❪ myopia ❫ ... myopia, also known as nearsightedness, is a refractive error where distant objects appear blurry while close objects can be seen clearly. it occurs when the eyeball is too long or the cornea has too much curvature, causing light to focus in front of the retina instead of directly on it. myopia can develop in childhood and may worsen with age. while it can be managed with corrective lenses like glasses or contact lenses, it can lead to more serious eye conditions if left untreated. baekjun wears his contacts only for stages/performances and wears his glasses everywhere else.
❪ malocclusion ❫ ... malocclusion refers to the misalignment or incorrect positioning of the teeth and jaws, which can lead to issues with biting, chewing, and speaking. it often occurs when the upper and lower teeth do not fit together properly, and can be caused by genetic factors, thumb sucking, or early loss of baby teeth. depending on the severity, malocclusion may require orthodontic treatment, such as braces, to correct the alignment. baekjun wore braces between the ages of 9 to 13 to fix his malocclusion, helping to improve both his bite and the overall appearance of his smile.

𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. park baekho was just 17 years old when he and baekjun's mother started their relationship. they were young and in love, enjoying life as carefree teenagers. however, their lives took an unexpected turn when the condom broke, and baekjun's mother became pregnant at the age of 19. the news was a shock, but both baekho and baekjun's mother were determined to face the challenges ahead.

at 20, they decided to get married and, a year later, welcomed baekjun's younger sister into the world. for a time, life seemed stable, even happy. but as the years went on, the pressures of becoming parents at such a young age began to strain their relationship. arguments became frequent, creating a tense and unpleasant environment for both baekjun and his sister. much of the tension stemmed from baekjun's mother feeling that she had sacrificed her entire youth and freedom for the responsibilities of parenting.

by 2013, the couple decided to divorce. baekho was granted custody of the children and worked hard to create a better, more stable life for them. following the separation, baekho's relationship with his children, especially with baekjun, improved significantly. they grew closer than ever, forging a strong bond that remains to this day.

while their parents fought, sometimes for hours, baekjun would quietly take hyunjung to another room, shielding her from the chaos as best he could. he would distract her with stories, help her with homework, or play games to keep her spirits up. when their parents' arguments escalated late into the night, he would make sure hyunjung had dinner, got ready for bed, and felt safe enough to sleep.

this early responsibility brought them closer in ways most siblings don't experience. baekjun became more than just an older brother—he was a source of stability and comfort in hyunjung's life, someone she could always count on no matter what. even after their parents divorced and life became calmer, their bond only grew stronger. to this day, hyunjung sees baekjun not only as a brother but as a protector and confidant, while baekjun remains deeply protective of the sister he helped raise through those difficult times.

⸝⸝ ꒰ 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗦ㆍ₊⊹ he can't stand hot weather, finding it uncomfortable and draining, and he's easily irritated by loud chewers and slow walkers, which test his patience. eating vegetables is far from his favorite activity, and he avoids wearing socks at home, preferring the freedom of bare feet. he dislikes going to the doctor and has a particular aversion to needles, which makes medical visits especially unpleasant. being sick frustrates him as it disrupts his routine, and he absolutely hates being late, always striving to be punctual in everything he does.

❪ one ❫ ... baekjun is the only member who has a license, making him the chauffeur. he is constantly driving around the members, and don't get him wrong baekjun loves it. he adores his members and will do anything to help him.

❪ two ❫ ... baekjun loves ocean life. about 90% of his dates with vivian involve going to the beach or visiting the aquarium. he has an infinite amount of marine/ocean facts stored in his head. his and vivian's apartment has little artifacts scattered all around. once baekjun likes something, he gets obsessed, if that wasn't obvious.

❪ three ❫ ... starting in may of 2023, the group slowed down their activities so everyone could work on solo activities and baekjun took this time to explore his love for acting. he acted in every school play he could and was a little disappointed he had to give it up completely to be an idol. but then, atlas gave baekjun the opportunity to pursue one of his first loves.

❪ four ❫ ... baekjun is known for being a perfectionist when it comes to his work. whether it's singing, dancing, or even cooking, he's always pushing himself to be the best. his members often joke that baekjun's "practice makes perfect" motto sometimes leads to him spending hours perfecting one move, even if no one else notices the tiny details.
