Class 1-A sets sails towards an island for a safety program and for hero training when Midoriya encounters two children who are natives to the tropical island. One wants to be a hero while the other is adamant on changing her mind on the dream.

While doing so, Tomomi learns a lot about the people and their history. Finding out they have a very interesting history and mythos about a goddess of ice, she learns that these people here are in danger of future events.

When a villain with a highly dangerous quirk arrives to torment the inhabitants of the island, it's up to her and her friends to defend the lives of the people who live on the island and bring back hope they once lost.
