— you spoke, hearing eren chuckle. "see? that's my favorite thing about it." he responded, clicking the button to stop the vibrating.

"i wonder why." you sarcastically respond, picking up your doll once more. "me too. but
i just think it's cool." he responded, a mischievous grin growing on his face.

"totally, it's very cool. i wonder what's the purpose." you added sarcastically. eren wrapped his arm around you, bringing you closer while a deep sigh left his lips.

"im not sure of the purpose, but we may have to figure it out. so it doesn't go to waste." he explained, sounding sad that he doesn't know the obvious reason for it.

maybe there was some people in the world that just wanted a cool tongue ring that came with more affects. or the complete opposite.

you laughed, hearing the sadness in his voice; knowing it was complete sarcasm. "like an adventure to finding out the unknown." you spoke.

eren smiled, squeezing you closer for a second before letting go and returning to across from you.

"let's bring our remotes with us everywhere we go, just incase it's a moment when we find out." eren explained, a cocky smile growing on his face.

you glided your eyes to eren, trying to understand what he was getting at. while lazily looking and him, he looked up at you.

a once again, daring and mischievous smile grew on his face while y'all continued to hold quiet, low key intense eye contact.

after a bit, you get out a giggle. eventually eren started to laugh as well, making you laugh. basically, y'all were wheezing on the floor.

"we'll never finish our project at this rate." you spoke, attempting to catch your breath. "yes we will. i just need my doll to have hair." he responded, grabbing his pencil.

"give it here." you snatched the doll out his hand while bringing your sewing kit closer to you. "when are you trying to paint these?" you ask, beginning the process on his doll.

"whenever we're both done our face sketches and basically everything else on the doll." he explained, watching your focused face on the doll.

you hummed, carefully plucking each stitch from the doll. "also, what time is it?" you ask, eyes never leaving the project in your hands.

eren got up and scrambled around his bed, feeling for his phone. eventually he got and raised it up to see the time.

"it's 9:53pm." he spoke, making you widen your eyes. "after this, i gotta go back home."

eren poked out his bottom lip. "and why is that?" he asked, laying on his back and flopping onside your thigh.

"cause.. i live there." you spoke the obvious while chuckling. eren smacked his teeth, landing a light smack to your thigh.

you slightly jolted at the unexpected smack, turning your head to eren with a angry look as he smiled innocently.

"you mad because i have to go home?" you ask, sounding like your talking to a puppy or something.

"it's whatever. you live right next door anyway. so i'll just pop up anytime." he spoke, letting his two fingers dance on your thigh.

"and no one is forcing you to go home." he added with a mutter. "and no one is stopping you from coming over." you responded, making him glide his eyes over to you.

"really?" he asked, the sides of his lips tugging upwards. "well, not tonight. cause we got school tomorrow and the last time i had a sleepover with you, we all woke up late."

"plus the apartment is far from done." you added. "then why would you say that no one is stopping me from coming over?" he asked, playfully rolling his eyes.

"cause it's true. except just not tonight." you responded as his face went gentle. and you noticed that. "that doesn't mean pop up whenever. i rather you let me know first."

eren scoffed, letting his whole hand now rest on your thigh as he slightly squeezed it.

"im sure unexpected visits are nice.."

"okay im home now." you spoke to eren over the phone. he just wouldn't stop bothering you about being on the phone with you until you got home.

even though you lived in the building next door, he still drove you. and continued to be on your phone screen until you made it inside.

"good. but im about to clean up and shit. so i'll talk to you in a bit." he spoke, locking his apartment door.

"alrightt, byee." you responded, about to hit the hang up button. "oh, and don't forget to send me tik toks." he quickly said.

you let out a giggle, agreeing with what he said as the called ended. "that dude is really something.."

"leylaaa, im here shawty." you spoke loud enough for your voice to echoing through the apartment. but there was no response.

you knew she was here because her car was outside.. plus there was her favorite pizza place sitting on the counter.

you walked to the couch, seeing if she was there since the tv was on. and to your not surprised mindset, she was.

she was sleeping in the famous 'one leg bent up and the other down' position. you bent down, asking if she took a bath and such.

lazily she responded, saying she indeed did. so you grabbed her a blanket and laid it on top of her body, since she was already in a deep sleep.

you finally had got out the bath, feeling refreshed and smelling good. to say it was a school night, it was very peaceful and quiet.

it was raining softly as the rain drops fell down the window. the whole apartment was semi dark; obviously having the led lights that was basically wrapped everywhere, on.

you grabbed your now hot pizza from the microwave while scrolling on your phone, beginning to walk to your room.

it wasn't fully set up, just your bed and things that are necessary for the first few days. but while walking up the hallway and scrolling on your phone, you got a notification.

a notification that made you stop in your tracks and nearly dropped your pizza on the floor.

"PEACEFUL BUT SOON TO BE MORE.. LATE NIGHT STREAM!"
