about 30 mins after talking with my besties we where at the airport. i was so excited, there was so much happiness in my heart i felt like it was gonna pop! but a part of me wasn't ready to leave home i mean ive been living in the US my WHOLE life. all my friends and family where there, but i was flooded with excitement.

we got out of the car and checked in, the airport was cold. very cold. i was glad i wore a sweater and sweatpants.

TIME SKIP:

"ughh mom its been an hour since we got here and the plane doesnt take off until 12, why did we get here so early", i complained to my mom. "cecilie your over exaggerating time will pass by so fast you wont even notice" my mom said. "but mom! its only 10 and the plane comes at 12 im bored!"

"just go walk around get some food and and something to drink, its a 12 hr flight and they dont let you bring food on the plane" WHAT 12 HRS ATE YOU KIDDING ME? "nope its 12 hrs"

you know what, your right ill go get some food and water and maybe take a nap. "cecilie-" yes? "i dont think you should take a nap youll get plenty of sleep on the plane" my mom said. ok ill just go and eat and drink something

i got up and went to go get something to eat, but what on earth am i gonna eat at 10:30 in the morning? i got a smart idea, what if i ate alot of food so that im not too hungry on the flight.

and so... i did that.

first, i went to starbucks and got a frappachino and iced coffee. then i went to mcdonalds and got a big mac, and then i went to chick- fil- a

gosh ik im a big foodie but then *ring ring ring* MY PHONE it was my mom so ofc i answered. "hello" i said, "is everything ok?" "yes honey everything is fine but you need to come the plane takes off in 8 mins!" my mom panicked. "8 MINS? ITS ONLY BEEN LIKE HALF AN HOUR!" "well what did i tell you?" "that time goes by quickly"

"yeah so please come before they close the gates" "ok mom im coming luv ya" "ok hurry"

wow- i got so lost in my thoughts i never realized how fast this went by, i was running lemme tell you it was embarrassing there where pleopls looking at me like i was a phsyco

finally i was there, just in time. "young lady" i heard a women say to me, "you are just on time we where about to close gates." oh ok thanks.

*THAT WAS THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING EVER I WAS SO AWKWARD WHY DID I SAY THAT OMG*

i got on the plane and sat down pn the seat i was assigned to it was nect to this wierd guy he looked creepy

*all passengers boarding*

i heard the lady say that it was safe to take pff pur seatbelts now, so i did. i was listening to music and the creepy man was staring at me.

i was like 👁👄👁

i texted my mom asking her if me and dad could switch seats because i felt uncomfortable, she said he was ok with it and THANK GOD because i was terrified. oh what women fear of.

the rest of the plane ride was normal, my mom was next to me and i was watching greys anatomy because i had the episodes downloaded.
