Tribe/s: Was once a Pyrrian dragon, but the rest of his body rotted away over time, so everyone calls him a 'Skullwing'.

Role: Member of 'The Web'.

Abilities/quirks: TBD, but it is best noted that he can talk and move and such thanks to most of his important muscles being somehow still present after his reanimation (though they do appear to still be rotting). Due to the absence of his wing membranes though, he is flightless.

Crush/partner: He had a wife once, but she died roughly a hundred years ago.

Best friend: He can't remember much, but what he can remember is his old best friend from when he was living his original life, who was apparently called Turkesa (Seawing). For some reason, he irrationally thinks him to still be alive.
