~POV {As if you were a Silkwing or Hivewing employee in some big buisness}~ 

Imagine a really tall, frowny Hivewing looking down on you with one raised eyebrow ridge and a very unimpressed expression, after just strangling your naggy boss to death but then noticing you were in the room. His face is actually sort of handsome, but he looks like he doesn't smile very often, and is always holding a grouchy appearance. He snorts, almost in an amused way, rolls his violently magenta eyes, and flicks you a small shiny object with his claw. You catch it out of reflex. The Hivewing turns swiftly to leave, but on his way out, he breaks off one of your boss's- well, his corpse's- uniquely curled horns and tucks it into an expensive-looking satchel slung across his shoulder. Within the blink of an eye, the murderer is gone, and you're left alone with the body of your employer, your terrified thoughts, and whatever it was the stranger gave you. You look down at your cupped talons, and sitting in your palm, is a bright-red polished gemstone you recognise as a Burma Ruby. You learned about them one time in school- they are one of the most valuable and highest priced gems in all of Pantala, and for one even this size you could set yourself up for life if you sold it to the right dragon.

You had no idea who that Hivewing was, why he killed your manager, or how he got a hold on treasure like this, but one thing's for sure: You were not going to be worrying about money ever again for a long, long, time.

"Yes, I saw the killer, but I was hiding over there behind the desk. Of course, of course, I can definitely remember what they looked like. Yes, she was a young Hivewing, with dark yellow scales and irregular black stripes all the way down her back..."
