Hello! This time around, I made another manip GIF for my book, Tristana Malfoy. 

I used a PSD colouring from Deviantart called "Italian Summers." :)

I really want to use this GIF in my book, so does anyone know any file compressors that accept GIF files? There's a limit on how many mbs a file can be to be uploaded on Wattpad.
