Avon smiled sadly as Alex brought his bags out, he was leaving to go back home. Alex brought the girl into a huge hug,

"I'll miss you Ave, you two take care. I'm only one call away,"

Avon smiled softly,

"I know. Thank you Alex, for coming,"

Alex smiled and nodded,

"Anything for you,"

Niki hugged Alex,

"Stay safe,"

Alex smiled at her,

"You too,"

Avon and Niki watched as he left and Niki wrapped an arm around Avon's shoulder,

"We finally got rid of him,"

The two girls burst into laughter and Avon nodded,

"I know right?"

She was caught off guard when her phone started ringing: ℚ𝕦𝕚𝕟 🥺. Avon immediately sensed something wrong and immediately picked up to hear the girl crying,

"Quin??"

"A-Ace?"

Avon nodded,

"I'm here,"

She heard the crying slow down,

"I-I need h-help,"

Avon frowned,

"Where are you?"

"I-In New York. P-Please come p-pick me up,"

Avon quickly grabbed her car keys and looked at Niki in worry,

"Where are you?"

"I-I share location,"

Avon looked and saw Quin was only a ten minute drive away from them, she got into the car quickly and Niki got into the back,

"Alright, I will be there in ten minutes, what happened?"

"I-I...I just wanted someone to c-care about me,"

Avon frowned,

"Honey, I do,"

"I kn-know,"

Avon jumped out of the car as soon as she parked and ran around the small park to see a blonde-haired girl sitting by a tree, head in her hands as she cried. Avon immediately ran to her after hanging up and pulled her into a hug as Quin cried into her arms. Niki stayed in the car, knowing this was a moment between the two,

"Quin, what happened?"

Quin looked up with watery eyes,

"M-My mum disowned me. Sh-she threw me out cuz of my problems. She said it was too hard to t-take care of me,"

Avon gasped in shock and shook her head,

"Oh, sweety...It's going to be alright,"

Quin just wrapped her arms around Avon and continued to hold her tightly. Avon rubbed her back and whispered soothing things into her ear. Quin sighed and smiled at Avon,

"Thank you,"

Avon smiled,

"Quin?"

Quin looked up at her, Avon smiled softly,

"You can call me Avon off-stream."

Quin's eyes widened in shock and Avon laughed. Quin laughed,

"Oh my god! That is so awesome! I know your name! Like your actual name! OH MY GOD!"

Avon laughed and hugged Quin,

"Congrats,"

Quin laughed and smiled,

"Thank you for saving me,"

Avon smiled,

"I told you I would have your back,"

Quin smiled,

"Are you alright too?"

Avon nodded,

"Better than ever, now come on, let's get some food with Niki,"

Quin's eyes brightened,

"Niki? Wife Niki is here?!"

Avon burst into laughter and nodded. The two walked to Avon's car and Quin hugged Niki,

"Oh my gosh, I love you, Niki,"

Niki giggled,

"Thank you, Quin...now let's get some food!"

Avon and Quin smiled and they all piled into the car, all of their phones were turned off. Avon looked at Quin and nudged her,

"You can stay with me,"

Quin looked at her with wide eyes,

"Yo, really?"

Avon nodded,

"Yeah, I will need company anyways, Niki will be leaving tomorrow night,"

Quin immediately hugged Avon,

"Oh my god, thank you,"

Avon smiled,

"You are very welcome,"

Quin smiled and Niki nudged her,

"Welcome to the team,"

Quin laughed and smiled,

"Thank you for inviting me into it,"

Avon winked at her,

"Anything for a friend,"

Quin smiled hugely for the first time in months. Niki wrapped an arm around her shoulder,

"How old are you?"

Quin blushed,

"16,"

Avon smiled,

"That's so cool, my two children are the same age as you! Well Tomathy is like around a year older but that's fine,"

Quin laughed and nodded,

"Yeah,"

Avon smiled and they stopped outside the fast food joint called Shake Shack,

"Have you ever been to Shake Shack?"

Quin shook her head and Avon's eyes brightened,

"Yay! Niki hasn't either! It's such good food,"

She dragged the two younger girls and they laughed as they sat down to order. They got their food and Avon waited patiently as Niki and Quin tried the shack burger. Their eyes widened in shock,

"Oh my god,"

Avon giggled,

"I know right?!"

Niki smiled,

"I gotta visit more often,"

Avon smiled,

"For the food of course,"

Niki nodded,

"For the food,"

Quin smiled,

"I'm excited to live with you,"

Avon winked at her,

"Never a fully dull moment,"

The three laughed again. Avon looked at Quin,

"So, the big question is, how do you feel about streams?"

Quin shrugged,

"I'm fine if I'm in some of them, just not as me ya know?"

Avon smiled softly and nodded,

"Yeah, I get that. You can be my younger sister that wanted to move in with me, your name can be something cool,"

Quin smiled brightly,

"That sounds awesome! Uh my name could be just Vi or like Vinnie,"

Avon and Niki shared a look and nodded at her. Quin smiled in pure joy,

"Thank you!"

Avon chuckled as the young girl pulled her into another hug. Niki smiled softly and the three finally finished all of their food and headed back to Avon's apartment. Avon looked at Quin,

"Do you have any of your stuff with you?"

Quin blushed and shook her head,

"No,"

Avon nodded,

"We can go by tomorrow morning to get some of your things, just us two,"

Niki nodded,

"Yeah, I gotta pack,"

Quin nodded nervously,

"Alright, sounds like a plan,"

Avon wrapped an arm around her shoulder,

"Don't worry kid, I got your back,"

Quin smiled gratefully at her,

"And I got yours,"
