesn't let people in because he's afraid to lose them like he did with his brother.

┊Nyx was born in the Lunar Court of the magical land, Credence. He was the second born child to Ridge and Jillian Moonlace. He had one older brother and has two younger siblings. His older brother died when they were under 1,000 years old, both of them were twins. Nyx still misses him to this day. It became even worse when his parents died 800 years ago. Nyx has been King ever since.
