𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘄𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗺𝗮𝗻

"Uh, I'm a nerd, not a geek."

The air is still in the same grey room. In the center sat a tall, olive-skinned girl. Her natural long, black hair was brushed and gelled into a slick and tight military bun. Only one light was placed in the room, a candle stand placed on the only table in the room.

The girl let out a sigh as she listened to the movement from behind her.

"Hello Karai, do you need something?"

"Verena, Master Shredder wants you their tonight for the extraction plan."

Verena turns her attention to her as she stands.

"Whatever the master wishes."

Verena heads to exit, but Karai stops her.

"Do not fail this time. Master Shredder will not be as forgiving."

"Yeah, yeah." The teenage girl says as she pushes past the star pupil.

Before entering the building Serena stops April. Serena itched her head, the red bun wig she was wearing grew to be uncomfortable. The bulky black glasses were too big for her face, and the white button up and blazer fit her hitched too low for her long legs.

"Okay what's the game plan? And are these costumes necessary?"

April rolls her eyes

"We need to look like lower workers in the tech industry, or else he'll get suspicious." 

Serena rolled her eyes and let out an offend noise

"Um, excuse you. I work in the tech industry."

"Correction, your dad does."

Serena rolls her eyes once more as April explains their plan of attack.

"Here you are, sir." A maid says to Baxter Stockman as Serena and April enter the dining room

"Thank you."

"Um, sorry, excuse me." Serena starts as the girls walk up to him

"It's just... Aren't you..." April continues

"As much as I'd like to be someone that two girls like you would recognize, I can assure you; you don't know who I am."

"You're Baxter Stockman. PhD." April continues

"Graduated from MIT at 15 years old. Your innovations in nanorobotics at T.C.R.I have been truly inspirational for me. I'm so sorry." Serena says Sarcastically, but Stockman doesn't realize

Serena steadies herself, a new rage filling her.

"We're just.. We're just such nerds!"

"No, please. Geek out. Please." Stockman says excitedly

"Really?" April says, fake happily

"Yeah." He says as he sits up straighter 

"Thank you."

"But, Um, actually, though, there's a big difference. I'm a nerd, not a geek. Um, it's the difference between, like, Lord of the Rings" Serena says

"and Harry Potter. Or, um, TED Talks and..." April continues

"Comic-Con! Yeah." Stockman says playfully. He orders another drink, and Serena leans down to check her watch. 87%

"Dr. Stockman. We just got confirmation, sir. The "package" is shipping later tonight." A man says as he stands next to Stockman

"Well, make sure they're tracking it every step of the way. And Trevor, I'm done working for the day."

Serena watches as Trevor takes the tablet with him. A few seconds later, Serena hits the call button for April, and her phones goes off.

"I just have to take this. Really quick. It's our boyfriends. I'm sorry." Aprils says sadly

"Oh, you two have boyfriends. Of course, you do. But do your boyfriends know the difference between pi to the third decimal point, and pi to the fifteenth decimal point?"

"It has truly been an honor to meet you. And you are really one of the greatest minds of our generation. Bye." Serena says as she and April rush out the door.

The get outer part of the restaurant and identify the man instantly.

As the make their way down the stairs, April and Serena start taking off their black blazers and throwing them away.

As the make their way to him, Serena points out on of the venues that have skirts having outside.

April and Serena discard their glasses, and they both grab the skirts of the racks, and begin putting them on.

As the walk almost beside the guy, Serena grabs a red and black button up from a chair and shares a look with April. Somewhere along the way they lost their pants. They tie up their white button downs and throw on the sweaters. And throw of their blonde and red wigs.

As the walk side by side, they look like forces of nature. their natural long black hair swaying as they walked.

Serena grabs a cowboy hat of the top of one of the guy's heads puts it onto the messenger boy's head.

"Hey look everybody, I've got a cowboy." Serena calls.

A bunch of girls come racing over to him.

April walks beside him as they take a picture, and continues to pretend to be interested, until her and Serena's connection is complete.

April nods at Serena and the girls leave the building.

Once in the subway, they divide the folders. April will review documents relating to Shedder and Serena looks for any mention of her dad. 

April calls Donnie as she reviews the files from Stockman drive.

"April! How'd it go?" Donnie asked

"Donnie, we're looking at the data from Baxter's iPad."

"Hey, you got in. What did you find?"

"Hold on, Donnie. The files are erasing. It's some sort of self-destruct program." Serena says as April tries to save the files

"Erasing?"

"Before they started erasing, I had a chance to read a couple of Baxter's emails, and I was right."

"Baxter is working with the Foot Clan. Shredder is being transported to a prison in upstate New York tonight. And the Foot Clan are planning on hitting the convoy." 

"They're going to break him out of police custody. He'll be free again!"

As the boys hang up, April looks over to Serena. Her face filled with angry and worry.

"What's wrong?"

"I didn't find anything on my dad. But..."

"But?" 

April walks over to her and looks over her shoulder

"My mom and sister didn't die in that car crash."

 As Raph jumps out of the back of the truck and knocks the three guys off their motorcycles.  He goes to drive it into the back of the truck but notices another motorcycle drive beside him. The driver slams into him, almost making him lose his balance.

He mimics the move, but the driver falls off their motorcycle. He successfully makes it back to the truck and looks back. The driver removes their helmet to reveal a female. The same one that attacked Serena a few months back. he gives her a hard stare before turning back to his brothers

"Need me to take care of anything else for ya'?"

"Okay, so he just vanished?"

Serena and April sat in the lair with the boys, they had just returned from trying to stop the jail break, and were explaining what happened

"Wait, wait, wait. If I run the video from my shoulder camera through an electrostatic filter, we might be able to see what happened to Shredder." Donnie rushed to his computer and pulled up the cam

"Come on. Show me something, buddy." Leo says as he crowds Donnie at his computer

"Look! Right there! It appears to be some kind of residue from a teleportation event." Donnie says

"Yeah, teleportation event residue, man. It's the worst." Mikey says, pretending to know what he meant

"Does that kind of technology even exist?" Raph questioned

"Baxter Stockman's been working on this kind of tech for years." Donnie says

"No. My father has been working on kind of technology. Baxter simply fiddles with it." Serena says bitterly

Everyone except Leo seems to ignore the comment. He places a hand on her shoulder, squeezing it lightly. She smiles at him.

"All of that stuff that we pulled off of his iPad, it was full of information about Shredder and the Foot Clan. It was like a virtual playbook! Baxter has to have a backup. And I bet it's on the mainframe at T.C.R.I. Donnie, I need something. What do you got?"

"Wait. I know exactly what you both need."

Donnie scrounges around on desk and pulls out a hard drive.

"Totally plug-and-play."

"Perfect. Serena and I will go check it out."

"We'll go with. Operate in support." Leo says as he moves closer to Serena. He places a protective arm around her waist, and she blushes heavily

"Wait. The sun's coming up. You can't go outside. You'll be seen." Serena says looking up at Leo

Before leaving the lair, Leo pulls Serena aside.

Her back was leaned against the wall, deep in thought.

"Serena?"

She turns her attention to him, with a soft smile

"You, okay?"

She lets out a breath and nods her head slowly.

"But I have something I want to tell you about later."

Leo nods, and takes a seat beside the wall, Serena looks down at him before sliding down the wall to sit next to him. He smiles at her before talking

"Be careful. TCRI, is a very dangerous place." Leo says

"I've got Fearless. You got nothing to worry about, me and April will be in and out."

"You're underestimating how dangerous the Shredder is."

Serena moves closer to Leo. She places a hand on his shell and runs it across his cuts and scratches.

"It's cute that your worried."

Serena looks up at Leo, who still gave her the same stern look, and places her hand on his cheek. She rubs her thumb across the side of his face.

"So serious..." Leo smiles softly,

He puts his hand on Serena's face. Serena falls into, as Leo leans down to her. Serena and Leo lips almost met when.

"SERENA! COME ON, WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY!" April yells

Serena and Leo's eyes snap open, and Serena gives a nervous laugh.

"It's time. See you in a minute." Serena says

Leo nods at her and Serena races to the exit. Leo gives a soft smile in her direction.

Raph walks up to Leo, a look of conflict in his eyes.

"Raph?"

"One of the guys on the motorcycle from earlier."

Leo motions for him to continue

"The last one was a girl. the same one that attacked Serena."

Leo looks to him in fear.

"That means Shedder is targeting Serena, and she's about to waltz into his headquarters."
