~Kihyun~

I haven't talked to Hyunwoo since last Saturday. I didn't talk with anyone the day after because I wanted to spend some time alone in my own house.

I used the time when I was alone to study and to try to make myself better.

My parents were back home for a day. I wasn't so happy about it. I feel that they're taking my freedom away.

I felt so relieved when the day was over and they left.

I wasn't close to my parents especially, my father.

Today is Monday and I am home alone once again.

It feels good to be free.

I made breakfast for Minhyuk and Hyungwon then afterward I made a sandwich for Hyunwoo to eat when he became hungry in class.

There was nothing unusual that happened in class but in our last period (Arts) the principal suddenly came into our classroom.

"I have an announcement to make, we will join a talent show against other schools."

"Last year, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Kim won the dance competition."

"This year it will be different. Students who have talent in singing and rapping can audition next week."

"The audition will be open for the whole week and the students who have passed the auditioned will be called to the covered court."

The principal left after he announced. Our teacher who was seating on her desk stood up in front of us.

"We will be having a project. I will choose your partner and the two of you will build a big paper mache of an animal. The project will be submitted after the competition."

"I will announce your partners."

Our teacher started to announce the partners for our project.

"Lee Jooheon your partner is Lee Minhyuk." I looked at Minhyuk who was shocked while Jooheon was just cool about it.

"Yoo Kihyun your partner is Im Changkyun."

Changkyun? I guess the project will be done easily since I have a quiet partner.

"We have three students left, Son Hyunwoo you will be working with Shin Hoseok and Chae Hyungwon"

Before the teacher said another word, the bell rang.

All the students rushed outside while the seven of us stayed.

"Where should we go?" Jooheon asked.

"Let's go to my house," Hyunwoo suggested.

Everyone agreed so we went to his house.

We sat down on the couch, it was really comfortable.

"Will someone join the competition?" Wonho asked.

"I'm sure that Jooheon will." Hyunwon was slowly drifting off to sleep.

"Yes, I will" Jooheon joined many contests and won all of them so it will not be surprising if he won.

"Kihyun, you have a nice voice. You should join" Hyunwoo suggested, I felt embarrassed, I didn't know what to do.  No one knows that I can sing except Hyunwoo.

"I can't sing." I lied, I don't have the confidence that Jooheon has.

"Show us! Show us! Show us!" they shouted, I can't refuse because I might ruin the mood so I sang a short part of my favorite song "Lost In The Dream"

I didn't think they would like it but they cheered and clapped for me.

"How did I not know about this?" Minhyuk was surprised, I hid my talent for many years and this is the first time I showed my voice.

"You should definitely join," Jooheon said, anticipating that I will agree with them.

"I'll think about it."

"Changkyun can rap" Jooheon looked at Changkyun who was avoiding the attention.

"I can't rap" he denied but Jooheon thinks otherwise.

"I'll audition if you audition too." Wonho tried to motivate Changkyun into joining.

"I'll also think about it."

"So half of us will audition, how about the other half?" Jooheon asked.

"My team will be training for many days a week and the competition is near so I can't join," I remembered Hyunwoo's schedule, he is indeed busy.

"I'm just going to give support to all of you." Minhyuk is talented but he's not confident about his voice.

"We'll support you guys," Hyungwon added.

We stayed at Hyunwoo's house until it got dark, I went home with Minhyuk and Hyungwon.

Changkyun got comfortable with us as time passed by.
