After Tej Roman and Brian left for the police station. I decided to help Mia with shopping for food. We found a nice market. I smiled and Mia said "Do you miss it"

I looked at her and said "Miss what?

Mia said "Your family"

I said, "No, I wish my mother was around still but no, after she died, I only had my boyfriend and my father took them away for me, My aunt ran and moved to London or somewhere and my brother well he is a monster". 

Mia looked at me gave a hard smile and spoke in a voice that I could tell she was trying not to cry and said: " I get it, my mother left me and Dom and another brother, it was only my dad and grandma, I miss my dad and Jakob. but Anna you have family us and I promise I won't leave you like what happened". I smiled and said, "Thanks Mia, I am sorry about your father".

We walk through the market looking at everything. I could feel someone looking at me and I made a way for my gun, and Mia noticed them and said "What do we do"?

I looked at her and said "I don't know but we need to leave now. Someone came behind Mia and said " Mia come on". I looked at him and said, "I am sorry who are you".

The man who had a strong build and tattoos and a scar on his arm said " I am Vince, I work for your dad if you want to live come with me".

I looked back at my dad's men and nodded and followed Vince. We got back to base and something I didn't expect was Brian coming to Mia and myself and hugging both of us. I hugged Brian back and he let go and went to Mia.  I walked away from them and sat down and went over to Tej and I heard Dom say you hungry and Vince joined us. 

For the first time, I smiled and laughed. I haven't felt this happy in a long time. 

Maybe this team could become a family a new one at last.

Author note - sorry readers for the late update. I have been trying to update over my break. I have been struggling with writer's block for a while for Love or Family. Also, do we have any PJO fans reading this if you are, I love the show so good. I have two story ideas for that so stay alert.
