Wilbur Soot looked up as his phone started ringing, a call from 𝔻𝕒𝕕𝕫𝕒 and he immediately picked up, 

"Hey, Phil, what's up?" 

"I know you still feel like shit for everything-" 

"What are you talking about?" 

"How it ended with Avon," 

Wilbur immediately winced at the name, 

"What about her?" 

"Wil...I was watching Ranboo's stream yesterday and Tubbo joined a lot later in and said he ran into someone...then Ranboo told him he was streaming...Tubbo managed to somehow sprain his ankle, he was in the hospital yesterday. His parents were out with his sisters, who is the one person who could possibly pick him up from the hospital?" 

Wilbur sighed sadly, 

"Phil...I don't know about this theory-" 

"I think Ave picked him up and is taking care of him. She's an emergency contact for him, Tommy, and Ranboo. It's gotta be her. I have a gut feeling, you have a chance here Wil, to fix things between the two of you," 

Wilbur sighed and glanced down, 

"I don't know Phil...it's a huge reach," 

"It's better than nothing," 

"Yeah...but-" 

"No but. Go call Tubbo,"

Wilbur sighed as Phil hung up on him. Wilbur opened up his contacts and glanced momentarily at one: 𝔸𝕧𝕠𝕟 <𝟛, he has yet to change it since finding out her name was Avon...then he quickly went to the next one: 𝕋𝕦𝕓𝕓𝕖𝕖 and quickly called him, 

"Hello?" 

"Hey Tubbo, I heard you sprained your ankle, how are you feeling?" 

"Uh...much better, my family has been helping me a ton with going up and down the stairs," 

"Do you want to film a vlog with me? Or video?"

"Wait, let me ask my mom,"

"Alright,"

Wilbur glanced around his room while waiting for Tubbo to unmute himself. He was nervous that Phil was right about Avon being with Tubbo.

"She said yes...Will Tommy be coming?"

"We can invite him too, do you want to invite anyone else?"

"Maybe Niki and Alex? I think they would like to be included," 

Wilbur smiled softly at thinking about his other friends, 

"Sure, do you want to text them?" 

"Alright! That sounds great! Today?" 

"Yeah, we can meet at the park,"

"Sounds great!" 

"Great, see you soon Tubbo!" 

"See you soon, Wil!" 

Wilbur put his phone down and quickly showered and changed into nice clothes. He was hoping that Phil was right, he was hoping he can finally fix everything with Avon. He misses her more than anything.

Wilbur walked into the park and up to the swings. He was nervous that she wouldn't be here, that even if Phil was right, that Avon Sadler would want nothing to do with him. Tommy immediately spotted Wilbur and smiled, 

"WILBUR!" 

Wilbur looked up and smiled at Tommy, 

"Tommy! Hey," 

They quickly hugged and Tommy smiled hugely, 

"Nice to see you again, no one else is here yet?" 

Wilbur shook his head, 

"No...where is your dad or mom??" 

Tommy shrugged, 

"Dropped me off and left," 

Wilbur nodded slowly, 

"Okay, because that's safe."

Tommy shrugged, 

"He trusts you guys enough,"

Wilbur crossed his arms, 

"And if you were alone?" 

Tommy smirked, 

"But I'm not," 

Then Tubbo ran up to Wilbur and hugged him, 

"WILL!" 

Wilbur laughed and hugged him back, 

"Now I see, you two came together," 

Tubbo smirked, 

"Not just us though!" 

Wilbur looked at the two excited boys in confusion, 

"What?" 

He sensed someone behind him and turned around. He felt his heart stop as soon as he made eye contact with the blonde in front of him,

"Ace?" 

Avon smiled softly, 

"Hey, Wilbur," 

Wilbur slowly walked up to her and immediately pulled her into a tight hug, resting his head on hers. The Tubbo and Tommy made eye contact and slowly left the two alone. Wilbur felt some tears leave his eyes, 

"I-I'm so sorry for everything I said right before I left New York...I should have never said that," 

Avon sighed and shook her head, 

"It's okay Wilbur...It's alright," 

Wilbur left the embrace and wiped her tearful eyes with his thumb, 

"I should have been there for you...I...I could have helped more...and I am so fucking sorry for not being there for you when that asshole leaked everything," 

Avon smiled sadly at him, 

"Mistakes were made, I forgive you. I don't want you to blame yourself Will, I would never blame you for not being there for me...I mean, we weren't talking and I stopped talking to everyone except a few," 

Wilbur sighed and glanced down at his feet, 

"I'm still so sorry...I don't know how to fix this," 

Avon smiled softly and patted his shoulder, 

"You already did," 

Wilbur looked up into her eyes, 

"How?" 

Avon chuckled, 

"You helped everyone get through my disappearance...Ranboo, Tubs, and Tommy told me how you kept on checking up on them every single day, just to make sure that they were coping and doing everything they had to. Thank you," 

Wilbur smiled sadly at her, 

"That was the bare minimum," 

Avon shrugged, 

"No one HAS to check up on three kids Will, you chose to do it." 

Wilbur smiled and chuckled softly, 

"I care about them," 

Avon smirked, 

"I know," 

They hugged again and Avon smiled at him, 

"You know, you can call me by my real name again," 

Wilbur shrugged and glanced at her guiltily, 

"All those months ago...you told me to never call you Avon ever again...and I told myself to try to not call you that name until we were friends again," 

Avon felt her heart warm and kissed his cheek softly, 

"You can call me Avon again," 

Wilbur felt himself blush as he watched as she turned around and walked to where Tubbo and Tommy were. Today was only the beginning of them rekindling what was lost.
