"Sana" siddharth whispered and tears started to fall out from his eyes. His mother was shocked seeing her son crying because he never cried even in the most toughest situations of their lives he always stood strong but today her son was crying just because of one girl whom he has met a few months ago. She understood that she was not wrong when she thought that sana holds a special place in his life. Now she was determined enough to know his true feelings for her. But at the moment Sana's health was much important.

"Siddharth beta khada kya hai ja hospital jaldi" Siddharth's mom shook siddharth and brought him out of shock. Siddharth started panicking

"Maa maa Sana kahaa hai kaha hai meri sana use kya hua kaisi hai vo kaha hai" siddharth started asking in a breath

"Relax siddharth relax asim leke gaya hai sana ko hospital city hospital baki sab bhi ja hi rahe Hain tu shaant ho beta" Siddharth's mom tried calming him otherwise he will get painc attack.

"City hospital ma mai ja raha hoon meri sana ke paas use use meri jaroorat hai" siddharth said and ran out of his vanity leaving his mom confused.

Siddharth was driving his car with one hands and was wiping his tears with other hand. All their moments were coming in front of him. A fear now started engulfing him what if something happens to her what if she left him and somewhere he knew that he was responsible for her condition. Her teary eyes and hurt face came in front of him.

"Sab meri galti hai sab meri hi galti hai maine use hurt kiya meri wajah se fir royi vo aur aaj uski ye haalat bhi meri hi wajah se hai mai hi uski feelings ko for granted leta raha mujhe lagta raha ki vo sirf attracted hai mujhse but vo sachme mujhse pyaar karne lagi kitna khush thi vo aaj jab mai jeeta mujhse bhi jyda khush aur Maine use hi rula diya hurt kar diya use maine" siddharth said shouting feeling angry at himself.

Suddenly her words came in his mind
"Mai kabhi tumhe maaf nahi karungi zindagi mai kabhi tumhari shakal nahi dekhungi hamesha tumse nafrat karungi i hate you you are a cheater i hate you"

Siddharth stopped the car with a jerk remembering her words. A fear developed inside him what if she meant this words this time? What if she actually started hating him? What if she fell out of love with him? What if she moved on from him?

All these questions were revolving in his mind when Someone from behind honked and he came back to reality and started the car again.

"Agar usne sach mai mujhse sare rishtey tod diye to agar sach mai usne mujhe is baar maaf nahi kiya to agar usne sach mai mujhse dosti tod di to agar vo move on karne lagi sach mai to mai kya karunga. What if she actually started hating me?"

He started fearing just with this thought of her hating him. He wiped his tears again and gave himself assurance

"N nahi vo meri sana hai mujhse baat kiye bina 2 din nahi reh pati zindagi bhar to dur ki baat hai vo hurt thi gussa thi isliye vo sab keh diya she didn't mean any word maine bhi to gusse mai itna Kuch bola but I also didn't mean any word right she also didn't mean any of it gusse mai to nikal jata hai insaan ke muh se ye sab no she can't hate me she can't forget me no mai hone hi nahi dunga aisa"

Siddharth said assuring himself but little did he knew that this was the difference between these two he blurted out words in anger which he didn't mean but what she said even in anger in hurt she meant each word every fucking word. He didn't knew that this time he's gonna face a new sana who hates him at least she claims to.

Asim stopped the car in front of the hospital and quickly went to the other side with tears in his eyes. He quickly opened sana's seat belt and picked sana up in his arms and ran inside the hospital.

"Stretcher lao koi please be quick she is fainted" asim shouted and a ward boy quickly brought a stretcher. Asim carefully placed Sana and held her hands rubbing them softly. They took sana to the ward all the while asim was carresing her head softly continuously saying

"Kuch nahi hua hai okay you'll be fine soon sana samjhi" asim was continuously saying it. He himself didn't knew why he was so concerned for her why he started crying for her when he didn't cried for Himanshi when she fainted. Even in the house their bond wasn't the best still he didn't knew why he was feeling like that maybe because they used to great friends before.

Sana was being treated and asim was filling the form and filling the details on the reception when shehbaz and family came there with Himanshi and paras.

"Sana kaha hai" her dad asked

"Uncle andar hai sana vo treatment chal raha hai" asim said

"Thank you very much beta bhot bada ehsaan kiya tumne hampe agar tum sahi waqt pe use yaha nahi late to pata nahi kya ho jata" Sana's mom said joining her hands in front him while asim held her hands and pulled them down.

"Aunty kaisi baat kar rahi hain aap bhi sana meri bhi to kuch lagti haina aur ek dost hone ke naate mai itna to kar hi Sakta hoon na aur please aap meri ma jaisi hai aise haath jodke sharminda mat kijiye" asim said while her mom and dad caressed his head and shehbaz hugged him thanking him.

Himanshi pulled Asim to a corner
"Ye sab kya ho raha hai asim" she asked

"Kya sab" Asim replied

"Yahi sab ki sana meri bhi kuch lagti hai sana ko apni baaho mai hospital laana sabke saamne uski itni care kya hai ye sab" Himanshi asked

"Oh God Himanshi you are sick i mean seriously mahn insaaniyat hai tumme thodi bhi she bloody fainted in front of my eyes dost hai vo meri aur Mai tumhari tarah nahi hoon understood" asim blasted on her and left a fuming Himanshi behind.

Siddharth came running to the hospital and asked the receptionist about sana and went on the third floor and saw her family sitting there. He ran towards them

"Uncle Sana" he asked while her father pointed towards the room and siddharth peeped through the window and saw his sana laying there with wires attached on her hands and her gloomy face paled off. He felt broken seeing her in this state and blamed himself for her condition.

"Relax bro theek ho jayegi vo" asim said keeping a hand on his shoulder siddharth turned and hugged asim tightly while asim hugged him back.

"Thank you so much Asim sana ko yaha laane ke liye thank you very much" siddharth said and asim pulled out of the hug and said smiling to him

"It's fine bro sana meri bhi dost hai itna to mai kar hi sakta hoon na tu shaant hoja" Asim said smiling and Patting his shoulder lightly. Siddharth politely returned back his smile and they all were waiting outside the room.

"Shehnaz theek hai ab bas thodi der mai hosh aa jaega use" doctor said and everyone heaved a sigh of relief.

Asim was going somewhere in the hospital corridor when he heard Himanshi talking to someone. He saw and the next sight shocked him to hell, tears welled up in his eyes. Himanshi was kissing chaw chaw.

"Himanshi" asim shouted and they both parted.

"Asim I" Himanshi tried to explain but asim stopped him.

"Maine tumse itna pyaar kiya tumhe itna chaha national television pe confess kiya sab Kuch tumse aur tumne cheat kiya mujhe you are still with your fiancé kyun kiya Himanshi khurana ye sab bolo dammit" asim shouted and everyone came there as in their families and friends.

"Haan I'm still with my fiancé to suno mai jab bahar aayi tab maine dekha ki tum kitne popular i just wanted to use you for fame aur uske baad I would have Cheated you and married my true love chaw chaw" Himanshi said

"Fuck off Himanshi khurana just get out of my life don't ever show me your fucking face ever leave my life right now get out of here" Asim roared and Himanshi and chaw left.

Siddharth was trying to console Asim

"Relax bhai teri koi galti nahu thi asim you loved her truly she didn't deserve you. You deserve better asim chill" siddharth said and hugged asim while asim was clinging to him like a baby.

"Sana ko hosh aagaya hai aur mom dad aur mai to mil liye hai usse asim siddharth tum dono bhi mil lo" shehbaz said

"Ja bhai pehle tu ja" asim said and siddharth went in to see sana laying down with her eyes opened staring blankly at the ceiling. Her face didn't had any gloominess any shine she was pale white.

"Sana" siddharth said and sana looked at him, they had a eye lock and sana again looked back at the ceiling Which pinched his heart.

Siddharth went and sat on the stool near her bed and held her hands sana didn't held his hand back but didn't stopped him as well.

"Kaisa feel kar rahi hai" siddharth asked
"Heart broken" sana said looking straight at him while siddharth felt hurt.
"Sana mai vo" siddharth tried to explain
"Kalse show ka shoot start ho raha hai msk ka aur mai ye show karungi as you said" sana said
"Tu pagal hai haalat dekhi hai apni tu kuch shoot nahi karegi" siddharth said
"Maine tumse pucha nahi tumhe bataya mujhe kya karna hai kya nahi ye batane ka haq kho chuke ho tum you are just a friend aur is nate tumhe bataya maine aur kuch nahi" sana said taking her hand back while Siddharth's eyes welled up. Did he lost her?

"Sana kya bol rahi hai yaar aisa bhi kya kar diya Maine nahi karta mai tujhse pyaar sachai batake gunaah kar diya Maine aur mai chah ke bhi tujhse pyaar nahi kar sakta samjhi tu ye zid chhod de Tu" siddharth said standing up getting a bit angry at her

"Kyun nahi kar sakte tum mujhse pyaar" sana asked with same intensity

"Kyun ki mai kisi aur se pyaar karta hoon haan koi aur hai meri zindagi mai aur ham dono mai koi similarity nahi hai sana ham chah ke bhi ek sath nahi ho sakte" siddharth blurted out in anger but he again broke sana and this time more badly the tiny hope she had that they could be together that too died now.

She left paras too because he was with someone else and now she's getting to know that siddharth is with someone else.
Siddharth realized what he said and as usual he was regretting his words he looked at sana to see her looking at him with hurtful eyes, she felt cheated like someone has slapped the reality on her face.

"Sana meri baat sun vo" siddharth said

"Get out" sana said

"Sana meri" siddharth again tried

"Get out i said" sana said a bit louder

"Sana ek baar" siddharth tried again

"Maine kaha nikal jao yaha se mai ahhhhh" sana shouted out of pain as her head started paining again because of the sudden adrenaline rush.

Siddharth started panicking and called out for doctor. The doctor came and injected sana Making her sleep again.

"Aap please bahar jaiye" the doctor said to siddharth and siddharth left with a broken heart.

He straight away went out of the hospital and sat in his car smoking.
"Maine kyun kaha vo sab what the fuck is wrong with me already vo hurt thi aur maine use aur hurt kar diya mujhe jhuth bolne ki jaroorat hi kya thi jab mai jaanta hoon ki mai kisike saath Nahi hoon mai kya karu mai khud bhot confused hoon mere paas meri life mai pehle jeene ki koi wajah nahi thi apni ma aur bhen ke alawa fir jab sana mili jaise jeene ke nayi wjah mil gayi par jise bhi chaha vo chhod ke chala jata hai darta hoon mai ki tu bhi na chali jaye nahi jaanta mai ki ye feelings kya hain pyaar hai ya nahi par tu bhot precious hai mere liye bhot special hai tu and i don't wanna let you go ever"

Siddharth said as he smoked the last bit and threw the cigarette away and threw his head back and closed his eyes letting a tear fall out of his eye. He felt pain, her pain in his heart❤️.

Sana opened her eyes to see asim standing in front of her smiling faintly at her. Sana smiled back at him and gestured him to sit beside her. Asim sat beside her on the stool pulling it closer to her bed.

"Kaisi hai ab" asim said carresing her forehead
"Theek hoon tu merko aur beemar feel mat karwa" sana said slapping his hand Making asim giggle.

"Kya hua Asim tu upset haina kya baat hai" asim said and that's it asim couldn't control and tears started coming out of his eyes. Sana held his hand and gestured him that she wanted to sit.

Asim made her sit comfortably and placed a pillow behind her. Asim was about to back out but sana made him sit in front of her on the bed on a space.

"Bol ab kya baat hai" sana asked and asim hugged sana tightly. Sana was stunned at first but then she felt his tears on her shoulder she hugged him back and rubbed his back calming him down.

Umar(asim's brother) saw this from the window and smiled to himself.
"Umar asim ke saath jao aap use jaroorat hai aapki" rashmi said(umrash😂😂)

"Nahi asim theek hai vo dekho" umar showed her asim and sana hugging and sana was calming him down like a baby and asim was clinging to her.

"Awww" rashmi said and umrash smiled and left.

"Abe o cry baby hai kya sach ka ab btaega kya hua" sana said making asim smile a bit. They parted the hug and asim said

"Himanshi cheated me sana i saw her kissing chaw she's still with him aur jab maine usse pucha to usne bola she never loved me she was just using me for fame meri kya galti thi kyu dhokha diya usne mujhe" asim said and sana pressed his hand assuring him.

"Teri koi galti nahi hai asim galti iss dil ki hai sala pyaar bhi aise insaan se karta hai jo badle mai pyaar na kare pata hai tu aur mai ek hi naav pe sawaar hai ham dono ka dil tuta hai farak itna hai tujhe cheat kiya aur mujhe reject" sana said giggling sadly and tears falling out from her eyes.

"Siddharth" asim asked while sana just nodded.

"Tu bhot strong hai" asim said

"I know kutte gym karta hai tu croro ladkiyaan marti hai tujhpe aur tu us chaw chaw ki chawi chawi ke liye ro raha hai dangar kahi ka asim life bhot badi hai aise kisi ke peeche barbaad mat kar move on karna jaroori hota hai jaise mai kar rahi hoon mere show ki shoot bhi kal shuru ho rahi hai aur mai bhulungi use tu bhi bhul ja and start it all over again" sana said and asim felt light after sharing it.

Asim hugged her again and sana hugged him back.

"Chal ab tu rest kar"asim said breaking the hug and made sana lie down and covered her with the duvet. He kissed sana's forehead lightly.

"Take care and thank you" asim said

"Dosti vich ki thank you hain chhdo" sana said and they both giggled.

Asim came out of sana's room smiling wholeheartedly. Umrash smiled seeing him and they knew that the reason was Sana.

"All good brother" umar asked while asim smiled.

Asim got a call and after talking on the call. Asim was smiling and he looked at sana through the window.

"See you soon Princess" asim said and left.
