since season one until the end of season three, they leave together at the end

She is the only one who can keep him calm, can calm the monster inside him. Both sides of him adore her, for different reasons, it was love at first sight and she is always with him throughout the series, working together, hiding together, protecting one another, getting supplies together, they're inseperable.

Episode 8 of S1 she'd confess to be in love with him and kiss his cheek before they attempt to leave the complex, until they're attacked

At the end of EP.8 they actually kiss and he also confesses he's loved her since they met and locked eyes the first time

She tries to break him out when they insist on experimenting on him, running away with him and going into hiding, they both return to the remaining survivors and then left together at the end of season 3.

Jae-sa hears of the news that both Jin-ok and Sang-wook had both died and wanted to end it right then and there, only stopping herself when she realised she still had Hyun-su, she only needed him. Discovering both of her best friends were also alive but as neohumans she felt a little more relieved.
