"Come on, get your ass up!"

"Bitch, I'm tired, just go without me" the dark-skinned girl exclaimed. She looked over to her friend who was kneeling on the floor, begging her to go meet her friends.

"Rue, I'm dead ass serious, I'm not getting up, besides you just got back, you need to chill a bit"

"Come on Cel, I've been stuck inside a box for months, let me live a little."

Celeste is her name, Celeste Jones, or Cel for short. She met Rue when she was nine. Rue had accidentally walked into her and thrown her drinks on her. Expecting the girl to get angry, she prepared herself to fight but was surprised when the shorter girl laughed.

'I'm not going to hit you. Let's be friends, I'm Celeste!' And from there the two were inseparable, practically sisters even.

"I mean it, Rue, I am not going to leave this couch-"

A D D I C T E D

"I fucking hate you" Celeste frowned as she stood in front of the gas station. Somehow, Rue has dragged the girl to come with her. Rue cheekily smiled at her and headed inside, Celeste following along.

I bribed her with gummy bears, said I'd pay for them but I'm broke as well.

"Ayo Fez, what's up man?" Her friend called as she stood in front of the gingered haired man.

"Ey Rue! How you been? And is that Celeste? Man girl, you've been hiding, where have you been?"

Her first meeting with Fezco wasn't nice. Her friends convinced her to rob the store, she would have been successful if one of them didn't leave their phone on the fucking counter. Like who the fuck does that? Anyway she had a gun pointed towards her head, and after trying to convince the man that she would pay him he relaxed with her.

Her next meeting with him was when Rue introduced her to him, the meeting was weird considering she had tried to rob him a few weeks ago. When got to know her more he lowered his guard around her.

"Nothing had a family vacation, it was shit by the way."

"Nice, there's some new girl in town that I think you both gonna be friends with" He commented.

"Who?" Asked Rue.

"Shit, I don't know. She came in yesterday looking all Sailor Moon and shit. I'm thinking to myself, like, look like somebody Rue and Cel would get along with"

"Why the fuck would we be friends with a Sailor Moon copy?"

"I don't know, just seem something you guys would be into" Celeste raised her eyes at the man but didn't reply. He went on to ask Rue how long she had returned and how was her stay, which was shit by the way. Celeste inside the store to go pick up some gummy worms from the shelf. She came back out and handed Fez the money who gladly took it.

"But low-key, is Ashtray in the back?" She looked at Rue in confusion.

"Ashtray?"

"Oh right, you guys never met. How the fuck you haven't met him yet?" She questions, Celeste shrugs her shoulders and eats a piece of her snack.

"Are you serious?"

"What, you think cause I went to rehab, I stayed clean?"

"What was the point in going there if youre just going back to do drugs?" She questioned, Rue, rolls her eyes at her friend.

"I mean ain't that the point?"

"Yeah well, the world coming to an end and I haven't graduated high school yet. Cel, come on." Celeste followed the girl inside the store, inside was a boy sitting down eating cereal.

"I thought your ass was dead. Who the fuck is this?" Celeste stares at the boy. Now, normally Celeste is a level headed girl who couldn't give a shit about a guy. But at this moment all she could hear is music, as fireworks goes off in the background.

'Ooh, dream weaver
I believe you can get me through the night
Ooh, dream weaver
I believe we can reach the morning light'

Now you might think this shit is corny because it is but Celeste has never liked a guy before, ever. One time we used to assume that she was gay because she spoke about a guy before. Okay break it up, this corny shit is making me sick.

Rue snaps her fingers making the girl come out of her daze "Huh?"

Both Ash and Rue looked at Celeste weirdly. She remembered that the hot had asked for her name earlier, "Oh right, my name is Celeste"

"Ashtray"

Celeste wasn't laughing physically but mentally she was having a bawl.

"Ashtray? What kind of name is that? Might as well call you dustbin"

She thought it was a dumb name. Out of all names in the world, someone chose Ashtray. Ashtray scowls at the girl.

"What kind of name is Celeste? Sounds like some My little Pony shit" She looked at him and nodded.

"Touchè." She leaned on the counter and watched the duo talk to each other. Celeste wasn't paying attention to the conversation, she was more focusing on the not named Ashtray. It was a weird name that she can't get over. For someone to have a name like that the backstory has to be interesting.

She got out of her daze when she heard something about a 120.

"A what?" She asked. Rue leans over and begs her to lend her the money. Celeste sighs and goes into her purse to take out a $40.

"This is the only time I'll spot you. Next time your ass on your own." Rue hugs her and hands the young dealer the change and left leaving the two alone.

"Soo..."

"So what?"

"So why the name Ashtray? Your parents couldn't decide between Ash and Tray?"

His brows creases together in annoyance. He went back to eating his cereal. "You're damn annoying, you know that right?"

"Yeah my friend, Daejeong says that a lot" He raises his eyes at her, confusion taking over.

"What the fuck, if you know Daejeong then how the fuck we haven't met yet?"

"I don't know, when I come here I don't see you around really. Mostly Fez." Ash hums and stares at Celeste. She was weird, not like the bad weird but weird in a good way.

"You going to that party tonight?" He asked, Celeste, takes her gummy works and starts chewing on them.

"Well yeah, got nothing better to do, and even if I don't want to go my friends would just drag me"

Ash leans forward and grand a gummy worm from her pack, making her hiss at him. She pulls the pack closer to her and scowls at him. She was about to yell at him for taking her snack when she heard Rue call her name.

"I'll see you tonight then." Celeste buffs and left the store.
